Retired for 2 1/2 years, my wife and I desired to unload and downsize. We decided it was time to reconsider Grenadier homes in Wylie, having seen them a number of years before. Julian and Devon were patient and friendly as we worked through the process. The contract and purchase process was easy, streamlined and professional. We had a realtor along with us, who had helped us sell and buy before. We relied on him heavily to navigate the fine print. We have lived in our home 15 months and have enjoyed everything about the home and the community we have joined. During our 1 year warranty period the small things that needed attention were quickly accomplished in a gracious and professional way. Our home is beautiful, well appointed and of very good quality. Could not be more pleased with our decision and look forward to the future living in our new home. PS our Bernadoodle, Cooper, loves it too!

We recently purchased a Villa with Grenadier homes in Rowlett. They were/are very accommodating. The quality of their construction is very impressive. So far we’ve had a few warranty issues that we called about. They were very responsive and came out to fix the problems promptly. It is very peaceful and quiet in this part of Rowlett. All of the villas are facing A beautiful green belt. After looking several years for the perfect place to live, we finally found it with Grenadier homes.
The lending agent walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He explained how everything in the lending process worked. He explained points and their relationship to interest rate as well as how these things affect my final payment. He taught me how to get homeowners insurance and what to look for in a policy as well as what might want to avoid. If I called and had to leave a message someone returned my call in less than an hour as well as sending me a text to let me know they would have to get back to me. They helped me. Understandable the closing process and buying down the points. It had been 30 years since I had signed for a mortgage but the process was easy and painless. It was a joy to work with the team at. CMG mortgage and I highly recommend them for your mortgage needs.
The team at Grenadier did an amazing job through the whole buying process shoutout to Miriam. The team has great financing partners who are very knowledgeable in their field. Furthermore the construction manager did an amazing walkthrough and provided great advice.
The quality of Grenadier homes exceeds those of most builders that we looked at. We were lucky enough to purchase our home before ground was broken and were able to select all of our finishes. The sales people, Andria and Sheryl, couldn’t have been any more helpful. We left town for several months once construction had started and they kept us informed at every stage of the build. We would purchase another Grenadier home in a minute if we had to move.
This is a follow-up response regarding yesterday’s warranty visit regarding the disposal replacement by the plumber. I understand from Paul Hunter that you have offered a one-year extended warranty on this disposal which we really appreciate. I read the other reviews and I feel like Im in the twilight zone or something. My experience has been FABULOUS from *** unlike some complaints. My first full Utility bill was $89 (Thats **** in ** ??) The landscapers have been on site every week since we moved in. (1.5 months now) *********** have been nothing but delightful with every issue Ive had to date. All my neighbors are friendly & polite. Now I have had some issues with the **** sub contractor and the landscaping contractor cutting each others lines (poor communication) on 3 separate occasions prior to getting it right. Other than that we are VERY HAPPY with our decision to sell our home and downsize into a town home.We are Super Happy with our decision to join this town home community .

My mom was looking to downsize from her 3500sqft home and move closer to myself and my other siblings. We previously had visited an active living community in Mansfield, but my Mom hesitated committing to that place. Almost 6 months later, my sister and Mom visited the new Grenadier Homes development in Mira Lagos. The agent, Sara, was extremely helpful and talked about all the amenities and social activities, and active lifestyle offerings that Grenadier provide and my Mom was hooked. She floorplans were exactly what she needed, the proximity to my siblings and myself, and the timeline worked. Two days later, my Mom put down earnest money on a 3-bedroom floorplan that was going to be an inventory home, with an estimated close date in May 2021. The timeline slipped a little, understandable due to COVID, but communication was good, and Jaime answered all questions regarding the home construction. My mom moved into her home in July 2021, and has enjoyed the experience, and community thus far.
I moved into my new home in April. Saralyn and Jamie made the process so easy. Theresa on warranty team has been so helpful and always there to assist with any warranty question. A wonderful community to belong if your 55 or older.
Sales office was friendly and staff made themselves easily available at multiple times. Great to work with. Very easy to contact.

Exciting, company filled with fun people in a fast growing industry. The top management was willing to listen to recommendations. There were sometimes issues with defining roles.
We had a great experience with Jessica Herring at their Veridian location. We love the quality, design, energy efficiency, and cost of these townhomes. We are considering buying a few as investment properties. Look for growth that will surround their communities!
Overall a great company
Your experience working for this company will greatly depend on which housing development you work at. Although the product is the same across developments, management is vastly different.
