My family and I joined Fitness Cartel Virginia a few weeks ago, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Paris T. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the experience. Paris took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent support throughout the entire process. I found Paris to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. I would like to personally thank her for all the assistance and support she has given us over the past few weeks. A great experience overall, and I would highly recommend Fitness Cartel Virginia, especially thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Paris!

She has a great aura to be frontline for FC, to anyone who considers investing their money in a long contract!

Great experience at Fitness Cartel, Ella has made my experience 5 star! She has checked in during my overall experience, arranged the complimentary training sessions which were great. Overall, all the staff have been making the gym feel like a second home. I’ve even referred my friend who has just moved from New Zealand to the gym and he says it’s great as well!

What makes a good gym isn’t just the equipment, it’s everything. At FC Virginia the staff are friendly, the members are respectful of each other, the PTs on the gym floor are attentive to their clients, it’s well maintained and above all it’s clean… including the bathrooms and showers. Good job the the FC Virginia crew

I’m very excited to join the gym and that’s all thanks to Ella for not only welcoming me and providing me with all information and exceptional service, but for being so lovely and reassuring. Any questions I needed answered she would answer straight away without a doubt and would check in on how I’m feeling and going. She’s played a big part in why I’ve joined this gym specifically. Most staff I’ve approached at other gyms have never made me feel welcomed or greeted me with such warmness like Ella. Without great staff like herself, gyms wouldn’t be as poplar and I believe she’s a big reason why most members at fitness cartel remain at the gym, it’s not only because of how great the facility is, but because of how wonderful the staff are.
tahlita uhrle

Best Fitness Cartel around, no questions asked! The vibe here is unmatched… it’s lively, super spacious, and never feels overly crowded which makes training so much more enjoyable. I’ve been a member of Cartel Gym for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The facilities are great, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The workouts and classes offered are engaging and help keep me motivated. However, I did have an issue with an overdue payment that was not resolved satisfactorily. Despite it being a mistake on their part, I have not received a refund, which has been quite frustrating. I believe their billing system or the person managing it could use some improvement to prevent such issues in the future. Aside from this hiccup, I enjoy my time at the gym and appreciate the community aspect. I hope my feedback helps them enhance their services further,

I signed up today and as I walked in I was immediately greeted by DJ despite it being quite busy. As I said I was there on a fitness passport he knew straight away what I was on about and got another member of staff to come out and help. Between them they made the sign up process quick and easy with no fuss and I even got some free merch. The gym itself is pretty modern and lively. Would recommend. Thanks again to DJ and the team
