Very friendly stuff, showed us everything and got some extra towels and sheets. We called because we had a problem with the fridge and they were very helpful. One recommendation: the coaster could use some solar because we didn’t drive everyday and then it’s best for the battery and the fridge if there would be an extra option to fill the battery
Overall a very good experience, but On our journey we had a flat tire. I couldn’t find the tools so I called the emergency line. The inexperienced employee couldn’t tell me where to find them either and told me that he would arrange a service to come. He told me that they would call me when they found a service. In the meantime I found the tools and started to change the tire. And when they called me back I told him that I don’t need it anymore because I changed the tire by myself. Later at the garage where they fixed the hole in the tire , the mechanic told me that they should have never let us drive with such a bad tires in the first place. I didn’t really mind, until they charged me $90 for the call out that never had to come. I mailed them but they told me that a call out is a call out and that I need to pay that. This was a little bit overpriced for a phone call.
Thanks to the staff, especially Archie! He went out of his way to drop us to the airport on his lunch break. The van was so much nicer than expected. Super new, clean, and had everything we needed!
Staff was friendly and introduction to the campervan was detailed. GPS was excellent, works without WiFi. Layout was well thought of and had everything we needed, down to usb outlets and ceiling lights. Really liked the colors of the van outside and we found our Happy! Would highly recommend Jucy and will book again without any hesitation
Hired an RV for a week through perth. Was good location, close to the airport. Staff were friendly and some more helpful than others. Would rent from Jucy again
overall very good experience, they offer good value compare to major RV rental companies, relatively newer vehicles too. staff at Perth branch are great addition. a closer attention needed for maintenance of their vehicles interior, we hired two Polaris 6 for 7 days, one got leaking toilet cassette n the other one got fridge keep beeping time after time, even we tried to reset it. mechanically the vehicles are well maintened it was a joy to drive.
It looks like we're the only ones who had an awesome experience with Jucy!

Along a nearby stretch of road, we popped into a few different rental companies to get an idea for prices and such. No quote came close to Jucy's since we wanted to drop off the car in Queenstown. We wanted full insurance too.
Our economy car was a Fiat Punto. You won't be winning any drag races with this thing but considering the distance we drove and fuel economy, we were pretty satisfied.
Sometimes, it's tough to go with the place with a bunch of negative reviews. In this case, we're glad we did!
