My kids love coming here! They have been so helpful handling 2 dental emergencies. Highly recommend!
This location is really nice. It’s very kid friendly and colorful. Everything looks clean, modern, and well kept. The kids have TVs to watch while getting their teeth worked on. My kids favorite part is always getting a prize in a little machine at the end. I have been several times and the staff have always been pleasant.
Literally love Dr. Hayder! She’s so nice! The staff are so welcoming and really takes the time to explain things and never made me feel pressured about anything. I was very happy for the care my 1.5 yr old received and my 4 yr old can’t wait to go back! He’s been talking about his appointment to whoever will listen!
I brought my 5 year old and my 3 year old to Expedition Dental for their first dentist appointment. My kids were nervous prior to the appointment, but the staff was great with both of them, and they loved it by the time we left! Everyone explained exactly what they were going to do so that my kids knew what to expect, and did not do anything they weren’t comfortable with. I can’t recommend Expedition Dental enough!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate! My teens loved the entire experience. My 7 year old has severe anxiety and the staff was very understanding and great at helping him feel comfortable.
My kids love going to Expedition Pediatric Dentistry! They are calm and supportive of kids, which helps them to feel confident and comfortable instead of scared.
We had an amazing experience when we brought our son in! Scared for his first appointment all staff was patient and help make him feel comfortable so much that he willing to come back again!

Highly recommend for your children. We take 4 kids at once, which is no easy task, however the staff from the front door to the chair make it as easy and pleasant as possible.
One of our children has great anxiety with dental work and they are patient and let him lead the appointment. We wouldn’t ever take them elsewhere.
I have bad dental anxiety and was extremely scared to take my daughter! Every single person here were amazing and made our experience so easy and even enjoyable! Thank you so much to everyone!
Everyone was so nice and wonderfully patient with our two kids. They thoroughly explained everything and made my son's first time a great experience. If you're on the fence about a dentist, I highly recommend going here!
My sons first dentist appt since he has some adult teeth. Very friendly and patient. Love that the dentist and ortho work together.
My 5 year old son had to have some dental work done for the first time. The office and entire team were great! I was a little nervous of how he would react to everything but the team kept my son calm and he just peacefully watched a cartoon while they completed the work. He got to pick a prize and he is so excited to go back for his next appt. Seeing how well they interacted with him and explained everything to him really put my nerves to rest.
Expedition Dental has been wonderful to work with. My daughter was extremely nervous with having any dental work done. They were able to communicate with her step by step and she did amazing. I am so pleased with how easy and comfortable they made her feel.
Amazing dentist and amazing atmosphere for kids just the best you won't find anything like this in anywhere else. They have locations in Republic and Springfield too. Please check these guys out and give them a try you won't regret it.
The office is clean with very friendly staff. The lobby has a cool fish tank and some cool areas for children to play with toys and games. Most importantly, Dr. Thomas has done really well with all my orthodontics so far. Highly recommend!
Excellent team from communication to treatment. They were very accommodating of my child with special needs. The facility is clean, fun and comfortable for kids.

I was very nervous to take the boys to the dentist because I wasn’t sure how they would do. Everyone there was so friendly and absolutely amazing with the boys! They did such an amazing job! The boys have been talking about it and playing dentist since we left!! I could not be more pleased! Thank you guys so much!
Absolutely wonderful pediatric dental office! Everything was extremely clean, the staff was fantastic and the dentist had a great energy that kids respond well to. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The waiting room was really cool and my daughter was fascinated by it. I highly recommend this office!
Expedition Pediatric Dentistry is AMAZING! They took the time to explain to each of my kiddos what they were going to do and use and let them feel it on their hand before using it. The also used kid friendly comparisons to get them to comprehend what they were asking them to do. X-rays were extremely easy to do and took no time at all. We were in and out with pearly whites in no time at all. The kids loved getting to watch tv on the “ceiling.” We will be returning for regular cleanings and any concerns we may have over time!
Highly recommend! This place was fabulous! Took my daughter at 1 year old for her first appointment. Environment is clean and very kid friendly with lots of fun visual picture, light clouds, activities, and a train. They have TVs with Disney above each bed while they are cleaning hour teeth. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had Maria as our dental hygienist. Dr. Gardner was very kind and thorough. Answered all our questions and was very patient.
I wasn’t able to capture any more pictures, but this place was amazing. From the front receptionist all the way to the dentist herself. They took the time to answer all my questions, was a clean environment and a great experience for my 4-year olds first time. I’ve already booked appointments for my two oldest and we will definitely recommend
Really nice, clean, efficient office, everyone was really good with my four kids (my kids are asking to go back just for fun haha) and they were able to take care of all four of them at the same time, in just an hour, which was super convenient for me. Thank you, Expedition Pediatric Dentistry!
Gorgeous brand-new building in Nixa! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful with my crazy crew of 3 kids getting their checkups all at the same time. In the waiting room was a moving model train that went around a track near the ceiling, a kid-sized Jeep the kids could sit in, and kid-sized retro arcade games. The x-rays and cleanings went very smoothly, and the dental assistants worked so well with my squirmy kiddos. The dentist was insightful with our kids’ dental health and needs. I highly recommend Expedition Pediatric dentistry!
Visited Expedition for the first time today. This place was super clean, very inviting and fun for kids. (And they didn’t even have their toys out due to Covid) Great atmosphere, friendly staff and just an all around great place to take your kids! Expedition was highly recommended by several friends. They certainly make a great first impression!
We took our 4 year old and for the first time she allowed a dentist and hygienist to clean her teeth, do X-rays. Everything. The office is gorgeous and clean. Everyone is extremely friendly. I can’t recommend them enough
Dr. Gardner and his staff are excellent! They are able to schedule my 3 boys at the same time and that saves me so much time! Their office is impeccably clean and FUN! My boys really do look forward to going for their routine cleanings! I trust Dr. Gardner and His wonderful staff! Highly recommend!!
I had to drag my kids out of here because they had so much fun! My boys saw Dr. Abby. Both the dentist and the hygienists were sweet and very patient with my kids. Dr. Abby was patient with all of my questions. Highly recommended!
