My experience as part of the 3m claim with this law office has been horrendous. Communication is horrible via email as well as returning phone calls. Last phone call received the person had a disgusting attitude as if it was a bother to talk about anything at all. When emails are responded to, it's generic responses with no information really. It's a disconnect somewhere. I feel as if I'm just a number on an assembly line. It's other vets receiving the courtesy of information and phones calls at least. I would not recommend and will be glad when everything is over, so I can be done with this law firm Edit: received a call from Taylor promptly he called me and gave me the information I had been trying to get for awhile. He was nice had empathy and understanding so I'm changing my review from 1 to 5 stars
