Nice new, clean gym with a great vibe and two floors of top of the equipment. The ladies bathroom with the sauna is amazing, with special thoughtful touches added. Also shoutout to Tanya, THE best Griit Strength instructor ever 💥❤️

She made sure to make you feel that you belong and that change is possible as long as you believe and work hard. She will take interest in what led you the this point and your story. Thanks for the laughs it was nice. Also thank you to Maddi. I was early and being new to a gym seeing a smiling face sets you at ease. It took away those thoughts of just leaving. I had absolutely no intention of signing up, but Ellie (who showed me around) and Madison (manning front of house) were the key reasons that had me signing on the dotted line… Ellie and Madison made me feel incredibly welcome… They were both so down to earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. It’s clear they’re not just doing their jobs; they bring a kind of energy and mentality that’s honestly rare to come across. They embody an ethos of authenticity and approachability that really stands out (and in my opinion, that’s a massive asset to the brand). It sets the tone for the whole environment and makes walking through the doors feel like a boost in itself.

this gym is unreal. everything feels brand new and the layout makes training so much easier because all the equipment is grouped perfectly. the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating and it actually makes you want to train harder. the staff are legends, always up for a chat and happy to help with anything. signing up was quick and simple thanks to maddy who made the whole process smooth. if you’re serious about training or just getting started, this place has everything you need.
