We were very well received by a blond lady (sorry I forgot your name). She really took the time to answer all our questions and she also helped us as we had a phone issue. She directed us to a Telstra provider and put the address on the GPS for us. This was very appreciated. Picked up our van which accommodated two of us very comfortably. It ran great and with a bit of organisation we were able to get all our belongings and snacks in. Had a fab trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road and back. And it had car play and USB charging points. Highlight of my holiday from the UK to Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne. Next time I’ll do longer than 5 nights.

Such a great rental experience - super great value for money, very easy collection and drop off, staff were amazing and the campervan itself did a great job getting us from Melbourne to Uluru and back! You also don’t get the vibe that they are trying to get every little bit of money out of you that they can, which I’ve often felt with other rental companies!

Long overdue review but we landed in Melbourne from the UK in July and went to pick up our camper. We hadn't had the best experience with the airline we flew with, but as soon as we got picked up by the Jucy driver from the airport everything was so easy and we were actually able to relax. All of the staff were super friendly, went above and beyond to help us, and were brilliant. We've hired from Jucy before many times and the campers are always as described, always clean, and we always have a good experience. But the Melbourne staff were fabulous!

The camper was reliable, and fit for purpose, everything worked fine, and was clean. Ok, some things were obviously slightly showing signs of wear and tear, which is only to be expected. I was travelling alone, for 3 weeks, plenty of room for 1. I think I would probably go bigger for 2 people, Road trip to Melbourne, was probably the best experience ever, thanks to the Jucy campers reliability. Drop off in Melbourne, no issues, they gave me a lift to the airport. Great service yet again from the friendly staff yet again. Price was very competitive, it wasn't the cheapest, but I saw other companies charging a lot more. Great value, for the amazing experience I had. Thanks to all a Jucy. 😁👍

I travelled to Melb from NZ for a 2 week trip with my partner. We delt with Kate on the phone which helped a us secure a car for the duration of our trip. She was very helpful. When visiting the shop we were served by Karen a beautiful Polynesian women. Her customer service was top tier, she understood this was our first time hiring a rental, she gave us all her attention, was happy to answer any questions we wanted to ask. Perfect service. We had some trouble with our camper, fridge was broken, doors weren't properly closing and a few other things. Got another car for free to hang out in the city center over the day to pick up the fully fixed van. We were really impressed how much they repaired in such a short time. Mechanic got some skills. Really nice and helpful staff. Facilities could get a clean up though.

I have rented a camper van through jucy previously and had an awesome experience. Only downside was one of the chairs didn’t have a kids anchor point so i had to purchase one. Good value for money. The roof bed isn’t exactly designed for 2 adults, we struggled getting up and down & ended up putting the kids up the top and we slept on the bottom. The bottom bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Always recommend to book in advance as the camper vans book out quickly.

Cannot beat value for the money. The cars are older and a little beat up, but it was 1/4 the price of the other agencies. The inside was clean and the car ran fine, which is all that really matters. It is about 10-15 mins off airport, but since we gave them our flight time they picked us up immediately and drop off was timely.

Love the ease of rental, pickup and drop off. Received a nice vacuumed and washed car at pick-up. Hyundai Accent model comes with a USB port and 2 Car lighter ports. The boot fits our 1 large, 2 medium, 1 tennis bag size bag and 3 small personal haversacks in the boot. The free ferry service was not available the day we arrived but Jucy reimbursed us the cab fare from the airport to their office to pick up the car. Free ferry service was available to the Melbourne airport when we returned the car. The car is well serviced and comes topped up will a full tank. Despite the car being an old model, it performed well - engine ran smoothly, brakes were good. power windows working, aircon and heater were good. Wipers blades could have been replaced cos they streaked when used and the radio was semi faulty - radio will go silent intermittently for long periods and come back on suddenly when it felt like it. These were minor issues but the car served use very well from alpine to dirt track to highway driving! The one way pick up from Brisbane and Drop off at Melboune was also a big plus for us. Staff were friendly and helpful at both Brisbane and Melbourne centres. Driving a Jucy car in Australia was in itself a great experience for us. It allowed us to visit many places with my family and given us many memories. Thank you Jucy for this. If we ever come back to Australia we will get a Jucy car again! Highly recommend.

Thanks Jucy for making our trip so comfortable! We hired a „Condo“ for a 5 week round trip in Australia. We booked the car via a 3rd party which said that the Condo would have a toilet so be self contained and very flexible on the tour. Unfortunately, that was a mistake, so Jucy decided to upgrade us to a big motorhome (with toilet) for free. It was amazing! Although after 1 week we had an engine breakdown on our way to the red center and we couldn’t go ahead with this car. As we were to far away from Melbourne and also Cairns, they could not swap our vehicle there. But they managed to book us a bus to Alice springs, so that we could see everything with a rental car. From there on the booked us a flight to Cairns on our wish date, an accommodation in Cairns for one night and the Uber costs to come to their branch in Cairns. They took all costs!!! There we got a new motorhome with which we could go back to Melbourne :) The staff was so friendly and also the fast service to get a new vehicle was great! We appreciate it and thank Jucy again for making this stay so comfortable with that spacious motorhome!! We will definitely book with Jucy again! 5 stars!! Best rental experience we ever had! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And the Melbourne team is sooo kind 😍

We booked a car in Cairns and drove to Melbourne for almost 4 weeks. The stuff in Melbourne was very nice and offered a fast drop off and shuttle to the airport. I can only recommend it.

Great service, pick up and registration was fast. However, do note that their outlet is out of the airport and you'll need to factor at least 30 minutes for travel + waiting. Travel time from airport to their outlet is about 10mins.

Very good service: the car was older with 240K kms but very reliable and clean inside. The 8 seater van super comfortable and spacious. We didn’t get the snow chains we booked but the money was refunded. Also, there was no shuttle minibus at the airport on Sunday but we were refunded for a taxi. Overall, very accommodating staff, reliable and value for money. Will definitely book with Jucy again.

We booked the car "champ" a long time ago and got a very good price. Unfortunately the first car was in awful conditions (mold, stinky and dirty) and we did not want to do a 6 week trip in such a bad car. So we went back to return it. Janette, Meg and Charlie were so great to us. They were very nice and helpful and eager to solve our problem. We got a newer car which was in a way better condition. Still not perfect, absolutly acceptable for the price.

Campervan review: Excellent customer service and very impressed with jucy in terms of what they included with the vehicle. I felt all the staff at Melbourne went the extra distance to make my trip a success. I would like to see some improvements to jucy – eg add instructions for the penthouse matching the vehicle I hired (I had the one with out the crank) and I would prefer 24 hour bookings not calendar day. I agree the vehicles have been used, but mine was sound even having 200,000km on it.

With our driver Jules we managed to get everywhere with as much space as 4 guys could ask for in an 8 seta 👌 Even had enough room to rest our heads if we wished in the boot. The lady at the branch when borrowing the car was kinda slowish and seemed a little confused, the other young guy managed to serve 2 customers at the same time. We were driving to the branch to return the car and noone was around (it was still office hours though) so we just left the car keys in a box.
