Dana and Bailey that work in the service department are the bomb. My rear slide motor went out this morning and they helped me get it back in and up to them and had it all fixed in the same day. If I could give 100 stars I would. Y’all go hit up Great American RV it’s well worth it

Night and day difference after not finding the part I needed for my camper at camping world walked in here and was greeted by the staff and helped as if they were happy to have me there. Clean bright showroom and bright and orderly.

We had a great experience with everyone we came in contact with in Calera. There was a miscommunication, but Humberto made sure that he made it right and everything worked out. We are first time RV owners and Robert took extra time during our walk through to explain everything and he answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to fun adventures in our Airstream!

They had researched what I wanted and showed me a great camper that was the exact same price but head much more of what I wanted and needed! Today we purchased our new Airstream International from Great American RV in Calera, Alabama, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from Robert and Andrew in the service department. Truly, the entire team at Great American in Calera. We had several customizations and specific requests for our unit, and Robert consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. When there was some
miscommunication regarding when our Airstream would be ready for pickup, Robert single-handedly saved the sale. Rather than making excuses, he and the service team stayed late, worked overtime in the heat, and did everything possible to ensure our unit was completed on time. Even after what had to have been an exhausting day, Robert never rushed us. He spent a tremendous amount of time walking us through every aspect of our new Airstream, making sure we understood how everything worked and answering every question with patience and expertise. Andrew was equally wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He, Robert, and the entire team, Josh, Humberto, Ben, and the rest of the team at Great American RV made us feel valued from start to finish. Their professionalism, honesty, teamwork, and commitment to customer service truly set them apart. Great experience! Heather's patience, and tireless assistance, as we were shopping to find the best RV for our family's needs was outstanding. She then took the time to make a personalized walk-through video of the camper we were purchasing, and remained in constant contact throughout our buying experience to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Earl, parts manager, made sure we got great deals on the additional parts purchased, along with quick delivery and installation. Rob made this an excellent experience by being extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of rv towing, usage, and maintenance. Most importantly, he took the time and energy to share as much of his knowledge with us as he assisted with hitch installation, towing tips and a personalized walk through (with specific instruction) throughout the complete interior and exterior of the RV. His encouragement for us to ask questions throughout ensured we left with confidence in our purchase. Finally, Tyler, Debbie and Josh contributed to our buying experience by making the financing/purchasing aspect of the transaction smooth and simple.
