Bought a new Class A diesel motor coach from these folks, and had a great experience. From the beginning of the sales cycle, straight through to delivery, the experience was easy and smooth, with no surprises. Everyone was great from the folks at the front door, to my concierge, to the Tech Tour and Finance teams. Superb service; this is my go-to dealer.
An unfortunate incident of a shattered window tuned into a wonderful experience! Alisha and team were on top of getting the parts ordered and Angie scheduled an appointment as a waiter. I was well informed of how long it would take for parts to come in and pricing. Angie also gave me tips on how to weather proof the opening. I thought it would have been a whole day deal but the tech had it done in a few hours!
Josh and justin were great. we found the unit we wanted. met in middle on price great experience. Jordan closed our deal with only one hiccup. Our deal included an rv club membership. We already had a membership and was promptly reimbursed. I would highly recommend great american rv in breaux bridge to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about Great American RV in Breaux Bridge. From beginning to end, this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Mark was an incredible salesman. He truly listened to what I needed, worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be, and even included a fantastic warranty. I never felt pressured or rushed. He made the entire process easy and made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right camper. Braylon was absolutely amazing during the walkthrough. He took his time and patiently showed me everything I needed to know about hauling, setting up, and using my camper on my own. That meant so much to me because I wanted to feel confident and capable, and he made sure I did before I left. Jordan handled all of my paperwork and was just as wonderful. Even though it was a cash sale, he carefully went over every document, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. I was honestly so impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. Mark, Braylon, and Jordan all went above and beyond to make this experience special. Wonderful experience from start to finish! We spoke with Josh and Justin before we even arrived, and they were both friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. Josh spent the entire day with us, showing us several campers and helping us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. He was incredibly patient, especially when I wanted to FaceTime my son multiple times to get his opinion. We never felt rushed, and he made the whole process enjoyable. Nick did our walkthrough and thoroughly explained every feature of the camper while answering all of our questions. Jordan handled the financing and did an excellent job explaining the warranty options without any pressure. We did have one minor factory defect on the camper, but the team addressed it immediately and worked quickly to make it right. That level of customer service really stood out to us. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a camper. We have been motor homing for over 30 years, so plenty of experiences with dealerships and their repair shops. Great American SuperStore in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana is one if not "the" best dealership we have encountered in all of years.. Chelsey the service advisor fit us in immediately into their busiest part of the season and immediately started the needed repairs. Chelsey kept us advised every step of the way during the repairs. The repair team was professional and caring of the quality of their work and did an outstanding job. This dealership has set the bar high and I wish most repair shops would keep the same standard. We had to bring our brand new camper (2 days old) back in for repairs due to a manufacturer issue. Bri was amazing and kept us informed every single week. I will be honest in that the amount of time it took far exceeded our expectations but Bri helped soothe frustrations as we know this was not her fault. I do feel that we should have been offered some kind of compensation however due to the extended amount of time it took. Several months being without our camper was very frustrating.
Overall great experience. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. Very knowledgeable team!

We purchased a used Keystone Raptor 362Toy Hauler from salesman Damian. Damian was great to work with and took care of our needs. As we went on our 1st camping trip 2 months later, we found some small mechanical issues that needed attention from the dealer. Damian worked with my wife over the phone and got us in as soon as possible and kept us on schedule for our Florida vacation. The morning we arrived to have the repairs taken care of, Damian was out sick but the sales manager stepped in and had the service department take care of our needs. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and got us back on the road with minimal downtime! I will definitely recommend Great American RV Superstore for your new or used RV needs. We have dealt with several RV dealerships in our area. Some are locally owned in some national chains. WITHOUT A DOUBT, this is one of the most customer service oriented, and comprehensive RV dealerships we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The sales staff, especially Mark Martin, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They have an incredible selection and take advantage of the multitude of stores to get the best prices imaginable. We had thought about driving to Houston or another big city, but they were able to guarantee the prices because of the chain of dealerships and we had no reason whatsoever to go or drive anywhere. The prep and Tour as well as the PDI was one of the most thorough I have ever been through. Their technicians were amazing! I cannot say enough positive about Mark Martin, he was involved with us I love you every step of the way, including the initial sale (of which he was extremely low pressure and non- pushy) to all of the service after the sale. In today’s day and age, it’s rare that you actually not only get a very good high-quality product with excellent customer service, but you also gain friends through the process. Mark Martin was the salesman, and he showed me several Jayco campers that he thought I would be interested in. I had a particular Jayco in mind, and so he didn't waste my time, which I appreciate. I did find the Jayco camper that I want when I am ready to buy. I would recommend Great American RV. Our camper was not three months old, and it had a leak. We brought it back to Great American for service. They had it for three months and one day. They had to repair the leak and change out all the floors. Then, the front air conditioner unit went out. We were glad we didn't have it when that happened. Chelsey Patin was our service advisor. Chelsey is a 5 Star service advisor! She kept us up to date on everything with our camper. She sent my husband text messages about what was going on with our camper and what to expect. She kept us informed, and she was very helpful.
