I am an older lady with no gym experience. Aliyah was so amazing. She helped me work out my pilates and yoga schedule and got me started. I'm excited to see how I can strengthen my body.

I’m very grateful for the attention, patience and kindness I received when I started my membership at Fitness Cartel. I’ve always felt very welcomed at the Brisbane locations. I also love the facilities and the quality of the equipment. Highly recommend! 💪🏻💜

I joined the fitness cartel with my family, we tried the reformer Pilates and the instructor was so friendly and helpful- she did not fat shame us. We felt welcomed. Aliya was approachable and helpful. We enjoyed the hip hop step class. I would like for it to have Zumba classes in the future and tai chi if possible as well. I’m so glad I joined this gym - it is so worth it.

Khai assisted with my enquiry over the phone and provided transparent & informative details. He then went on to provide a 1:1 tour for my husband (I couldn’t go in as our kids were sleeping). Khai provided great customer service over the phone and in person :) he’s now locked in 2 new FC members! Although I didn’t go in, my husband did state that this gym is far cleaner/tidier than the other gyms he’s signed up for in the past. Thank you, Khai!

Awesome Experience! I had an awesome experience signing up at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh! The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free, and the customer service was absolutely spot on. A special shoutout to Jayden, who was extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the membership options clearly and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how thorough he was with the gym tour. He took his time showing us around, explaining the facilities and everything the gym had to offer before we even signed up. That made the decision so much easier because we knew exactly what we were getting. Great customer service, great facilities, and a really smooth experience from start to finish. Big thanks to Jayden and the Fitness Cartel Beenleigh team — highly recommend! 💪🔥

Shaun makes the best protein shakes 👌🏽 5 star gym, however only thing I’d fault that they don’t have a vending machine inside the gym floor for us early birds that train at 2am.
Suzana Milovic
A BIG shout out to Josh Bell PT for his outstanding customer service! A few weeks ago, I asked him about purchasing some wrist straps. Josh took the time to give me advice and explain the different options. Although he was on his own at the service desk and couldn’t leave to show me properly, he still gave me a quick demo and suggested I try a couple of different styles the gym had available in the box behind the counter. I think it may have been the lost and found box. This week, he remembered our conversation and, as I was leaving the gym, he stopped what he was doing, walked out to the the gym floor, and personally showed me how to use them correctly. Not only was I impressed that he remembered me weeks later but that he genuinely cared enough to follow up. It’s this kind of initiative, genuine care, and positive energy that really sets someone apart and makes a lasting impression. Josh absolutely went above and beyond, and Fitness Cartel is lucky to have him. Thanks again. Suzi

Im a mother of 3, havent been in a gym for over 6months because life has been hectic, and I've just moved to the area, so I was already feeling overwhelmed searching for a new gym and space that could take me and my babies. BRODI, the man! made me feel welcome and genuinely heard. Most importantly he made sure my kids were taken care of, so this mum brain could spend some time deciding what was important to her health and wellbeing. I Love that there are areas in fitness cartel where you can train discretely, classes where you dont have to think, access too all fitness cartsl and merse wellness centre for recovery; Ive needed something like this for a long time. To feel welcomed by Brodi and the team was everything I needed to say yes to the Cartel family.

recently visited Fitness Cartel to check out the gym and had a really great experience. One of their representatives showed me around and explained everything clearly. He was super friendly, patient, and didn’t make it feel like a pushy sales pitch at all. The gym itself looks amazing, really clean, well organised, and has a lot of equipment. You can tell they’ve put effort into making the environment motivating. Overall it left a really good impression on me. If the staff treat members the same way they treated me during the tour, it’s definitely a great place to train.

I’ve been training at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh for just over a month now, five days a week, and I’m absolutely loving it. Getting in early, smashing out my session, and starting the day strong before I step into my humanitarian work has been a game-changer. I’m already putting on muscle and losing inches, and the routine feels locked in. The staff are genuinely friendly and supportive, the environment is upbeat, and everyone in the gym is welcoming. Plus, the shakes at the juice counter are unreal. Honestly, this is one of the best gyms I’ve trained at, and I’ve been to plenty. Highly recommend.

Great gym, great equipment !
Sarah Ulloa
The gym is absolutely top notch, clean, well equipped, and has such an uplifting atmosphere. Every session leaves you feeling stronger, motivated, and part of a community that genuinely cheers each other on. But what really makes the difference is Megan from MJ Coaching. She just gets it. Megan doesn’t focus solely on physical results; she understands that true health is about balance, mind, body, and lifestyle. She works with you, meeting you where you’re at, and somehow knows exactly when to push and when to encourage. Her approach is holistic, empowering, and honestly, life changing.
Amelia Knight
Have been at the gym for about 9 months now and so happy we joined. Great facilities and love the virtual spin and group fitness classes. They make it so easy to do a ‘class’ when it suits my schedule. Our daughter loves going to Kids Cartel while we train. My PT, Megan (MeganJCoaching), has also been amazing. She’s helped me feel so much more confident on the gym floor and guided me to improve my technique 10/10.
Moeshia Te Awa
This gym has great facilities and if not for them I wouldn’t have met my incredible PT - Megan Smith. Working with Megan at MJCoaching has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. My goal was to regain functional strength while managing my endometriosis, and she has exceeded all my expectations. Megan is not only an expert in her field but also wonderfully understanding. She celebrates the good days with me and gracefully adapts our sessions on the tough days, always prioritizing my well-being. Her empathetic approach has allowed me to build strength consistently without fear of a flare-up. I'm so grateful for her expertise and her kindness. Thank you, Megan!

Massive shout out to Kerry B for being the reason I get up at stupid o’clock every morning, her group fitness classes start the morning off right, her witty comments and good vibes make it a breeze to get through challenging classes. I’ve learnt so much from her personal training sessions, she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to women’s health and training. We have a fitness tribe and all push each other to be the absolute best we can be and that’s all thanks to Kerry! Highly recommend!
avery connor
I’ve done Pilates with Megan from Meganjcoaching for over a year and just started PT with her — she’s amazing! So supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you feel strong and confident in your body.
Sasha Tyrrell
Not sure where I’d be without Megan from MJ Coaching on my health and fitness journey! She’s everything I’ve needed — my biggest cheerleader, constant support, and full of knowledge. Megan is so well-educated and experienced, and overall just the loveliest person. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Joanna Fey
I love training at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh and could not ask for a better PT than Megan Smith from @meganjcoaching. Megan has helped me a lot over the years with nutrition, strength training and most of all understands my needs as a client.
Shona Doyle
Feels like home, I love this gym and you need to look no further for the best trainers, especially Kerry Bergman. Complete package for pregnancy, peri menopause and post surgery, you don’t get any better advice. If you think gym is not for you, think again Fitness Cartel is where the new you begins.
Zan R
Love this gym. I have been here since it opened and all the staff are friendly and the kids zone is awesome too. My trainer Megan Smith (MJCoaching) has been helping me through some recent injuries and so happy to be able to move about without as much discomfort. I love how supportive her approach is and she works to my ability and goals not her own agenda. Love this place!
catherine edmunds
Great facilities and Kerry Bergman is an amazing PT who treats her clients like family. Her knowledge and expertise is incredible.
Sharon Hampson
I can’t recommend Kerry Bergman highly enough! She is a truly fantastic personal trainer—knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly passionate about helping women feel their absolute best. Kerry works out of Fitness Cartel Beenleigh, where she specializes in women’s health and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with perimenopause. Her expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach have been a total game-changer for me. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and, most importantly, regained confidence in my body. Her sessions are always thoughtfully tailored to your goals and fitness level, and she creates a safe, uplifting space that makes you want to show up and keep going. I also have to say how much I love Fitness Cartel Beenleigh itself—the workout space is amazing, clean, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The other trainers are just as encouraging and supportive, creating a really positive community vibe. If you’re a woman looking for a PT who truly understands your journey and goals—especially around perimenopause and overall wellness—Kerry is the real deal. I’m stronger, healthier, and happier because of her, and I couldn't be more grateful!
Kylie Moon
I have been at the club for over 2 years now and doing PT and classes with Kerry B and she has honestly made it feel like home and made my training personal and helped my body and mind be stronger! I couldn’t recommend her classes and PT anymore to change your life for the better!
Caitlyn Verbeek
Love this gym, so much variety and gorgeous facilities but the biggest win about this gym is their trainers, Kerry specifically is an absolute gun! She knows her stuff from general fitness to pregnancy & postpartum fitness and beyond! An absolute staple to the FC family! 10/10 🙌🏻
Cristina Berenguer
Absolutely the best gym experience! Fitness Cartel has an amazing atmosphere — clean, welcoming, and motivating. What truly sets it apart is the personal attention and understanding from the staff, especially my personal trainer Chris. He genuinely understands disabilities and personal limitations, creating workouts that are safe, effective, and perfectly tailored to each individual. Thanks to Chris, I’ve made incredible progress while always feeling supported and confident. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be understood and encouraged every step of the way, Fitness Cartel is the place to go!
Benji Rikia
Big shout out to my PT Raj Chinnaiyah 👋 at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh. Been training with this dude for just over a year now and I’ve made so much progress I don’t think I could done without him. He really does care for his clients. I started at 103 kgs now I’m down to 93 kgs. Still got a long way to go 🧗 but steady chipping away at it. Thanks to the bro 🤙🏽
Sharon Booysen
Love this gym! Always clean and tidy, but I love my trainer from MJ coaching more haha 😄 I've been training with Megan from MJ Couching for 10 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I highly recommend Megan and her team.
Rhiannon Way
Gym is always clean and has great facilities! Megan from MJCoaching is an amazing PT (and absolute gem) - from 1-on-1 sessions to Reformer/Mat Pilates classes. The encouragement and ongoing support she has provided along with the knowledge she has - I cannot recommend her enough! 💖

***MENTAL HEALTH and DISABILITY is NOT a barrier when you have a PT like CHRIS *** Shout out to PT Chris from CS Vitality who was able to create a personalised exercise and nutrition plan for a complex person and case like myself, having complex mental health and Functional Neurological Disorder - Seizures (FND) was no deterrent for a PT like Chris. I have had no luck in finding a SAFE gym and a PT to trust with a background in medical environments and/or exposure and experience in first-hand complex first aid within the GC/Logan region. At a moment's notice I can collapse and be partial paralysed, unable to walk, talk and move. However, to my luck I was able to meet Chris, someone who is highly qualified, knowledgeable and experienced beyond just fitness certifications. He is someone who is friendly, listens, adapts and devised a special fitness plan to work beyond all barriers and gave me the opportunity to have my independence back into my life again, to allow me to gain strength, build muscle and see results, AND even if you can't make it to Fitness Cartel Beenleigh gym, online training and supports are there to keep you motivated, stay on track and get you through the challenging days.
Jason Brooker
Despite what some have said, and I hope there experiences have excelled. I love fitness Cartel, everyone has been polite and helpful, there equipment is amazing, but the biggest stand out for me so far has been Raj, my PT! The way he communicates, Plans and executes each session we have, is next level. Recommend to everyone!
Lauren Day
Chris from CS Vitality is great PT and coach, takes the time to actually listen and work with me in reaching my goals. He's extremely motivational and supportive and is flexible with day and evening bookings when I have a busy schedule.
Amy Villalobos
I love The Fitness Cartel Beenleigh the gym is spacious with lots of equipment, the classes are great, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoy the Pilates reformer classes! I have trained with Megan at MJCoaching for over 6 years most recently at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh. She is an amazing trainer knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really understands women’s health, especially pelvic floor and Pilates. She tailors every session to my needs, genuinely cares, and has helped me gain strength, fitness, confidence, and achieve my goals. If you want a trainer who motivates, inspires, and delivers results, who never stops learning herself then look for MJCoaching at Fitness Cartel she is incredible!
Mia Stirling
Recently joined this gym, and I have been working with Chris who is a PT there. Chris is brilliant and completely changed my perspective on training and loving the results! Highly Recommend!
Luca Hutson
I like my Thursday gym session with Raj he’s good to have a chat to while working out
Shinta
Working with Chris at CS Vitality has been a total game-changer. The changes in my strength, body, and overall mindset have been huge. What truly sets Chris apart is that he's incredibly personable and genuinely cares about you as an individual—not just another paycheck. He took the time to create a custom program that's a perfect fit for me, and my mental health has seen a massive improvement. He knows just how to push you to get results without ever making you feel sick or unwell. I highly recommend CS Vitality at Beenleigh fitness cartel.
Chantelle Shannon

Love my Saturday morning Boxing session with PT Raj. It’s a full body workout, body mind and soul. We talk about our lives in between smashing me in a full on Boxing HIT session. Best way to start the weekend. Thanks Raj.

Been suffering with on going injuries which required ops and my PT Raj has been the most supportive person around me always been going above and beyond, it’s just physical fitness, mental wellbeing as well, such a genuine guy and great at what does!

Megan Smith from MJCoaching is my trainer at Fitness Cartel. I absolutely love having her as my trainer. Megan is very well educated and knows exactly what I need to make each one of my sessions count. The facilities are great there and I enjoy our sessions together. Megan is a great person to boost my confidence and help me with my nutrition as well. I have seen so much change in my body from working with her. If anyone needs a trainer but her up.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Sam at Fitness Cartel, and I can confidently say that he provided an exceptional level of service. From the moment I walked in, Sam's energy and enthusiasm were palpable. He possesses a rare ability to not only explain the various services offered by Fitness Cartel with crystal clarity but also to genuinely connect with potential members. What truly set Sam apart was his comprehensive knowledge. He didn't just rattle off a list of features; he took the time to understand my individual fitness goals and tailor his explanations accordingly. He walked me through the gym's facilities, highlighting the state-of-the-art equipment and the diverse range of classes available. His explanations were detailed yet easy to understand, and he patiently answered all of my questions. Sam's passion for fitness is infectious, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals. He created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and motivated. It wasn't just a sales pitch; it was a genuine conversation about health and well-being. Furthermore, Sam's professionalism and dedication were evident throughout our interaction. He was organized, efficient, and followed up promptly with any additional information I requested. It's clear that he goes above and beyond to ensure that every potential member has a positive experience. In my opinion, Sam is not just a great salesperson; he's an asset to Fitness Cartel. His exceptional communication skills, combined with his genuine passion for fitness, make him stand out from the crowd. If you're looking for a gym that provides excellent service and a supportive environment, I highly recommend visiting Fitness Cartel and seeking out Sam. He's undoubtedly one of the best in Queensland, and I'm incredibly happy with my decision to join. Thank you, Sam, for your outstanding service!"

I recently joined Fitness Cartel Beenleigh and I have to say, it's been an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so accommodating and welcoming. The whole process of trying out the gym and finding the right membership was super easy. The gym itself is next level, with a relaxed and friendly vibe. As a first-time gym goer, I felt completely comfortable. I have to give a shoutout to Chloe, one of the sales personnel, who was absolutely lovely and helped me every step of the way. Her service was outstanding! I'm so excited to have signed up for the year and can't wait to get started on my fitness journey. Highly recommend Fitness Cartel Beenleigh for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive gym experience!

This place is basically my second home! I love starting my day being greeted by Tee at the front desk! All of the PTs are approachable, the range of classes would meet anyone’s needs. The equipment floor is amazing with many machines, squat racks, dumbbells and benches. Having the cardio equipment in a separate space is a great addition. The bathroom and sauna is unlike any gym I’ve been to and always kept clean. It’s so convenient buying a shake on the way out on a busy day, even though I’ve already bought the protein from supps store 😂 they’re just so good! I’d recommend you join, if not I’ll keep enjoying it myself 😂 Overall the whole team is top quality! So bring your best attitude and get some work done 😄😄

It’s a one stop shop for all when it comes to training the equipment that they have bought is top tier whether you are a beginner just starting out or have trained for years everything you need is there. The classes they have, reformer pilates and the cycling room is incredible. We can’t forget the bathrooms obsessed they have not only put in the effort on the gym floor but have gone above and beyond to exceed expectations. They even have a little box of lady things if you don’t have any on you. They have thought about the little things which this is the difference from this gym to another! And you can’t go wrong with a cheeky shake on your way out! Did I forget to mention you can even order your shake on an app and have it ready to collect on the way out . So if you are a late runner like me fitness cartel Beenleigh have got you! Thank you fitness cartel you have out done yourselves 🫶🏽

One of the best gyms I’ve been too, all brand new cardio/pin loaded and plate loaded equipment, polished concrete floors and a awesome atmosphere. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend this gym enough if you’re in the area. Don’t be shy, get in there.

After trying out almost every gym franchise on the Gold coast and beyond, Beenleigh fitness cartel sets the bar high. Best place to train! Their selection equipment is like no other fitness centre and the staff are super friendly. Great atmosphere. Love coming here to train.

I’ve never been much of a gym person but this one is awesome and I actually get excited to go. Even though it’s a large gym it accommodates for all gym goer types. My fave things are the reformer classes and the comfort zone. If you’re a newbie to the gym scene the comfort zone really helps you get started on your goals in a smaller setting. The staff are amazing, always friendly, welcoming and ready to help, this includes the trainers. I feel more comfortable at this gym then I have at smaller ones and the staff really help with that. Added bonuses are the kids crèche, infrared saunas, majorly deluxe bathrooms and the equipment!! It’s next level and let’s not forget that mural, you can’t not push yourself when you’re looking at that. Best gym in the area by far.
Brianna P

I love this gym! It’s one of the better ones I’ve been to hands down! The staff are extremely friendly! The ladies in the crèche are amazing with my son! And the equipments is so easy to use and laid out really well! I love the decor in the gym it’s very inviting you’re greeted coming in and out of the gym the bathroom is stunning there are heaps of lockers to store your stuff and the bathrooms have straighteners and blow dryers to use as well as toiletries that are free to use! This gym has thought of everything! I love the cardio area how it’s a bit enclosed in a separate space to it’s not overly busy here some hours of the day so it’s really good if you have anxiety and can’t be around alot of people as well! Love this gym! Way better than other gyms!
