Very well-kept space! The team is always lovely and happy to greet you, which makes it such a welcoming environment. There’s a great range of equipment, with plenty of different options to suit your workout. My only small wishes would be to have more entertaining things on the TV and a girls-only space, but these are minor things overall. Such a good gym to go to, and I’d definitely recommend it!
Jairo Martínez
The service is excellent, the equipment is top quality, and the atmosphere is amazing. Everything is well maintained, and you can really notice the quality of the place. Without a doubt, this is the best gym I’ve been to since I arrived in Australia. 100% recommended

Annys was an extremely helpful employee, she assisted us greatly in signing up making the entire process a lot more smoother and bearable. Annys was able to assist all 5 of our family members in all the ways we needed, giving discounts and taking our circumstances into consideration. If you ever consider signing up to Fitness Cartel look up Annys for your membership process.

One of the best gyms around. - Amazing equipment that is kept serviceable and fixed quickly when breakdowns happen (personally never seen something out of order for more than a week when it rarely happens). - Incredible facilities and services on offer including traditional saunas, posing room (my favorite), virtual cycle class and group fitness which is all included with standard membership - Very cheap and fair pricing - The best Protien smoothies around (highly recommended the Oreo one) - Friendly staff and members who always say hello and bye as you pass and are always up for a chat Highly recommend this gym for anyone either starting their fitness journey or looking to upgrade their gym

Emma at Fitness Cartel Aspley is absolutely incredible and one of the main reasons the gym has such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. From day one, she has always been friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated, no matter their fitness level. Her professionalism, energy, and dedication to helping members really stand out. Whether she’s answering questions, offering encouragement, or just greeting people with a smile, Emma consistently provides outstanding customer service. She creates an environment that makes coming to the gym enjoyable and motivating. Fitness Cartel Aspley is very lucky to have someone as passionate and hardworking as Emma on their team. Highly recommend this gym, especially because of the amazing staff and service she provides!

Amazing, gym amazing facilities. Ronan is hands down one of the best receptionists at Fitness Cartel Aspley. Always welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely makes everyone feel comfortable the second they walk through the doors. Super friendly, professional, and somehow remembers everyone like you’re a regular. Not to mention the bloke is ridiculously handsome, which honestly just adds to the elite customer service experience 😂 You can tell he actually cares about the members and the vibe of the gym. I’ve been going to Fitness Cartel Aspley for a little under a year since moving to the area, and have gone nearly every day since joining. You can tell that the staff takes a lot of pride in the place because it’s always extremely clean and welcoming, regardless of the time of day or how crowded it is. All of the staff is excellent as well, but I’d like to give a shout out to Emma specifically. Emma is always super kind and helpful, always takes time to chat and check in on my experience, and makes the best smoothie this side of the river. Highly recommend this place, and thanks Emma for making the experience of a big box gym so much better.
Sean Kinsey
No rubbish, when signing up was easy and the gym is actually a good gym
Nick Piper - Onion TV
Okay, you can have massive floor space and a copious range equipment but sometimes a great gym often starts at reception. And on that note, Aspley Fitness Cartel goes down as one of the best. A massive shout out to Shenay who is not only friendly and engaging but also professional, a problem solver and a perfect advertisement for the brand. No matter what time of the day, and there are some early mornings, she is consistently welcoming and an absolute pro.
William Simulaeta

The Terminator
I was very nervous and anxious about joining a gym after seeing people's bad experiences online, for example being photographed and made fun of online, I was especially anxious as I am an amputee. I got a taste of what gym life was like while in the hospital during rehab and I loved it that much that I wanted to join a gym. I decided to go and visit Fitness Cartel Health Clubs at Aspley and spoke to Paris. After about 20 minutes I was much calmer and decided to join there and then. The staff are very friendly and approachable, even the scary ones 😂, the equipment is new and easy to use and the environment is very relaxed and welcoming, makes me want to come back again and again. So glad that I didn't let fear stop me from joining a gym, very happy that I chose Fitness Cartel as the gym I joined. I highly recommend this gym, thank you 😊
Owen Mounter

Even when busy, Aspley Fitness Cartel feels like there’s plenty of room. Staff are great and the vibe is generally good. Heaps of equipment and floor space.
Rahul Rajput
The best gym in north Brisbane so far and training under coach Jayl Camilleri was my best decision, who really pushes hard towards your goal and got his own room.
Jeff Bayley
Great gym that caters for all with equipment specifically for fitness, athletes, physique, bodybuilding and every type in between. They also have great amenities and a sauna, as well as great staff and PT's. I have particurlarly enjoyed a good health and fitness relationship with Jaylen, a PT from FC Aspley and find his approach and dedication to helping his clients and anyone else that approaches him, above and beyond my expectations.
Stefan Torres
This is without a doubt the best gym on this side of the country. Everything from the equipment and the staff is just out of this world. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym and all the trainers there, especially Jay were so helpful! I recommend this more than any other place
Neil Maddison
It’s a great gym and I have enjoyed my membership for a few years now. I did my welcome free PT session with Jay Camilleri and knew I had to get training from him - he’s a top trainer and if you’re joining this gym I recommend seeking Jay out for at least a chat.

Incredible gym, great class schedule and always lots of equipment available. Always super clean and a great gym to be part of. My daughter absolutely loves coming to the crèche - special thanks to Indi and Kareem. They are so warm, caring and attentive. I feel really lucky knowing she’s in such good hands each day after a not great experience elsewhere and they’re just as much part of my experience each week as they are my daughters! Thank you Aspley!

I appreciated how approachable he was, and his eagerness to help. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and brings great energy to the gym. His support made my experience so much more enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend Fitness Cartel Aspley because of the incredible team. I am sure many of the other parents will definitely agree with me 🙂

I joined the gym about a month ago and couldn’t be more happier! The facilities, classes, saunas and of course the protein shakes after workouts, you truly get the full experience. I want to give a special shout out to Aiden and the FCT classes each week. Aiden goes above and beyond, and has built an incredible community in the FCT classes, ensuring everyone is smashing their individual goals and creating a team work environment. Could not recommend enough!👌

Miss Rad
I had a Pilates class this morning with Toni Thwaites and it was amazing!! I’m fairly new to this and have had 6 classes so far, just want to shout out because Toni was incredible and it was the hardest but best class I’ve had by far. Fitness Cartel Aspley has been amazing since before I signed up. Cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and support to everyone that walks in the doors! They also have a crèche with the sweetest carers who all hold blue cards. It’s a great experience and very comfortable!
Vanessa Trotter
I can’t speak highly enough of the creche team — especially Indi and Kareem on the afternoon shift. They truly go above and beyond for my kids and every other child in their care. They know my children so well, make them feel happy and safe, and always greet them with genuine warmth. What makes it extra special is that they also take the time to check in on me — a small gesture that means so much and shows just how thoughtful and caring they are. If you’re considering putting your child in creche while you get your gym fix after a long day, you honestly couldn’t ask for better carers than Indi and Kareem. 💛 A special shout-out also goes to Jaylen and Andre at reception — always friendly, welcoming, and delivering incredible customer service. They make every visit a positive experience from the moment you walk in the door.

Been going to this gym for over a year - staff and PTs are amazing but since the fire last year they've added way to much equipment especially in the cardio area. I can literally reach out and touch the person next to me. On the main floor u have to dodge through the equipment without getting bruises
Bradley Farrer
Great place to work out and very kind staff who helped with supplements

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I have to give a special shoutout to Troy. From day one, he’s been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Fitness Cartel is a great gym for anyone under 18 because it offers a safe, supportive environment with beginner-friendly equipment and helpful staff. The gym promotes healthy habits early on and encourages consistency. I recommend joining their teen-specific group classes—they’re fun, motivating, and a great way to meet new friends. These classes help teens stay active while learning proper form and building confidence. The atmosphere is energetic but never intimidating, making it easy to stick with a fitness routine. With flexible hours and clean, modern facilities, Fitness Cartel makes it simple for young people to prioritize their health and well-being.
Michael Seinafo

Brock GOLDING
Can't really fault a facility that has everything. Pricing is good, coffee and shakes are a great addition and the range of exercise wear is up there in comfort with widely known brands. I've been to 3 Fitness Cartel gyms and the consistency across service and facility is great. I won't be changing anytime soon.
Timeforchange2025
I have been a member at dozens of gyms over the past 30 years and FC is hands down the best. It combines all aspects of what is great and offers this from one facility. Good people, cafe, creche, large spaces, good equipment and first class facilities, sauna, bathrooms, etc. I also like the dimmed lighting, it provides a casual / calm element to the place that other gyms with 10K lumen lighting lack.
Tayg Collins

Marcus called me today about signing up again. While I’m signed up at another gym, he’s convinced to come back to Fitness Cartel after my holiday in a few weeks. He reminded me why I love FC so much; the staff are super friendly and quite frankly, I do miss the community that most gyms just don’t have. Marcus did a great job of listening to my needs and working in with me on how to make it work. Super happy!!
Victor Araujo
It’s been exactly six months since I decided to migrate my fitness journey from a local gym to this massive health club that is Fitness Cartel. At the same time had the satisfaction to Met Jaylen Camilleri as Coach. After a nice conversation about my goals to increase lean mass, build up a muscle package that can be taken to a stage, and make plans for that during a whole annual season and a first session, I was completely ensured that I made the right choice with the club and especially the coach. It’s nearly 10kg up of this lean mass and we’re still at the start of the year. The club structure, team members, good equipment and vibe are all that we need to embark on a very good fitness journey, and the best part is, it fits any kind of public, no matter what your goals are. I’m pretty sure that you’ll find yourself at Fitness Cartel Aspley, and if wants to reach even higher results, no matter what, Jaylen is your guy. Personalized program to fit your wishes. Full attention and massive knowledge of every single detail. Especially if you want to get a big lean mass, I couldn't be happier.

I signed up to fitness cartel because my previous gym was closing the crèche, which I heavily relied on. I was so upset because I loved my previous gym because it had a female only section. I tried so many other gyms but none of them had a crèche. At first when I signed up to fitness cartel I was nervous because they don’t have a female only section, but the more I went the more confident I got. I have now signed up to a PT (Abby is AMAZING!!) and I am really enjoying my sessions. I have got my confidence & motivation back! Also, a bonus with FC is they have a smoothie bar!! (Or coffee if you like) The staff are also very friendly & welcoming & the equipment is amazing, so many things I have never seen or used. It’s always clean & tidy also which is a bonus! The creche for me hasn’t felt very welcoming. The staff barely speak to me & I just feel unwelcome & like the don’t like my son.. I asked my son if he had a good day and how it was & he said the ladies there hated him … HES 3.5 years old & he said that. That hurt my heart to hear him say that. I don’t know why he said it or what even made him think that but it wasn’t a good feeling for me as a parent. Thankful he only goes 1 day a week now. The club itself is amazing tho & I love the new equipment they get all the time. I highly recommend FC!
cheryl smith

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, patient and definately next level!!! Have been to other gyms and this is absolutely my go to place. I would highly recommend to anyone even thinking of joining a gym - all ages and fitness levels. Just love this place!!!

Scott Lovegrove
Came in as a casual visit! This gym has a great health and fitness vibe! Really friendly, helpful reception staff. Made me feel welcome (could have stayed chatting all day). Excellent gym equipment!! Great selection of different equipment and plenty of it. Clean, spacious and accessible. I was happy with the lay out but that’s personal between individuals, suited me perfectly. PTs friendly and not aggressive sales agents. They clear work on building relationships. Low level lighting created a great ambiance/ atmosphere. Don’t feel intimidated and could train comfortably without feeling exposed. Overall great experience!! 11 out of 10.

In the years I have been going to different gyms - Fitness Cartel is by far the best gym. You can find everything under 1 roof. From when I made my first enquiry online, Sarah contacted me within minutes - after the first meet and greet I signed up on the same day. You can definitely feel the positive vibe from the moment you step in the door. Never in my life I did any classes until now. Euan, Mel and Sally are so encouraging and supportive and makes you feel included. When is comes to supplements and recommendations - Alex has been incredible. Literally will sit and take the time to run through different supplements and recommend nothing but the best. Best GYM EVER !!!
Bolle Borkowsky

Been a member of Fitness Cartel - Health Club (Aspley) now for the last 12 months along with my two teenage kids and my six-year-old son who goes to kids club and we absolutely love it as a family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and awesome. The facilities / gym are clean, well maintained and state of the art equipment. There are tons of group classes covering all the disciplines you would want. All this makes the gym experience at Fitness Cartel - Health Club (Aspley) first class.

Emma Sargent
I love fitness cartel Aspley. I’m not a gym person. I don’t wear makeup to workout or those scrunch-in-ya-bum tights. I originally came over for the Reformer Pilates. Imagine Unlimited Reformer Pilates for a fixed weekly fee! Wow! Awesome! With joining I also got a few free PT sessions and access to the whole gym and other classes. It was great being shown around the amazing space and learning how to use the equipment. There’s a real vibe here, and just like the name suggests - everything in this gym is geared toward you achieving your personal fitness success. It just needs you to put in the effort. There’s a massive selection of equipment and various spaces to workout so everyone isn’t ontop of each other. The culture seems really healthy too - which is a reflection of the people who work and run the place. You can’t have a great space, or a vibe environment, if there’s a poor internal culture. So I came for the Pilates but I’ve stayed for the Gym. I love smashing out my PTs sessions each week. Seeing gains and goals. My only criticism would be parking. Sometimes it’s challenging to find a parking spot. Otherwise, 10/10. It’s the place to be 💪💪
Susanna Pieterse

I have going to Fitness Cartel for a few months now and can confidently say I’ve made the right choice. First impressions of the gym came down to equipment and facility’s which there is an abundance of for both training of all sorts and recovery. As I continued to train here I got time to meet the staff as well as the community who also attends here and have recommended this gym to many of my friends and family due to the friendly, approachable and helpful nature of everyone. Whether you’re a bigger or have been training for a while, you can quickly find a place to call home here.

Jamie is the biggest front counter Queen and makes the most top tier shakes, thanks to her I’m addicted to them and get one every day and in turn I’m going broke and probably will have to live on street l… but worth it

Jan Teslar
Very cool gym love going here however as this gym is gaining popularity so is it’s members. Surely there has to be a cap to how many people can enter.. it’s getting packed twice now I couldn’t find a car park twice this week. so only way I can get parking or do my workouts is to go late.. 8-9 pm or later.. it’s getting to small for the amounts of people that are going now..
Dylan Alderton

I have been a member of many gyms and Fitness Cartel is definitely a favourite. Being a new gym they have modern equipment which is regularly and well maintained. They have quite a large range of equipment and even in peak times there is enough equipment to use It can heat up on warm days and they disallowed any form of chalk which is lame but it's something I can love with. If you miss a payment they will be quick to block your card and chase you for money as well as charging a large late fee. Overall Fitness Cartel is a positive experience and I have already recommended it to a handful of friends.

The equipment is very fresh, the culture is positive and staff are excellent.

I left my previous gym to follow my PT. Since joining Fitness Cartel, I haven't been disappointed. (Except after my first workout session we went into a 2 week lockdown) The team there are very friendly and professional. The gym equipment, the fit out, the atmosphere and the decor would put allot of other large chain gyms to shame. Also I have been with PT Jacob for 12 months and I am still getting amazing results while enjoying my work out experience with an expert trainer. Furthermore gym membership is well priced in comparison to allot of the large chain gyms. 😊😊😊😊

I'd like to give a shoutout to Drew, who works as a Sales Representative for Fitness Cartel I've been to World's Gym, Anytime Fitness, Jetts, Snap Fitness and YMCA gym's in the past, however haven't experienced the level of customer service shown, or depth of tailoring a workout schedule finally suited to me, the way Drew has done. I believe she goes above and beyond her responsibilities at Fitness Cartel, and I just wanted to publicly acknowledge that it's very much appreciated from myself and others she helped along the way Fitness Cartel Aspley is A1, the culture is great, the environment and gym equipment available is second to none Also shoutout to Tori in Reception, the whole team is super friendly/supportive in anyone achieving their workout goals Sign up with these guys, they're the best doing it - Jake

Such a great space, Cecilia made my experience easy and care free, friendly staff always willing to help out at all time. The crèche ladies are great, kids always happy and asking when they can return next. Do wish there was crèche on a Sunday and would be able to book in for 2 hours or multiple slots a day as I was told I could book unlimited but now being told I can’t. Knowledgeable in all your supplements to fit you. Active wear on point. Best protein shakes made by the man Alex! Recommend to everyone.
