Not sure why this company does not have better reviews. I had a great experience with G3 when getting my second passport- amazing customer service and fast processing time. I began the process on May 3rd, which was very easy with the checklist they sent me. They quickly checked over my documents to make sure it was all correct, and I received my shipping label within less than an hour of getting approval. Then I shipped everything off, and received the second passport four business days later, and my original passport another five business days after that. I paid for the priority service (total cost was $892, including all fees and shipping) and I got both my passports back in 9 business days. Every time I called with any questions, the office was super helpful and willing to answer any questions. I have no complaints with G3, and highly recommend them.
Website showed that I had enough lead time to not need the next level of expedited service, but when talking to them on the phone they told me it would be cutting it close so I moved up to the next level just in case. Adds to the cost of course. After submitting my paperwork they emailed me that I had something not right in my itinerary document, told me what they needed. I got that fixed and emailed back, and they processed it quickly. I really liked that a problem was identified and getting it fixed via email and scanned documents was easy. Got passport in plenty of time. I would use them again if needed. I live in a rural area so going to an office to expedite did not seem like an option.
I couldn't find my passport with only 4 days before our flight out, the fellow at G3 was incredibly helpful and professional. Would use and recommend them again. Also if you have a US State Department near by, check out their expedited passport services too.
I pre-paid to rush through my passport. I thought I needed to do so. In the initial contacts with G3, they obtained info from me that remarkably, led them to suggest that they return all pre-paid fees, because, in fact I did not need their services. They were right. I had an appointment and got my passport taken care of same day. Thanks for keeping it honest, and real! Never before have I experienced such honest service from any business. !!! That says a lot.
