Before I say anything else, if you’re thinking about joining Fitness Cartel Homeview, ask for Brodi. Trust me on this one. He is an absolute asset to the team and genuinely cares about people. 💙 I’ve trained at a few Fitness Cartel location's, including Tweed, Carrara and Homeview, and I have to say… Homeview is doing something very, very right. In fact, they’re doing something different. I honestly can’t wait to get there each week, and out of all the gyms I’ve been to, this is the one where I truly feel at home. 🙌 From the wellness spa facilities to the atmosphere the moment you walk through the doors, it genuinely feels like home. Over the last year and a half, it’s become a place where I know I can walk in, have a chat, do my workout, and leave feeling better than when I arrived. The sense of community is something really special attributable to the staff.. ✨ It’s helped my mental health more than I can put into words. Sometimes life gets heavy, and having somewhere that feels safe, welcoming and supportive makes all the difference. But the real standout for me is the staff, especially Brodi. I’ve been coming and going over the last year and a half, and life has thrown me a few curveballs during that time. Yesterday, Brodi went above and beyond. He took the time to listen, gifted me some Collagen Boost to try, organised a complimentary gym session for my 14-year-old son, and genuinely made us feel seen and cared for. He wasn’t trying to make a sale. He was simply meeting us where we’re at on our health and fitness journey, and that makes all the difference. Brodi your an absolute must to this business 💙 And I couldn’t write this review without mentioning Shaylah. She greeted me with absolute warmth and had the loveliest chat with me when I’d been having a particularly rough morning. She gave me a little pre-workout drink to try, which ended up helping my workout so much that I wanted to buy some, but there was never any pressure or sales pitch attached to it. Shylah is an absolute asset to Fitness Cartel Homeview. She is exactly where she should be. Some people are just made for customer service, and she has that gift. She makes people feel welcome, seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door. ✨ In a world where so many places are focused on numbers, Brodi, Shylah and the team at Homeview reminded me that people still matter. If you’re thinking about joining a gym, do yourself a favour and give Fitness Cartel Homeview a call and ask for Brodi. I would say this is the friendliest, cleanest and most comfortable gym I have been to in the last 10 yrs. The staff literally say hello every time you walk in! The equipment and gym is kept in good order also, I regularly see staff cleaning weights up and checking things. Only thing it lacks is extra space ! Gym is starting to get really busy in the peak periods. I don’t very often see their “hitt cartel” being used
and they have extra room upstairs! Maybe time for some extra machines!??

Im a mother of 3, havent been in a gym for over 6months because life has been hectic, and I've just moved to the area, so I was already feeling overwhelmed searching for a new gym and space that could take me and my babies. BRODI, the man! made me feel welcome and genuinely heard. Most importantly he made sure my kids were taken care of, so this mum brain could spend some time deciding what was important to her health and wellbeing. I Love that there are areas in fitness cartel where you can train discretely, classes where you dont have to think, access too all fitness cartels and merse wellness centre for recovery; Ive needed something like this for a long time. To feel welcomed by Brodi and the team was everything I needed to say yes to the Cartel family. Ps. My kids also told me "We Love it Here at Kids Cartel, can we come back" thats all the confirmation I needed to know we found the right place.

One thing I love is that my membership gives me access to all Fitness Cartel locations. I’ve been going to the Beenleigh club for yoga classes and they’ve been amazing. The customer service at the front desk has been fantastic every time I’ve visited. I’ve also signed up for MERSE and absolutely love having access to the sauna and ice baths. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience and I’m really glad I joined. Highly recommend!

Love Olga’s Reforma Pilates classes! I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great work out and she’s great at ensuring you get a full body work out and also how to focus in on a specific area. Signed up with Fitness Cartel and the experience completely changed after joining. Communication was great during the sign-up process, but once I was locked in, it dropped off completely. I specifically mentioned at sign-up that I may need to change my membership to go through Fitness Passport, and I was assured this would be “easy” and not an issue. However, since trying to make this change, I’ve had no support at all. Multiple attempts to contact the team… including physically showing up and calling and have been ignored or rejected, leaving me with no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels very one-sided: great service to get you in the door, then little to no support afterwards. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and follow-through. At this stage, I wouldn’t recommend.

Really nice gym with a great vibe and plenty of quality equipment. More than enough to cater for everyone, even at busy times. The only minor downside is maintenance around weight organisation. There doesn’t seem to be much structure or direction for where plates are stored, which can make the area feel a bit messy and chaotic. This is a small complaint overall, but some clear labelling and the occasional staff re-organisation would go a long way in keeping things tidy and easy to use.

Brad was very accomodating showing me and demonstrating the different machines, even when i said i was going to try out other gyms in the area he never pressured and never made me feel like if i didnt sign up there and then id lose a great deal, bonus points he never bad mothed the other gyms and actually encourage me to try them to see the difference. Super friendly, to the point and no pressure got me over the line. The process was easy and hassle free. Side note Dallas makes the best shakes and is the friendliest face at the counter.

I want to say a big shout out to Sebastian! From the moment I entered the gym he was so patient and knowledgable and answered any questions that I had. I was nervous entering the gym for the first time with no understanding of anything! Sebastian when above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to fully understand the work out. The sign up process was super easy and the staff are approachable and friendly. After completing 3 PT sessions I have now signed up with Sebastian for a 16 week program and I’m excited to see what the next 16 weeks will bring!
