That's a great bunch of people friendly service friendly atmosphere if you're there stop in and see Kimberly tell her John sent you.
Will be buying soon from these guys. No pressure sales at all! Ask for Korey!
Heather was amazing! She was attentive but not hovering over us while my boyfriend and I looked at the RVs. She was so patient with us and found answers to all of our questions. She has such a bright and cheerful personality that made the whole experience really fun! I don't think we would have been able to do it without her!
If you are looking to buy an RV, we highly recommend Great American RV of Heflin Alabama. You will have access to a team of professionals from start to finish. Kimberly provided us with a price that no one else in the country could come close to matching. We received every option that we needed and so much more. As we were from another state, several hours away, we had to spend a day on site as we waited for our jeep to be fitted for towing. They provided us with a nice overnight space, free of charge. Tommy walked us through everything we would ever need to know about our RV and answered all of our questions so that we felt confident in our purchase. Craig worked with us on warranty information. Matt did a great job walking us through all of our financial documents and insurance, without any awkward sales pressure. Sean made quick work of installing our Blue Ox towing package and showing us how to use it. And finally, Chad was available throughout
the weekend to answer any questions we had and make sure we were comfortable. If you’re looking to buy an RV, look nowhere else, go to Great American RV of Heflin, Alabama for the best service and price. Rob & Karen J.
Christopher was very helpful. Bought an Equalizer sway hitch. Thanks for all the helpful info
Too bad Google doesn’t have six stars! Fast and friendly! We had a blowout and shredded a tire on the interstate. Ava and Sean to the rescue! We were gone in under an hour. Stop here even if you don’t need to!
Chris was awesome to deal with. I told him my issue and he figured out what I needed really fast.
We are extremely happy w our fifth wheel
The sales team, Ryan Brown you were awesome going above and beyond our expectations
Ryan understood and accepted the challenge of ensuring we found the perfect rv for our needs, and my check list lol
If you know me, that wasnt an easy task to accomplish. We traveled all over Georgia even called few rv dealers all way up in Indiana looking rv that would meet all our requirements
We found it w Ryan at great american rv in heflin
From first day of us looking at this unit, they had it set it up all opened all way with the air running for us, with this alabama heat that deserves bonus points
There were few small issues that was quickly addressed by GM Stephen Smith who resolved them above industry standards w help of amazing Service manager Chad Smith and his certified service team
Chad, service manager, stayed in constant communication w us to let us know each step of process as well as time frame for it to be completed. We would like to thank everyone at Great American RV heflin al for our fifth wheel and making this process smooth And to anyone who is looking for an rv, I highly suggest you make trip to heflin, they can bet big dealers while offering southern small town hospitality
Definitely 10 out of 10
Great American RV, customer service unmatched. We pulled over for a brief moment to purchase a light cover then asked another question and Christopher whom helped us called over his colleagues to help with our AC. We Pulled into the bay got everything done, we were out of there within 30 minutes. Customer service was exceptional. Please stop in if your ever in Heflin, Al on I-20 in an RV.
I had an incredible experience at The Great American RV in Heflin, Alabama. I had a camper fridge issue, and Ava in the service department was a lifesaver! She got me in the same day. A technician quickly diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes, and I was back on the road with zero issues. Their service is top notch, and I highly recommend them for both service and future camper!! Thank yall
Kimberly provided absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me toward the right purchase for my family. She took the time to understand what we needed and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for great service.
Korey was so nice. He educated me in a lot I didn’t know I appreciate that. He was very helpful and easy to talk to and he listened to what I wanted. I would recommend him to my friends and family
Korey is awesome in sales! Cody in service is awesome too! Happy with our new purchase!
Ryan was wonderful to work with and it was a great experience from everyone one involved. The young man that did the walk through did a great job explaining everything on the rv.
We are beyond impressed with, sales associate, Korey Sparks. He listened to what we wanted and was highly informative and more importantly, forthcoming and honest. We were able to see campers and floor plans we had not seen before. The facility is neat and the staff is friendly without being pushy. Great experience!
Wesley was amazing! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. Highly recommend seeing him for all your wants and needs!
Well we stopped by last week just for fun. Met Wes. He was so nice and knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Wes kept in touch with us making sure we had everything we needed and he kept working the numbers. Got everything right and he went to bat for us. Needless to say we bought the new 5th wheel. This is our 2nd purchase from this dealer. Great sales department. If you go there see Wes Jones.
Worked with Gretchen. My husband and I feel she was very professional through the whole process. She was very patient and understanding since this was a very large purchase for us. Willing to help us out for two days while understanding we were also working with another competitor til we narrowed it down to which RV we wanted. She pays attention to details on things you like and don’t like. Gretchen worked us out a great deal and explained the warranties for us. We are very happy that we were her first sale. Great experience. Thanks so much Gretchen!
Best RV service center I have used. Always fair and honest. Ava my service advisor was excellent! Worth the drive from Georgia.
Gretchen Worthan was awesome!! She was so sweet and helpful and made my experience fantastic. Even though I didn't make a purchase today I definitely will be in the future and won't talk or do business with anyone but her!
We had a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable team of folks from salesman all the way to retail store rep who showed us around products for our new camper. Go down and see Wes Jones he will get you into something affordable that you will absolutely love!! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience!!
Recently purchased a Jayco Travel Trailer and had a phenomenal experience with Great American Rv. Wes was our sales rep and was super helpful and did a great job making our process as fast and as smooth as possible. Numbers came back exactly where we thought they would be no hidden fees just all around good business and a good product. Tommy was our service tech and was very thorough and knowledgeable during the walkthrough and even helped me fix my hitch before I pulled it home which I appreciated greatly. Would deff do business here again and have already recommended friends.
Korey did an amazing job from start to finish! Very informative, fast but thorough. Could not be happier. highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing facility, Korey was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect camper! All units were super clean. They have very high standards! The only hiccup was that the website was a little difficult to navigate.
Levi gave us a no pressure preview of several models. We are very happy at this point in time.
Eula was very helpful working with my camper repairs as well as keeping me informed on the progress of repairs!!
