The van itself was spotless and came with everything we could possibly need. The blankets and towels were freshly washed and smelled amazing. The bed inside was so comfy that we didn’t even use the rooftop tent we had booked — we just loved sleeping inside! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the van even had camping chairs and a table, which made it super easy to enjoy the road trip in comfort. We truly felt safe, confident, and excited thanks to the amazing care and energy of the whole JUCY team. Good value and friendly service. We had an early flight and went to drop off the car an hour before opening time. A staff member was working early and came out onto the road to sign us off and get us on our way - going above and beyond. We also had a number plate stolen off the car - dealing with the Claims team was simple and painless. All in all, a really good rental experience.
