Good Gym and good PT, I highly recommend Francis M as PT. If u want to have a really good session he is the best! I’ve been training with him and I love it !
Good gym, can’t wait to go back after the Coronavirus pandemic has deteriorated
I only go here for the fitness classes so I cant speak for the rest, but theres a good variety and of classes and the schedule is better than other FF gyms in the area. I like that there is a wide range of participants, a mixture of male and female, young and old, different shapes and sizes. Staff at Carlingford are always friendly and the childcare centre is a big plus. I also like the fact that I can go to any fitness first to use their facilities. All the class timetables are online so theres no excuse to not be exercising.
Overall fitness first never fails to disappoint prices are high but equipment is second to none, been a member for 3 years and will Never join another gym
Large gym providing great facilities such as a large swimming pool , sauna room , gym equipment great , to top it off , friendly female receptionist which are glad to help.
