We had a great experience at JUCY in Melbourne. Booking the campervan was straightforward and collecting it was pain free. We had everything you needed for a couple in the van and sleeping was comfortable and cosy. Would recommend!
Pickup was quick and easy. Staff were helpful to answer any questions, they helped load the van and even upgraded my van for free! There were no issues with the van, it was very comfy and had everything we needed. Drop off was an easy process too.
Belinda helped me very well, from picking up the car until bringing it back and calling me a taxi, thanks!
the vehicle was clean and tidy and well appointed for a smaller camper van pick up was a short taxi ride that was covered under the rental the prosses was very easy from hiring to returning the vehicle
Such a great rental experience - super great value for money, very easy collection and drop off, staff were amazing and the campervan itself did a great job getting us from Melbourne to Uluru and back! You also don’t get the vibe that they are trying to get every little bit of money out of you that they can, which I’ve often felt with other rental companies!
Had a great trip. When we saw another Jucy on the road both us and the other campers waved and smiled until we were out of site. Would highly recommend. It's not fancy but it works. Staff were easy to deal with at all times.
Good pickup time from airport.. car was ready on time.. clean n tidy.. although lil older model was good to drive... goggle maps/gps n cruise control would have made it perfect.. planning on another trip in a few months...will use a Jucy vehicle again...

Auto was verder in orde. Verlichting was zwak, geen achteruitrijcamera, prijs in orde en personeel prima.
Good value and friendly service. We had an early flight and went to drop off the car an hour before opening time. A staff member was working early and came out onto the road to sign us off and get us on our way - going above and beyond. We also had a number plate stolen off the car - dealing with the Claims team was simple and painless. All in all, a really good rental experience.
We had a great time for over one month in our cruiser. To be honnest, we had our bumps on the road as well. But jucy's costumer service provided always the right sollution. Thank you for all Jucy
