I recently visited the Browns Shoes store at Hillcrest Mall to make a return, and I was really impressed by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I approached the cashier, the cashier who was a young white woman with curly hair and glasses- was exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely welcoming. She handled my return efficiently and with a positive attitude that immediately made the experience stress free and quick. In the end, I decided to make an exchange and ended up needing to pay a small difference. During the transaction, she kindly asked if I would be interested in donating $2 to the Starlight Foundation as well, an organization that raises funds to support sick children and helps make their wishes come true. I appreciated the way she explained the cause without any pressure, and I was very happy to contribute. Overall, my experience at this Browns (at Hillcrest Mall) was outstanding. In my experience, it is rare to come across staff who are both professional and genuinely warm, and her service truly stood out. This visit reminded me why I enjoy shopping at this location over others, and I will absolutely be returning in the future as I have many times before.

my shoes pick up that I ordered online , was very smooth and professional , they advised me products to keep my shoes look new. I love browns shoes, as they have good brands and quality , it's not cheap but it's worth it. They give a nice multiuse bag to carry your shoes, a lot of stores stopped doing it , it is a nice gesture.

I made a ship to my home purchase from the Yorkdale store that I paid for in cash they called me a week later to tell me they didn’t have any left and that I had to go there to get my refund I don’t live near Yorkdale so I asked if I had another option she said no ! That night I happened to go to Hillcrest and went into the Browns and was looking at something for my son the associate said they didn’t have the size and she offered to have it sent to my house I burst out laughing and said no and told her what happened at Yorkdale ! Immediately this life saver Priya came and was so professional and called Yorkdale had a conversation with them and in minutes I had my money ! It’s hard finding people who actually care about the customer and she went above and beyond for me . She didn’t make it a big deal she just took care of the situation with absolute grace . She actually shocked me in how she handled everything. I really hope the company compensates her and acknowledges that she is an asset to them. Browns almost lost me as a customer but Priya saved that from happening!!
