The saleswoman who helped us was knowledgeble, warm, and funny. The store also was clean, well stocked, and had amazing selection. I have bought my last 4 pairs of shoes here because of the amazing selection, but also the amazing staff.

Browns is a very nice shoes store. The majority of their footwear stands out from any other businesses like Payton & Buckle, as far as design and product durability goes. The prices are a little steep, but you do pay for quality. I also like how the store is arranged and how the shoes and slippers are on display.

I purchased a pair a shoes from Mcarthur glen outlets, Richmond. The shoes I bought they were uncomfortable and my feet were always in pain after wearing those. So I stopped wearing them ans thought I have wasted my money and I can’t return because I have already worn them. Yesterday Feb 26, 2025 I went to Guildford Mall, Surrey. I had a thought that I should talk to Brown’s staff. The staff recommended me to speak with the manager there. I shared my experience with the manager. The manager advised me to bring my shoes back and if they are still in good condition, he can exchange. So I brought my shoes back and he exchanged my shoes. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the exceptional customer service he provided during my recent visit to Browns Shoes. His willingness to go above and beyond to facilitate my shoe exchange made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The manager’s professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and dedication, and I sincerely appreciate your efforts. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I had a young man named Braiden (spelling?) at the Guilford Surrey location go out of his way to help me find the perfect pair of boots. After trying on several pairs and it taking a good chunk of time, I didn't find a pair that I loved. I felt bad not buying anything after Braiden had worked with me for so long. However, his service and work ethic stood out especially for his generation and young age. Braiden is an asset to the company and has a bright future ahead of himself.

Was in Richmond last week and popped into Browns in the Richmond Centre because my wife knew they had her size in the Ugg leather boots she wanted to purchase. I’m not too much of a shopper, but I randomly found a pair of North Face slip-ons while I was waiting for her that I liked, so I bought them. A couple of days later, after wearing them a few times, they weren’t fitting properly and the top part had actually cut my foot. Because we live in Langley, going out to Richmond was too far, and because I had worn them a couple of times, I didn’t think there was anything I could do about it—although it was a bummer that I had just spent $70-80 on a pair of cool looking slips that were now useless to me. I decided to connect with the Browns Chat online off their webpage, and when I explained to the girl what the situation was, she told me I would have to go into the store and speak with a manager. I phoned the store in Guildford and spoke with the manager (Mustafa Mukhlis) who was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and assured me that they would take care of my needs whenever I was able to bring them in. Today I went to Browns in Guildford and exchanged the North Faces for a pair of New Balance running shoes, and Mustafa was nothing short of excellent, and his assistant (Priyanka) was also friendly and extremely helpful. I recommend highly the service culture, friendliness, and kindness of this store. We have shopped here before (mostly my wife), and will definitely be shopping here again, as the VALUED customers that we obviously, truly are (based on how we were treated). Thank you, Browns.

I went in there today to look for a comfy work shoe. The associate Kyle was right there to help me with all my needs. He made suggestions that would work best for me. This morning i came to get some shoes and I would like to say that this store has amazing customer service and such a positive energy around. I wanted to stay in this store longer because i admired how the employees were so friendly towards each other and never showed competition when it came to sales. At the end as i was paying for my shoes i think her name was Daren if I wasn’t mistaken she was so welcoming and super nice and friendly. Gave great positive energy and would definitely come back to purchase more!

Selection was good, service was prompt, and pricing was fair. What really stood out to me today was the service Julia gave me. I was being rung up for a pair of shoes when I asked if there was another pair available, because the one I was looking at had scuffs. The cashier checked and unfortunately it was the only pair in store. I agreed to buy it anyway. Julia overheard out conversation and offered to remove the scuff marks on the shoes! She was successful. I really appreciate her going above and beyond and was truly impressed with her excellent customer service. If I knew I would get that kind of service again, I would definitely come back. Thank you Julia!

I bought some Blundstones but the first pair they had in stock had an issue with the leather so they orderd me another pair but was having an issue with one of them causing me some pain in the ankle so they had no issue in getting me another pair to try. Bruce, the store manager was very helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. They really cared about getting me a shoe that fit me nicely. Wonderful customer service and will highly recommend this store for your next shoe purchase. I will definitely be back to shop with Brown's.
