I worked with Katy Grajek. She was knowledgeable and understood my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured. She was able to answer all my questions. Great experience all around.
On the sales/purchasing side of things, buying our toyhauler was a great experience. Katy was great to work with. Awesome communication and a pleasure to deal with. She made what we wanted to happen work, and it was a smooth process doing so. I do have a couple bad points overall though. After doing my walk through I found a door off the rollers (no big deal) and asked that it be fixed before we left. It went back to the service department for cleaning and for that to be fixed for a couple hours. I was in quite the rush after this took so long and didn't even notice that the door was not even put back on the rollers after being back there for hours. Point 2, and my only complaint with weight to it, is the electric side of the hot water heater isn't functioning. Went straight from the dealership to the campground and found that out. I'm sure they would fix this if asked, but I'm not hauling to and leaving my camper in hattiesburg. I will T/S and repair it myself. This should be tested and proven to work in their pre delivery inspection though. Lastly, it is a pre-owned camper. But it sure would have been nice if the black tank would have been cleaned/flushed more thoroughly from the previous owners.... waste... I'd still say it's a great place to buy an RV, just make sure you do a thorough inspection if it is a pre-owned.

Trent was great and Dan was awesome at explaining everything for this first time camper. Dan exceeded our expectations with his review as we are first time camper owners. Trent stood out on his knowledge and ability to cater to our needs. Dan has fantastic customer communication skills and is eager to share his knowledge with the world! From top to bottom, customer service was a 10/10 from the time we stepped in there to the time we pulled it off the lot!
From the time we walked in until we drove away, overall great experience. Brian helped us with exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. Our walk through guy was fantastic and patient with us. Every staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured or rushed. So glad we stopped here.

My wife and I recently bought our 2026 Venture Sportrek and absolutely love it! Our salesperson Trent was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the process! We just got a new 5th wheel and Brandon was awesome! He showed us all the ins and outs, all the cool gadgets, and brought along a great personal touch and even laughed with us along the way. If you get Brandon you will know your stuff before you leave, great guy!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Long story short, on the road for a business trip in our 2023 Fuzion Toyhauler and noticed a slide issue (snapped cable and slide was creeping out). Called our folks in Tupelo at GARV (Kobe & Patrick) and they got us into Hattiesburg, immediately! Greg Rogers allowed us to stay overnight and they had us in the bay as soon as the cable arrived! Cant say enough good! Smooth experience which has not always been the case with this rig! Excellent service in Hattiesburg and kudos to Tupelo for listening and going the extra mile! Our salesman, Trent, went above and beyond to help us find a good fit on an rv. We are very pleased with our choice. The Hattiesburg location was extremely nice and helpful. Trent Holliman spent a year and a half trying to locate the right choice for us. He was never pushy, always helpful and nice. One of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with.
