I hired a camper van from JUCY for a week and had such a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really easy to deal with from start to finish. The handover was clear and thorough — everything was explained so I felt confident using the van straight away. The van itself was clean, well organised, and comfortable. My BFF (four-legged edition 🐾) and I felt completely welcomed and looked after. It was reassuring to know that if I needed any advice or support, help was just a phone call away — although everything ran so smoothly that I didn’t need it! Thank you for such a positive and easy adventure experience. I’d happily hire again.
Nice van and all went good with rental, but very hard to reach support. I dont have an australian number so I cannot call them, and they dont have whatsapp which is weird. They answered my email in 2 weeks... Now I'm waiting for my deposit back but I have no info when I'm getting it back.

Was worried about the state of the vehicle after reading a few bad reviews - but have to say that the van was reliable, speedy, very easy to drive and was no trouble at all. I absolutely loved the roof tent which was easy to put up/down, very comfortable, lots of space and cool (with excellent bug-proof windows).

We were very well received by a blond lady (sorry I forgot your name). She really took the time to answer all our questions and she also helped us as we had a phone issue. She directed us to a Telstra provider and put the address on the GPS for us. This was very appreciated. She then of course took the time to go around the véhicule with us and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. Thank you very much ! We will hire again with Jucy for sure !
The staff is friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop process were smooth and quick. The vehicle was clean, well equipped. Nice clean bedding were provided. Had a nice experience.
Picked up our van which accommodated two of us very comfortably. It ran great and with a bit of organisation we were able to get all our belongings and snacks in. Had a fab trip from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road and back. Highlight of my holiday from the UK to Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne.
We had a great experience at JUCY in Melbourne. Booking the campervan was straightforward and collecting it was pain free. We had everything you needed for a couple in the van and sleeping was comfortable and cosy. Would recommend!
Pickup was quick and easy. Staff were helpful to answer any questions, they helped load the van and even upgraded my van for free! There were no issues with the van, it was very comfy and had everything we needed. Drop off was an easy process too.

the vehicle was clean and tidy and well appointed for a smaller camper van pick up was a short taxi ride that was covered under the rental the prosses was very easy from hiring to returning the vehicle
Such a great rental experience - super great value for money, very easy collection and drop off, staff were amazing and the campervan itself did a great job getting us from Melbourne to Uluru and back! You also don’t get the vibe that they are trying to get every little bit of money out of you that they can, which I’ve often felt with other rental companies!
Had a great trip. When we saw another Jucy on the road both us and the other campers waved and smiled until we were out of site. Would highly recommend. It's not fancy but it works. Staff were easy to deal with at all times.
Good pickup time from airport.. car was ready on time.. clean n tidy.. although lil older model was good to drive... goggle maps/gps n cruise control would have made it perfect.. planning on another trip in a few months...will use a Jucy vehicle again...

Auto was verder in orde. Verlichting was zwak, geen achteruitrijcamera, prijs in orde en personeel prima.
Good value and friendly service. We had an early flight and went to drop off the car an hour before opening time. A staff member was working early and came out onto the road to sign us off and get us on our way - going above and beyond. We also had a number plate stolen off the car - dealing with the Claims team was simple and painless. All in all, a really good rental experience.

My whole experience was as smooth as it gets, only thing is I lost 2 days of rental due to my flight got cancelled and could not pick up the car on the week end after 2pm. Other than that the satff were extremely helpful, car was clean and as expected. Keep the juice flowing!!!!

We had an excellent experience renting a camper van for 5 days with Jucy in Melbourne. We must extend a big thank you to Gaby who gave us a big and fantastic van. We had no problems with the vehicle. The staff at Jucy gave us great tips and excellent customer service, which helped us a lot. When we had to catch an onward flight at night, Jucy was adaptable and helped us with the logistics for this. Jucy can really be recommended.
