A few months ago, I was going through some real bad financial hardship. I had called Wanting to discuss my options. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rose. Rose actually listened to me. She took what I was going through, She was able to empathise with the situation and her and her managers came to a decision to really help me. We have now organised an arrangement where I am feeling less stressed. I just want to Give a shout out to Rose for being an incredible human being. for treating me like a person And not just a number. Thank you guys. You’ll never understand how much that meant. Nice and clean gym. Equipments is really well looked after. Bathroom is getting cleaned every day I think so looks really clean-all the time. New weights and machines exist in this gym which I don’t think I’ve seen in other gyms so far. Posing room, Sauna and some more…… Overall I would say Highly maintained and looked after. Not only this club, all Fitness Cartel clubs are taking over everything and This is a brand now. Highly recommended. Thanks

The gym is clean, modern and super cool with the lights and wall art. It has all the machines you would want plus some more niche pieces. I’ve been a member of Cartel Gym for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The facilities are great, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The workouts and classes offered are engaging and help keep me motivated. However, I did have an issue with an overdue payment that was not resolved satisfactorily. Despite it being a mistake on their part, I have not received a refund, which has been quite frustrating. I believe their billing system or the person managing it could use some improvement to prevent such issues in the future. Aside from this hiccup, I enjoy my time at the gym and appreciate the community aspect. I hope my feedback helps them enhance their services further,

I had my first experience today and have not been disappointed! I train there about 90min Knowing my daughter was in great care in the childcare facilities. A new gym with new and quality equipment, many classes a week, qualified EPs and great customer service. Without a doubt, this is a great gym to train in. TOTALLY RECOMMENENDED!!!

Went for a pre-opening tour of the newest club on Brisbane’s northside. Awesome facilities (even still wrapped in plastic in preparation for the reveal) with a great team to match, who are able to answer any questions. Very keen to get in after work on opening day Wednesday February 7th and kick start the new year.
