You call for a shuttle, walk quite a ways to board the shuttle bus, and are taken to a small building off site, can be a bit crowded and no air conditioning during this time. In Christchurch location is on site. Fewer rental choices. If you want to change day of may not have options for a different vehicle. Christchurch Airport Super happy with the ease of drop off. Quick and friendly employees.

I just read past reviews and thought it right I should update this. In July 2018 I rented a Toyota Rav for my family on our 6 day Auckland holiday. The vehicle was new. It was a reasonable rental rate and I had no issues of complaint about the company. I was surprised that there is no office inside the airport, but once I communicated with them they had a shuttle bus to me in 10 minutes, picked up all our gear, then a 5-minute ride to a quick pick up of my vehicle. Our return was at 5:30 am and they were there ready to go with the shuttle to get me on my early flight to Sydney. I'd choose them agian.

I rented my car from Ezi Rentals on an incredibly stormy day in Auckland where all flights were delayed or cancelled and when I got to the rental spot there was a huge line out the door. But I must say the 4 ladies behind the desk were positive, smiling, helpful and had excellent customer service throughout. I was so impressed.
