I had the pleasure of meeting two men from this company Rich and Garrett. We had some recent water damage in our home, like alot of others in the area right now. They came out were really quick with an assessment and got to work promptly. They explained every step of the process with me and my wife so thoroughly that even I with no real world experience could understand. I enjoyed talking to them they had wonderful customer service skills in addition to knowledge in multiple things. I hope i never have to see either of them again under these circumstances, but if I have damage again they surely will be the men I call to do the work.

Garrett and Rich have been absolutely amazing through this whole process. Truly. While I was spiraling, stress-googling, and mentally preparing to live in a tarp-covered hut, they were calm, confident, and explaining everything step by step like the professionals they are. They talked me through every detail in a way that made sense without ever making me feel dumb. Not once did they look at me like, “Ma’am…” which honestly deserves its own five stars. I was a full-blown wreck. A dramatic, pacing, “what does this mean for the structural integrity of my entire existence?” kind of wreck. And they handled it with patience, reassurance, and consistent check-ins so I didn’t emotionally relocate to another state. The cleanup? I was dreading it like it was my villain origin story. They just… took care of it. No fuss. No stress. Just handled. So when Ohio inevitably throws its next weather tantrum, or you simply want work done by people who know what they’re doing and can calmly manage a slightly unhinged homeowner, Hays and Sons is 100% the obvious choice. Garrett and Rich, thank you both so much. You saved my house and my sanity. Probably in that order.

Rich and Garrett are the techs that came and dried my condo, I had water damage due to the snow melting on the roof seeping into my bedroom and living room ceiling. They were polite and knowledgeable about the situation. They were thorough and came everyday to check on it. Today it was dry and I would recommend them to anyone that has water damage. What a great job! Thank you Rich, Garrett, Shawn and everyone else involved in this project. We had a disaster in our kitchen when a water line to our new refrigerator was not hooked up properly and our kitchen flooded! Old floor had to be torn out, walls and floors needed to be dried and a new floor put down. The work by the Hays Team was outstanding and the job was completed in an amazingly short time frame. Attention to detail was very impressive. Plus these guys were a pleasure to deal with. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Shawn Hopkins is the best project manager and his guys did a phenomenal job! After an awful contractor and no hot water for nearly 3 months they came in and knocked the job out in a week! We had an undetected leak under our kitchen sink that dripped down into our finished basement. It caused damage in both the kitchen and the basement, destroying drywall, ceiling, hardwood flooring, and cabinetry. Hays and Sons were very thorough and professional. They took pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the results. They were particular about the small details, cleaned up after themselves, and had very polite and conscientious workers. I would definitely use them again.

Incredibly professional and educated! House flooded and Hayes sent a crew of seriously the most knowledgeable and professional team we’ve ever worked with. After having other companies correct minor issues and repairs over the years, it was shocking to see these guys come in and do this big job with such ease and knowledge. As well as care. They had to move furniture, art, plants and other delicates and they did it as if it were their own belongings. We were truly blown away by how well this company ran their operations as well as the awesome team they have. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident with repair workers in the home. Shane, Garret, Richard and Jason are the best!!!!
