Salesman Brain was very thorough and very patient with us. Being a first time RV owner. He definitely took the time to explain several different options. There were a lot of variable and restrictions between what I wanted.. and what was achievable. Ultimately, the one deciding factor that was out of his control Color..Red exterior Accent. Maybe we’ll revisit Great American when we are ready to upgrade to the “ BiG BOY!”club
Gathering information with Jessica was pleasant. She was great with our boys answered our questions and gave us super customer service.
New to the world of RV, my wife and I stopped by Great American Rv, just to look. We ended up working with Brian and I have to say he was super helpful and informative. He took the time to show us several different models and he was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Jessica was AMAZING- she was very knowledgeable about all the models she showed us as well as super down to earth and kind! Connected with Shannon over the phone about a camper, everything was going great until I realized I was speaking to the one in Huntsville instead of Tupelo. Everything was done over the phone, video walk through, credit application, payment options and insurance, such a smooth process by everyone involved including Joey helping with insurance and payment options and explaining each one to us. All I had to do was drive a little over 3 hours and pick it up. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend buying a camper from them, they make the buying process easy and actually listen to want you want.
Ask for Brian! He’s a great guy and an excellent salesman. He really knows his campers and can explain all the equipment, bells, and whistles without making you feel pressured. The lot has a large inventory and they carry more online. Shannon Hefner was incredibly helpful in accommodating our budget and wishlist. She showed us several models so we could compare features and cost - and she patiently answered our many questions. Highly recommend.

Today I met Jessica at great American RV superstores in Huntsville. I walked away with a big smile on my face because she really took the time to listen to me and not try to upsell me. She was really interested in what I was looking for and what would work best for my scenario. She showed me many options in travel trailers and was sincere about staying within my budget. Knowing that I was not ready to buy just yet, she still was very patient and took the time to show me many options, and opened my eyes to the various trailers that would work for me. We worked with Tara at the Huntsville/Decatur store of Great American RV. She was extremely patient, upbeat, very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with us. She was a joy to work with. After showing us 10 or 15 new and used Airstreams, she gave us time to reflect and come back multiple times before we made our decision.
