Big shout out to Kate, she's the best front-of-house person and a real asset and ambassador to the company. She always goes above and beyond to keep members happy, and whenever I have a question or issue, she sorts it out.

Amazing array of equipment and classes and has a real community vibe. To management: Otto deserves a raise (he did not ask for this, but he is an incredible asset to your gym)

All of the instructors at this FC are fantastic, but Thalia is truly a 100/10 Pilates instructor// fitness instructor in general. Her classes are tough but so refreshing. I truly look forward to finishing my day with one of her classes. She makes classes enjoyable & accessible for people of all Pilates levels. She’s always bubbly & chatty and so easy to approach at anytime before, during or after the class!!

Ive been going to the same gym for nearly 10 years, but when I heard about FC opening up i thought id give it a look. I had absolutely no intention of signing up, but Ellie (who showed me around) and Madison (manning front of house) were the key reasons that had me signing on the dotted line… Ellie and Madison made me feel incredibly welcome… They were both so down to earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. It’s clear they’re not just doing their jobs; they bring a kind of energy and mentality that’s honestly rare to come across. They embody an ethos of authenticity and approachability that really stands out (and in my opinion, that’s a massive asset to the brand). It sets the tone for the whole environment and makes walking through the doors feel like a boost in itself.
