She took a detailed look at my medications, gave me helpful feedback and tips and gave me a printout of information (including alternatives for purchasing if insurance-covered medicine is too pricey). Her staff members provided me with sample products to take home with me and try out. Bridget didn't overlook my skin condition as 'normal', like a different provider suggested, but as a conditon that can be improved further! I would definitely recommend her to others.

First visit was booked through Zocdoc, which I hadn't used before but it was a seamless move from the 3rd-party website to Schweiger's. Communication was plentiful prior to the appointment. Once there I met with Rikki and she was fantastic. Took care of my concern, gave me options throughout the appointment and answered my questions. Checkout was fast and friendly. I've booked a full body mapping as well, and it wasn't months away. They had openings within a couple of weeks.

From my arrival to the doctors office I was greeted by the receptionist with professionalism and great attitude. I was called back to the examination room in a timely manner. I first met with the Physician Assistant, he confirmed my information and explained to me what the examination would involve. The Doctor then did the examination and explained what he was looking for and what I should look for in the future . I recently had a cyst drained and had a great experience. I am a registered nurse so of course I had a lot of questions… I asked the PA (Zachary Simons) about why he didn’t use packing. He explained that it’s not necessary unless you're immunocompromised or diabetic. I had a similar cyst drained ten years ago and the dermatologist packed it and it caused a lot of pain. The PA prescribed one week of doxycycline before and after the procedure, to ensure a smooth healing process. Despite some mild post-procedure pain, the recommendations of tylenol by the PA and continued antibiotics managed it well. Overall, the experience was seamless and his professional approach reassured me throughout. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service. Wonderful staff. Very clean facility. From reception to administrative to medical staff they smile and are welcoming and helpful. Friendly. THEY LISTEN. If you call, you get a friendly voice who is helpful. The medical service feels appropriate and they will explain what you don't quite understand. They are RESPECTFUL. You may even laugh and feel like you just had a short visit with a friend... even if a procedure might have to hurt a little bit, you can trust that they have your best interest in mind. I also noticed that they are kind to each other as they professionally work (which tells you a lot about how you will be treated because an overly tired angry staff would give lousy service).

I am always nervous to start at a new practice. As a fat woman, I feel like my concerns usually get boiled down to my weight and gender. That being said, my experience with Dr petri and schweiger derm has be nothing but professional, quick, easy, and enjoyable. I feel heard by Dr petri, no condescension or judgement. I really appreciate how fast that they could get me in too. Some offices in the area have a 17 month wait list (no joke) and I was able to get in in just a few weeks. Can't beat it! Highly recommend this office to anyone.

Only person who wasn't so pleasant was the nurse who came in before the Dr. And then came in w/the Dr. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but she wasn't very friendly, and when I asked a few questions, it seemed like I bothered her. Overall though, good process, wait time was reasonable and look forward to working with them for future treatment.

You will see a nurse practitioner at this office however they are very knowledgeable in their field and absolutely know what they are doing. I have severe eczema and it has taken a toll over the last year and when I went in to see Heather Petri I was met with one of the most genuine, caring, empathetic, and competent practitioners I have ever been a patient to. She instantly made me feel heard and started me on a treatment course which would get mt eczema under control. I cried out of sheer happiness leaving the office for the first time because I felt like I was finally getting help for this condition. 100% tecommend this dermatology group to anyone who wants a practitioner who cares about YOU as the patient and not just a number on their time clock.

I have been seeing dermatologists for severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) for over 50 years. I have never received more thorough, comprehensive and caring treatment than I have in the care of Melissa Mele-Delgado. I am a practicing dentist and I am exposed to constant sprays of oral pathogens to my face throughout my working day. Melissa is the only practitioner that has ever taken this into consideration. When I refer to specialists, I don't take that responsibility lightly and I would refer any of my patients to Melissa for all of their dermatologic needs. The staff that supports her is also amazing and it is obvious to me that my well being matters to all of them. You will not find better care in Western New York or North Western PA.

Had an appointment to have small sebaceous cyst on my facial cheek examined. Saw NP Melissa and she explained the proper cure was to have surgically removed, and to my pleasant surprise could take care of it immediately (what other Doctors office would do this).
