Reuben just helped me get started with a membership today. He was really insightful and supportive. He made sure I was looked after with my requests and gave me a membership and a deal that suited me perfectly. I recently signed up at Fitness Cartel Nundah with Reuben. He was really helpful and made the process so simple and easy to understand. He made me feel welcome and has been so supportive whenever I’ve been in the gym. If you’re looking to join Fitness Cartel I’d suggest speaking with Reuben and he’ll make sure you’ll have the best experience possible!

Looking for a gym last minute, lady with blonde hair who only started had shown me round super efficiently. And as a hospitality manager my hours are whack and Reuben took care of me after hours which he didn’t have to do. Amazing hospitality here for only my first 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend a gym further
SAM.THREESIXNINE

They gave me 3 free pt sessions with my sign up fee BUT the pt they signed me up with was useless, poor communication and impossible to book in with. He would offer me one time slot and I would tell him it didn’t work and he would ask me what time works for me so I gave him my whole schedule and multiple windows over most days when I could do a session, he didn’t even read my message properly, he canceled our 2nd session twice, he would constantly reject any options I gave him and I couldn’t work around him and his limited options. This WHOLE TIME I don’t know what I’m doing at the gym so I’m not even using my membership. This place is a rip off. I even asked to bring my brother in on a day pass and they charged me $25 for it but didn’t tell me until we rocked up even though I called before hand

I've been going to this gym for a month now. I love it. The staff are very accommodating. Harvey made signing up a really easy process. The gym is always clean and lowkey looks like a night club. The vibe is great. Everyone who trains here is either friendly or just minding their own business. The Dubai Choc protein shake is super tasty. Overall, I highly recommend Fitness Cartel in Nundah.

I was about to put 1 star because I was unhappy with the customer service team regarding my request to downgrade my membership and cancelled the fitness cartel Kid, I’ve been in the gym few time and call + filled a document 3 weeks ago… since nothing happened… I had to follow up constantly… Until Courtney handle straight away and easily the situation. Courtney truly saved the customer relationship and the situation. I was ready to leave a one-star rating due to my dissatisfaction with the customer service, but she managed to resolve my issue on her own in less than 24 hours. She’s amazing !

Initially, I had a negative experience with this gym. However, the gym has since undergone a change in management, and the new manager, Courtney, has done an outstanding job in resolving the situation. She took the time to understand my concerns, ensured that my cancellation was processed correctly on all accounts, and maintained clear and consistent communication throughout. Her professionalism, empathy, and follow-through were exceptional. Courtney is truly a standout—please keep her on, she is a tremendous asset to the team. Thanks to Courtney’s swift, kind, and professional efforts, I’ve updated my rating. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how individuals and businesses respond to them. As long as Fitness Cartel continues to employ people like Courtney, I have full confidence that customers will be well looked after.
Reece Abbott
I want to give a massive shoutout to Courtney at Fitness Cartel Nundah. I had been dealing with some ongoing issues with Debit Success, the company used for weekly payments, and made my concerns known. Courtney immediately stepped in and handled the situation with such professionalism and efficiency. We sat down together today and worked through the issue thoroughly — the resolution was more than fair, and her customer service was absolutely outstanding. It’s clear that this gym runs as smoothly and successfully as it does because of Courtney’s strong leadership and incredible problem-solving abilities. If you’re looking for a gym that genuinely values its members and has staff that go above and beyond, Fitness Cartel Nundah is the place — and Courtney is a big reason why. Thank you again!

I’ve been training at FC Nundah for about 6 months now and it’s been a great experience so far. Equipment: Plenty of new and well maintained equipment. Lots of options and multiples of popular equipment means that even at busy times, you can always fit in what you need to do. Change Rooms: Well maintained, modern change room/locker facilities. Atmosphere: Friendly gym atmosphere welcoming to seasoned gym goers and newbies alike. Friendly staff and trainers too. Classes: A good variety of classes included in the basic membership and if you’re into reformer Pilates, you can add that on too. Boxing, bikes, yoga, hiit and on the floor cardio equipment has you covered.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! I was a member with both GoHealth and Goodlife for years, but I recently tried Fitness Cartel — and it is by far the best! The equipment is brand new, the facilities are clean and modern!! And the staff, particularly Decoda and Courtney are so warm and friendly at the front counter. There are a lot of gyms in Nundah, but this one is by far my favourite!! ✨

absolutely love this gym and the space it has! From the equipment to the staff, it’s all amazing. i Had a PT - Tara and she was amazing, a ray of sunshine would definitely recommend her she made me feel so confident and comfortable at the gym from when i first started.
Jo Jo
Nice and clean facilities, plenty of machines to work on. Some classes are available as a part of membership.
Jazzie Rosales
Amazing new gym, super spacious and modern equipment. Would be great to have the rooftop open. I hope they maintain this gym rather than not invest when things need it. But for now, it is definitely worth the membership. It has clothing, supplements, and a shake bar with all the macros. I don't use the daycare area, but it seems suitable to those that use it.
ryanzwe
Great gym, has tonnes of facilities that are overpopulated at other gyms such as upper body exercises, bench etc
Dee Dee
Updated review: Since posting my initial review the club manager reached out and helped resolve the matter quickly which i really appreciate. I had initiatially been disappointed with the termination process of my membership which has occurred due to challenging and unforeseen circumstances and what initially seemed to be inflexibility or concessions to support this. I appreciate the team resolving the issue and hope that they may consider amending the policy for people moving significant distances away (similar to other clubs) to make this an easier process in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the club and the facilities.
Nicholas Podesta

Great facilities! Clean, new and well kept health club. Several dealings with staff all of whom were eager to help. Management deserves recognition for keeping the culture of staff perfect for patrons from all walks of life. The manager was also very helpful and easy to deal with no matter what my queries or concerns were. 10/10!

Glad I made the move to FC Nundah. It was time for a change after being at my old gym for almost a decade. Great variety of machines and areas to work out. The showers are top notch and spacious, and there's plenty of lockers. One critique would be there's only one smith machine but that's about it.
Kaytlyn Poole
Love this gym so much but they keep calling me (3 times in one week) after 1 casual visit with a friend even though I specifically said I do not live in the area and I’m already at another very popular big name gym.
Jonathon Meikle

Dave Guyatt
What a great gym, I have experienced nothing but greatness every time I go in, everyone, including the staff are really nice and at one point I didn’t understand how a machine worked and a fellow gym user stopped and gave me the rundown. The manager was also so lovely when I met her. I really rate everything about this place including the undercover parking.
Renee Taylor
I am not a member * But visited casually with my partner. This facility is well thought out, clean and perfectly equipped for any fitness level. Staff at the front desk (slender young man, longish brown hair) greeted us at the door with a smile which not many other fitness clubs can say they do well. FC, you guys are AWESOME.
Kaylee Kirkby
Updated Review: I've had membership issues with this gym that have since been resolved (only once leaving a review). Apart from my issues with membership I can say the gym's equipment, and facilities are amazing. A shoutout that was aforementioned in my previous review to their amazing Reformer Pilates instructors. Every instructor they have is amazing and are very tentative to the people in their classes and pride themselves on making sure all attendees are catered to and have a great experience. Their reception staff to no fault of their own are lacking customer service skills, but once your membership is up and running smoothly the vibes and facilities are a win. The crowd at this gym is also a lot friendlier compared to some of it's competing mega gyms in the area.

Highly recommend Fitness Cartel Nundah! Clean and spacious with an unbelievable range of fitness and strength equipment. Ask for Courtney! She makes my Sunday session totally worth getting out of bed for two reasons. Best customer service (she always goes above and beyond) and crazy good protein shakes!!!

The best gym in Brisbane. Frothing on the atmosphere and vibe. Sarah’s been a huge help with the whole process of joining up/transferring. The staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and the amount of choices you have for gym machines is endless. The gym has never been easier to turn up to. If you can’t get motivated in this environment you’re either lying to yourself or need to go to Specsavers.
