We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our new Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel! Early in our search, Heather Marie at the DeFuniak Springs, Florida superstore was helpful in getting us started. We ultimately visited the Grand Bay, Alabama location, where we met Bob Smith. Bob was wonderful through the entire process! From his attentive care during the initial sales search all the way to the day we drove our fifth wheel home, he went above and beyond. Bob even followed up with a video check-in that he sent to us just to make sure we made it home safely with our RV. What a nice and thoughtful touch! We couldn't be happier with our new RV or the top-tier service we received. Thank you, Bob!

We recently purchased a new Dutchmen Astoria 5th wheel and got a great deal! One of the closet doors was broken, but it was ordered before we left. When the part arrived about a week later we got an appointment about a week later (we were out of town). The day of the appointment we dropped the RV at Service and less than an hour later they had addressed everything. Record time turnaround! Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful and we couldn't be happier.
June 2026 we purchased new a Tiffin Allegro Bay 34 DB at a very good price from this GREAT RV Dealership. This is my 4th RV purchase in some 25 years of RVing and without a doubt this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I found the RV I was looking for on line at a great price and started the purchasing process with no issues of any kind. Daniel my sales representative was the best I ever seen and provided lots of detailed information. Tyler the Sales Manger was extremely helpful in pulling together for me the deal of a lifetime. The finance team of Molly and Debbie got me a great loan rate exceeding my expectations. Dustin my orientation Tech did a thorough and detailed explanation on everything on and in the rig. Being able to spend the first night there in my new RV allowed me to check everything out inside and out. The RV was so thoroughly prepared and cleaned i found no problems and happily hit the road the next morning headed home. Being a pessimist i was prepared to deal with the normal pushy salesman and financing personal, but none of that here. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and highly professional. He treated us fairly, worked hard to earn our business, and gave us an incredible deal on our motor coach. Danny, our salesperson, was exceptional. His knowledge of our coach was second to none, and he was with us every step of the process—from the first conversation all the way through delivery. One of the things we appreciate most is that he gave us his personal cell phone number and has continued to be available whenever we have questions on the road. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Shawn, who conducted our inspection and walkthrough, was fantastic as well. He took the time to teach us everything we needed to know and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the dealership. Great experience from start to finish! We called on our way to the dealership and Danny was ready for us when we arrived he had keys in hand, golf cart ready, and he took us straight to the exact toy hauler we wanted to see. Nobody at the dealership wasted our time, which was especially appreciated since we have two very young kids. Danny was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and never pushy. He walked us through the trailer, answered our questions, and then gave us space to look everything over and take measurements ourselves. We also appreciated that he never tried to upsell us into a bigger or more expensive trailer. The pricing was very competitive compared to similar trailers nationwide, and Danny was upfront early about delivery and PDI costs so there were no surprises later. When we wanted time to think about it, there was absolutely no pressure. He simply showed us how to place a deposit online and let us go about our day. About 10 minutes after leaving, we decided to buy it. When we came back a week later to finalize everything, Danny and the service team already had everything prepared to make the process quick and easy. The PDI was smooth, they worked around our kids potty/snack schedule, and everyone was patient and helpful. What really stood out was the customer service after the sale. We spent our first night on-site testing everything and had a couple questions/issues come up. Service responded almost immediately, re-explained the AC operation in person, and even replaced a brake light that had water inside it right away. Danny also checked in afterward to make sure we made it home safely and reminded us we could contact him anytime with questions or warranty issues. Overall, this was one of the easiest and least stressful vehicle/RV purchases we’ve ever made. Highly recommend asking for Danny if you’re shopping here!
Bob Smith was an amazing AMAZING salesman. He was so thorough and polite. He helped us work within our budget and was extremely knowledgeable. From beginning to end I felt he genuinely looked out for our best interests as a young couple with 2 small kids. Tyler the manager was very easy to work with and everyone there is so personable. I felt at ease and very well taken care of. I can’t recommend this company enough, we will be using them exclusively from now on.

The salesman, Rob, was nice, patient and professional. The finance gentleman and closer, Tyler and Molly were easy to work with and communication was top notch. My family and I had been shopping for our upgrade camper for a couple of years. We knew which floor plan we wanted, which model and which make. Here’s a secret, you don’t shop for your camper, you shop for your sales person. We had been to a couple other stores and the ‘sparkle’ just wasn’t there. High pressure, thousands of text messages asking if we needed to see it again. On and on it went. Enter Danny T. at Great American RV in Alabama. From the start he was candid, answered questions straight forward and understood that he wasn’t selling a camper he was earning a customer. He made my entire family feel like this was a back yard bbq and it really solidified who we wanted to purchase this from. Fast forward to our pick up day, Danny met us at our trade in, and explained how everything was going to go down. Out comes Shawn, the tech who did our trade inspection and our new camper walk through. Another excellent experience. Shawn took his time, explained everything and caught on to my husband wanting to know all the secrets (access to the awning power from inside the camper). There was no glitz, no distractions just straight up, old fashioned customer service. Molly in finance made everything seamless. I talked with Danny numerous times over several months while trying to figure things out. He was always patient, helpful, and never once pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the decision before moving forward. Tyler, the manager, was also great and made sure everything went smooth from start to finish. It’s clear the dealership really values taking care of their customers. Shawnee in the service department was also great to work with when our old camper was in the shop. She always kept us informed with what was going on. She does a fantastic job in the service department. A big thank you to Shawn, the technician, too. He did an excellent job walking us through the RV and showing us how everything worked. He took the time to explain all the systems and how to properly use everything on the new fifth wheel which made us feel much more confident before leaving the dealership. The finance process with Molly was excellent as well. She explained everything clearly, made the paperwork simple, and was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The whole dealership has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, which made the experience even better. No pressure, no gimmicks—just great people and great customer service.
