What can I possibly say about the Yonkers location of Schweiger Dermatology Group that isn’t already shown through the convenience of location (central to anywhere you can come from in either the Bronx or Westchester), plenty of on-site parking, an elevator building (suitable for the needs of anyone), and the welcoming front desk staff at the neatly kept waiting area? Get the picture? The medical secretaries at this location are always ready for check-ins and helpful with any questions or concerns. I suffer with health conditions that require the attention of a demonologist on a routine basis. I have been treated at this location for skin conditions by Megan Li, PA-C that were addressed in a way I found thorough and knowledgeable. I have had medical procedures done that have left me with the most minimal of evidence thanks to Gregory Polar, D.O.'s skillful hand. I’ve been to many dermatologist offices since first being diagnosed back in 2010, but none have been as equipped with such wonderful staff and availability of treatment by knowledgeable providers as what I found here at Schweiger Dermatology Group of Yonkers. Let’s get to why I JUST HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW. I decided a long time ago that when the time comes in my 30s and I see the first sign of wrinkles, I would get Botox. Lucky for me, my demonology office also has this available… I booked an appointment with Christopher Palines, PA-C, and at my consultation I knew I made the right choice. Christopher did an excellent job, and I am more than satisfied with my results. Big shout-out to Christopher for a job more than well done. The provider educated me on what to expect and helped me to better understand what to expect and hope for from this type of procedure. The procedure itselfwas painless; all I felt was a little pinch. My follow-up went very well, and Christopher told me what to expect for a possible (likely) future treatment.

Doctor polar Is the best doctor i have been seen at Schweiger dermatology, he explained everything I needed to know about my skin. And I felt comfortable asking questions. A dermatologist at the Shweiger group was amazing, beautiful smart, respectful, and very knowledgeable. She was a good listener and let me speak, and then she would respond with intelligence and help it make Sense to me. She was so good after the appointment in my head even though it’s way easier virtual from my couch, if I am still having issues and would need more help I am going in-person. Last note, the prescriptions needed to help my issue were sent right away and I was able to pick it up within hours of the same day. 1000% recommended and like I said it’s not only virtual they offered in-person as well with lots of other options for skin care. Unlike other doctors, she said she would like to see me first before saying she would wanna do any facial treatment and that to me just means she cares about people in general and her patients more then anything else! Thank you for the help 🙏

Im basing my review off of my first visit @ Schweiger. Patient booking was easy, checking was quick (5 min wait time), VERY clean modern office with good music, front desk girls were nice. I saw Kelsey Brennan for mild cystic acne and scalp issues. She and her assistant were thorough and so informative, I had to write most things down afterwards lol. She took her time with me and prescribed me 4 low dose medications/shampoos/topical to start with and see if my conditions improve. All 4 of my prescriptions are coming to me (free 1 day delivery) from The Apothecary at Columbus Circle. I’m looking forward to my next visit with Kelsey next month!

This was my first time in the office and seeing a dermatologist in easily 10 years. Dr. Polar and the staff were extremely polite. The office was very nice and clean. They made the experience easy, quick and very efficient. Dr. Polar took the time to hear about my concerns and complaints and to discuss my options. Had my first visit to Schweiger Dermatology and first appointment with Dr Polar this week. I was completely satisfied across the board. I got an appt within a few days, had a short wait time, and liked Dr Polar instantly. Hes lowkey, warm, and professional. The skin scan was careful and thorough. He answered my questions and allayed my anxiety over a blotch on my foot. No freezing or biopsy was needed. I gave my copay and left happy.

It was my first time there and once there it was the BEST service I've had going to a doctor.. The receptionist got me checked in really quickly, I got to see the PA right away. They gave me treatment right away. I was done in 20 minutes. Any where else I would expect to wait a while I'm between everything and it would take an hour. The only down fall was making an appointment. That almost lost me from the start. I couldn't call to make an appointment and the website to register is terrible. However, is worth struggling through that for the great experience once in the office.
