I had some confusion with the directions on how to send all my documents. But Kristy Dutton, one of the solutions coordinators called me to help. She not only gave me her direct phone number, but she truly talked me through the entire process. I had lost my passport before my HONEYMOON and was so stressed. She was amazing, caring and so helpful.

I am surprised at the negative reviews but I guess we will find out. Jhacobia. Blunt was very professional and especially patient as the Post Office person would not sign the Letter of Authorization so we were in a bad situation. I will be sending my information to arrive tomorrow for the 2-3 day process. Wish me luck. If everyone else is like Jhacobia, we will be fine.
