Me and my partner picked up our Jucy coaster yesterday and was looked after by Jason. He was super helpful showing us around the van at the start. We had an accident soon after we left and when we took it back, Jason was so kind, understanding and professional dealing with the situation. He calmed us both down and was reassuring which was exactly what needed and got us back on track. Thanks again Jason!

One of the best places to hire motorhome for traveling Australia the prices are very very affordable in comparison to some other motorhome provider staff at the counter is very nice. They’re very helpful so if you’re looking for next Australian adventure and looking for a camper when I will recommend themand Jason was very helpful at the front desk.

Amazing experience with JUCY! We drove all the way to Pink Lake, and the van was super comfy for the long haul. Having that extra resting space and a reliable fridge was a total game-changer. Coaster campervan: Good value overall! Would hire them again! The pros: affordable, supplied a lot of basics, free foods and accessories area where we managed to pick up a fan for free. Cons: pretty sure the coaster model online says there’s air air-conditioning in back, but I found out too late when there is nothing else as an option that there was no air conditioning in the sleeping area. had to buy a foam mattress cover for my girlfriend because she found bed too hard. Before sleep, sliding door had to be closed from outside otherwise light would stay on in cabin all night. Couldn’t figure out the fridge temperature control, just tried to hack it and as a result not sure if food actually stayed good the whole time. Could have phoned the roadside number I suppose but we thought we had figured it out. Potable Tank was leaking a little water on the floor throughout journey. Cleaning smell the first night was unbearable, double bagged the toilet and it seemed to help, other cleaning smells wore off by second night. The following was not indicated on the website: Did supply: cooking pot, sponge for dishwashing, 1 roll toilet paper. Did not supply: dish detergent, fan / air conditioning in sleeping area.

We hired a coaster van recently for a 10 day trip around south west WA. The van itself was amazing. 1 year old with only 45,000km on it so everything ran perfectly mechanically with no worries there. Newer features like cruise control, reverse cameras, parking sensors etc made driving it a breeze as well. The counter staff was friendly and super helpful at drop off and pick up and even helped us save $98 on our rottnest island ferry tickets! The only complaint I have is we had booked for a 10am pick up but on arrival we were told our van wouldn't be ready until 11am. We were offered a hire car instead to run to the shops and do our food shopping etc while we waited so in the end no real time lost and we were also given camp chairs and table for free to say sorry. Overall a very enjoyable trip that jucy contributed to. Thank you.

Overall a very good experience, the car drove very nice and everything was easy to handle and to find. In Perth they don't offer a shuttle bus anymore, but they paid for the taxi . One advise from me is to ask where the tools are if you need to change a tire. It took me a while to find them.

Very friendly stuff, showed us everything and got some extra towels and sheets. We called because we had a problem with the fridge and they were very helpful. One recommendation: the coaster could use some solar because we didn’t drive everyday and then it’s best for the battery and the fridge if there would be an extra option to fill the battery

Staff was friendly and introduction to the campervan was detailed. GPS was excellent, works without WiFi. Layout was well thought of and had everything we needed, down to usb outlets and ceiling lights. Really liked the colors of the van outside and we found our Happy! Would highly recommend Jucy and will book again without any hesitation

Hired an RV for a week through perth. Was good location, close to the airport. Staff were friendly and some more helpful than others. Would rent from Jucy again

overall very good experience, they offer good value compare to major RV rental companies, relatively newer vehicles too. staff at Perth branch are great addition. a closer attention needed for maintenance of their vehicles interior, we hired two Polaris 6 for 7 days, one got leaking toilet cassette n the other one got fridge keep beeping time after time, even we tried to reset it. mechanically the vehicles are well maintened it was a joy to drive.

We wanted full insurance too. Our economy car was a Fiat Punto. You won't be winning any drag races with this thing but considering the distance we drove and fuel economy, we were pretty satisfied. Sometimes, it's tough to go with the place with a bunch of negative reviews. In this case, we're glad we did! We had a memorable road trip with no issues at all.
