Always a great experience, we've been going here for years. My son gets nervous about dentist appointments and they treat him so well and try to keep it light hearted for a smoother experience.
Expedition Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic! I was able to get a new patient appointment for my three children within just a couple of weeks. The office staff was friendly and the space is clean and well maintained. The visit itself went really well, with my children being put at ease during they're cleanings and x-rays. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge and the questions asked to make sure my kids were getting the best and safest treatment for them. I would recommend Expedition and wish they also treated adults.
Searching for a new peds dentist was nerve wracking. I’m so grateful we found Expedition! The staff was not only helpful with all my new patient questions but also calm, fun and patient with all 3 kiddos! Already scheduled for all follow up appointments.

First visit went great. They have a train that kept my little one distracted while they cleaned her teeth and they are great with kids. They make sure they don’t do anything my little one or I was not comfortable with. Zero tears overall a happy place.
My son just had his first appointment here and we had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They had lots of accommodations for young children to make the exam easier. I know my son will be excited to go back just to see the train!
We have been going to Expedition Pediatric Dentistry about a year now, and my kids all love their dentist and the dental assistants and hygienists. We have been to the Springfield and Republic locations, and both have wonderful atmospheres and staff.
We have loved our experience with Expedition Pediatric Dentistry! Their office is perfect for kids - a fun, welcoming waiting room and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They’re efficient, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
My oldest daughter started with them for braces almost 2 years ago and we have always felt so welcomed and like family by all the staff every time!! Being in the dental field myself, I'm beyond happy to have Ortho treatment done for my kiddos by such trustworthy and loving people!
Wow. The staff treats you with respect and no pressure on additional x-rays and services. Great receptionist. What really got me was how they treated a severely autistic child that came in. The whole staff was patient and worked with her and her father, even getting the mom on video call to calm her down. Literally brought a tear to my eye overhearing it all. Wonderful experience.
Dr. Hayter and Nicole were so kind, reassuring and patient with my daughter during her extraction appointment. Her and I both felt so comfortable and they were great about communicating what was happening. The office is beautiful and clean and the front desk staff was also incredibly nice and helpful!
What a great team!!! They were so kind and gentle with the kiddos! Kids left with smiles on their face and I left feeling fully informed and reassured that my kids were going to be taken GREAT care of

Just took my kiddos here for the first time today. Great atmosphere, office staff, and patient care! My daughter has anxiety about dental work and they did a great job taking the extra time to help her feel comfortable and confident about everything being done. I've never seen her happier leaving a dental appointment. ❤️
