Joined the FC club and been using the facility 5/6 times a week either at 4:30 before work or random times outside of work. Equipment is great and lots of variety even if your machine is taken you can easily switch out an alternative. Changing rooms and showers great before work. Despite it being busy and parking seems a common theme there are lots of spaces all over the site and if you can't walk a few minutes to the gym then your clearly in the wrong mindset to enter the gym in the first place. Atmosphere and energy is great and staff always friendly.

I just signed up today! It’s been 6 months since iv been, wasn’t enjoying my old gym, so was feeling a little nervous about starting a new place! But jemma took my friend and I for a tour and signed us up. I had the best experience with her, she went through everything in detail and made us feel so welcome, she has such a great personality

Fantastic new gym, the staff are super friendly. Sophie was great to deal with and sorted out our membership really quickly. However there is extremely limited parking which is becoming more of an issue as more members join.

This is not a gym. Its a place for underage kids to hang out and act inappropriately in an enviroment that supports unnacceptable behaviour in teens. Vaping in the change rooms is a big thing. Taking pictures in the changerooms and not considering anyone trying to take a shower or get dressed in the back ground. Breaching all kids of privacy and health laws. Staff more concerned about hitting on girls/guys. Its like a nightclub with gym equipment. Its not a place for people who are serious about thier health and fitness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been really impressed with this new gym! The equipment is all top of the line, with everything you need for a great workout. It’s clean, well laid out, and has a great atmosphere. One of the biggest advantages for me is the location. I live and work nearby, so it’s incredibly convenient and makes it easy to stay consistent with my training. I also love getting in super early in the morning to knock out my workout before the day starts, and the gym is perfect for that. Overall, it’s a fantastic facility, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym with excellent equipment and a great location.

Has everything you want but regular carparking. Not easy to park. Every time attempting to attend is a problem. Some members who attend are not considerate with parking or when sharing amenities/gym equipment. Not alot of natural light at gym. No cross trainer. Some equipment not there. Mostly equipped. Kitchens with microwave. Coffee and smoothie bar. Supplement shop. Pilates room. Mostly accommodating. If prefer a small gym environment, this is probably not the place.

What got me to sign up to Fitness Cartel was the I was treated by Ellie and Joey who made sure I was looked after. I highly recommend anyone looking to sign up to a gym to go and see Joey and Ellie. All of the instructors at this FC are fantastic, but Thalia is truly a 100/10 Pilates instructor// fitness instructor in general. Her classes are tough but so refreshing. I truly look forward to finishing my day with one of her classes. She makes classes enjoyable & accessible for people of all Pilates levels. Ive been going to the same gym for nearly 10 years, but when I heard about FC opening up i thought id give it a look. I had absolutely no intention of signing up, but Ellie (who showed me around) and Madison (manning front of house) were the key reasons that had me signing on the dotted line… Ellie and Madison made me feel incredibly welcome… They were both so down to earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. It’s clear they’re not just doing their jobs; they bring a kind of energy and mentality that’s honestly rare to come across. They embody an ethos of authenticity and approachability that really stands out (and in my opinion, that’s a massive asset to the brand). It sets the tone for the whole environment and makes walking through the doors feel like a boost in itself.
