We had such a great time
We had such a great time. The bed was comfy and the van was clean. The customer service doesn't work very good (we tried calling in a few times to book the van in first place), but okce there the pick up and drop off experience was excellent.

Very good, we hired a campervan for a week and everything was good. Good introduction at the pickup. We were also late for the dropping in Sydney cause we got lost in the traffic but the staff there was very understanding and service minded. I would love to rent from jucy again some time :)
Great value for money hire van company
Easy check in, good friendly staff. Make sure you check gas stove before leaving in case cartridges are empty like ours were but we just got more from a hardware worked. Also get your own dish liquid as they don't provide this.

This was my second time using Jucy, I love the community feel every time you pass another green machine every one waves, flashes their lights and smiles! We named our girl “Lucy Jucy” we were very comfortable and felt safe touring the South Island of New Zealand “ Best trip ever! “ I highly recommend Jucy they’re in Australia and New Zealand and have multiple drop off and pickup points. So convenient and easy to use. I called Jucy as I thought my fridge wasn’t working, the lady was awesome and guided me through the process ( I needed to turn it on with the key pad on the van wall) it’s so neat that you don’t really need to plug in all the time either. Just take your own plug for the cigarette lighter, to charge your devices whilst travelling, the fridge and lights work on batteries powered by solar. #ilovemyjucygirl!

JUCY NZ was absolutely amazing
JUCY NZ was absolutely amazing! I rented a Suzuki Swift for 10 days and did a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, and the whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided outstanding service. The car was spotless when I picked it up, came with a full tank of fuel, and was surprisingly comfortable and very fuel-efficient — perfect for exploring the South Island. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the road trip even more enjoyable. I’d definitely use JUCY again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a car in New Zealand!

The man at front of desk was amazing! His humour and his introduction to a training new staff member made the experience for all easy going (I was nervous travelling on my own). The Van was amazing and you had all that was needed. I thought the fridge was a bonus touch and charging port because of the extra battery especially at a sports tournament. Able to charge phone during the day and collect cold drink and food also. Overall amazing and would definitely hire again! I'm fact a young Mcds worker asked us about it and told him he should take the leap and travel this way. This coming from a 5 star hotel booker. Really humbling experience reminded me of days with my grandparents the way NZ use to be.

Would highly recommend Jucy rentals to anyone heading to Australia for a roadie! The Coaster we had for ace and all we needed for the trip to freedom camp and explore the country! Grace at the Melbourne depot was great with our handover and drop off, gave us all the tips and tricks we needed and made sure we were looked after throughout!
My experience with JUCY
The car was super well designed and very practical. You could fold the bed away and set up a table instead. There was plenty of storage space underneath the bed. There were curtains to give you privacy in the evening, so nobody could see inside even when you had the lights on. Everything I needed was included: a blanket, pillow, sheets and towel. The cooking equipment was also provided, including cleaning supplies. The cooler was powered by a separate battery, so it could keep everything cold throughout the entire road trip. It was honestly great! The service was also excellent. The girls were very friendly and helpful, and I even got a free camping chair. The car itself was a little older and had some minor damage on the outside, but it was well maintained and drove really well. I was genuinely sad to have to return it.My next rental car from another company looked similar, but it wasn’t even half as good. The daily price was higher and absolutely nothing was included — not even a blanket or pillow! And the “fridge” was just a basic cooler that you had to fill with ice yourself.So I’m really happy I got to experience JUCY. Next time, I’ll definitely rent from them for the entire holiday!

We rented the Berta 6 for our family
We rented the Berta 6 for our family, and what an experience! It had a toilet and shower, three double beds that comfortably slept two adults and four children, and plenty of storage. It handled well, and the airport shuttle service was super convenient. We’d definitely recommend it!

We rented a campervan to drive from Sydney to Perth - we chose Jucy because it allows dogs on board. The van was well equipped with everything we needed and reliable. We had an incident during wild, windy weather when a side window blew out - the Jucy admin staff handled the issue efficiently and the Adelaide staff fixed the problem promptly and we were back on the road with minimal delay. Great service!

Simple, easy service. I did the online check in which made the whole process smooth. I was given the brief on the vehicle, handed the keys and I was on my way! I opted for no excess, paid the extra for peace of mind and it was still cheaper than any competitor. It’s a no frills service, but honestly, if you’re just hitting the road for a few days, it’s more than enough.

We had a very good experience with the Jucy condo. There were some small issues including one of the stove gas burners not staying on and a cracked shelf inside the fridge door. Overall we found the van comfy and staff helpful. One thing that would be appreciated would be longer hours for van return - we got back by 3pm but would have appreciated an extra hour

Our experience was amazing from start to finish, however what the Auckland branch was terrific in their field when we dropped off our rental car. We were given a ride to the airport after, whilst the driver asked about our trip and made our last little time in NewZealand that much better. Would highly recommend

All the staffs are very kind and friendly and very informative. The idea of showing respect, greeting, and sharing information each other when July users meet on the road or in the campsites is very impressive. I have also had a few chances to do so it was wonderful. Mostly I had very wonderful experience with JUCY van. However, for the next users, I want to list 3 things to be fixed or changed on the Van that I have used this time. The first thing is, I think it is serious, roof leacking on a rainy day. Rain drops into the roof top bed. So the bad got wet when it was rainy. Somewhere in the middle of the roof on the passenger seat side. Regarding this matter, I have a video clip and a photo if you want I can send you them. Secondly, the door of the refrigerator does not lock properly, it sometimes opened when I steped on the break paddle. Lastly, the plastic bucket was broken so it should be changed as a new one. I understand these could be happened at anytime but the reason I would like to list these here is that I could be the next user as well and I would soon.
Everything's great
Our little RV was really well-built — better than larger vehicles we’d had before. Its size and features are just perfect for two people. It’s not big, but it has everything you need, and it’s really cute with its high roof and green paint job! It fits into any parking spot. We had a great time with it! The staff is very friendly. The value for the money is excellent!

My partner and I had a campervan from another company break down on us in the middle of our trip. It was super hard to find another van given it was Sunday afternoon on a Father's day... but we called JUCY and they set us up with an awesome van, and stayed late to ensure that we were all sorted. Thank you so much Alisha and Kelly - you saved our trip 😃 The van itself was brand new, easy to drive, cheap on gas, and had convenient features! I would have liked a slightly more comfortable bed - the cushions slide out a bit, but overall it was a great experience.
Ease and flexibility
Jucy was a short Uber trip from Perth domestic airport. Cobie made pick-up easy. He showed us around the van. The van was a pleasure to drive. So easy. It also gave us flexibility to be spontaneous on our trip. The cost of the van resulted in good savings for the entire trip. A small fridge on board meant we could self cater. Find a park with a view, make our own lunch, and enjoy the view. It allowed for cheap overnight stops at caravan parks. Bedding was supplied with the van. Doona was warm enough for the cold nights. Drop off was easy too. The campervan made for a great experience. A great holiday overall. Thanks Jucy.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little hesitant about renting a Jucy van, but was pleasantly surprised. I rented a Jucy Condo from Auckland airport. This was just the right size for me travelling by myself. The whole process from pickup at the airport, handover of the vehicle, return of the vehicle and drop off to the airport was fast, easy, uncomplicated and straight forward. Staff were extemely helpful and friendly. I hired a van during low season and this was really good value for money.

The booking process, the staff, pick up and drop off were all easy and great. The campervan was great to drive, so easy, even reverse parallel parking was a breeze. The layout inside the van is not ideal and bed/cushions very uncomfortable. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

Rented a Coaster Gen 2 from Melbourne depot. Kelly at the depot was super helpful, explained everything clearly and efficiently. Then the staff helped me out by changing a refrigerator problem. At the end of the rental Kelly was again super accommodating when I returned the vehicle. Read the fine print but Jucy have been exceptional all across the two vans I've rented from them in Australia!

Once we received the campervan, the staff was incredibly helpful in helping to plan our roadtrip, offering honest and valuable opinions regarding different destinations. He also was thorough in his instruction and explanation of how the campervan works. While I don’t exactly remember how to spell his name, the gentleman in Auckland whose name started with a K was so kind and we are grateful to him for helping make our trip to New Zealand as wonderful as it was!

We rented a Malibu campervan for 4 days, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The handover process was smooth and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. We took the campervan to Wilsons Prom, and it was such a beautiful trip. As first-timers, we found the whole experience fun and memorable, even with a bit of a learning curve. Next time, we’ll probably rent a slightly bigger campervan for extra comfort—but this was a fantastic start! 😊

Van loué à Melbourne et déposé à Adelaide. Tout le nécessaire était inclus. On y trouve des toilettes, un évier, des plaques au gaz, un réfrigérateur, des tables, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine de base. Nous étions 3, c'était idéal ! Seul bémol, les stickers JUCY sont très voyants et gênent la vue depuis les places arrières.

We rented a campervan in Melourne, Australia via Star. Incredibly friendly people who were very helpful to us. That was great because we had quite a few problems with our payment cards. Karin, in particular, was very patient. We had a fantastic holiday, and the adventure started with them.

I hired a camper van from JUCY for a week and had such a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really easy to deal with from start to finish. The handover was clear and thorough — everything was explained so I felt confident using the van straight away. The van itself was clean, well organised, and comfortable. My BFF (four-legged edition 🐾) and I felt completely welcomed and looked after. It was reassuring to know that if I needed any advice or support, help was just a phone call away — although everything ran so smoothly that I didn’t need it! Nice van and all went good with rental, but very hard to reach support. I dont have an australian number so I cannot call them, and they dont have whatsapp which is weird. They answered my email in 2 weeks... Now I'm waiting for my deposit back but I have no info when I'm getting it back.

Was worried about the state of the vehicle after reading a few bad reviews - but have to say that the van was reliable, speedy, very easy to drive and was no trouble at all. I absolutely loved the roof tent which was easy to put up/down, very comfortable, lots of space and cool (with excellent bug-proof windows).

We were very well received by a blond lady (sorry I forgot your name). She really took the time to answer all our questions and she also helped us as we had a phone issue. She directed us to a Telstra provider and put the address on the GPS for us. This was very appreciated. She then of course took the time to go around the véhicule with us and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. Thank you very much ! We will hire again with Jucy for sure !

Such a great rental experience - super great value for money, very easy collection and drop off, staff were amazing and the campervan itself did a great job getting us from Melbourne to Uluru and back! You also don’t get the vibe that they are trying to get every little bit of money out of you that they can, which I’ve often felt with other rental companies!
Had a great trip. When we saw another Jucy on the road both us and the other campers waved and smiled until we were out of site. Would highly recommend. It's not fancy but it works. Staff were easy to deal with at all times.

Good value and friendly service. We had an early flight and went to drop off the car an hour before opening time. A staff member was working early and came out onto the road to sign us off and get us on our way - going above and beyond. We also had a number plate stolen off the car - dealing with the Claims team was simple and painless. All in all, a really good rental experience.

My whole experience was as smooth as it gets, only thing is I lost 2 days of rental due to my flight got cancelled and could not pick up the car on the week end after 2pm. Other than that the satff were extremely helpful, car was clean and as expected. Keep the juice flowing!!!!
