We had a great experience with Epic. Both Dr. Hicks and Dr. Loss did a great job explaining what needed to be done and executed the plan perfectly. My daughter‘s favorite dental hygienist was Sydney. She was always kind and made sure to explain everything in such way my daughter understood exactly what she needed to do. We would highly recommend using them.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful at Epic. My daughter can be especially surly during these visits but they always treat her with kindness and respect. The office is beautiful and we never have to wait very long. It’s a special place!

Wonderful staff and facilities! Very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions. Looking forward to working with them in a the phases of braces. We have completed the pallet expander phase so far.
We have been seeing Dr. Hicks for a year now. Our pediatric dentist recommended him. We are always in and out of his office! My son’s teeth are coming along beautifully. My daughter started phase 1 and we already see a difference. As soon as we walk in, Dr. Hicks always greets us with a smile.
Always a great experience. So many issues could arise with having three kids as patients- but, not once has any of my kids experienced something negative. Wonderful people!

Epic Orthodontics is always mindful of your time. They have ALWAYS been very punctual with appointments. As a very busy mom of three kids, I am very thankful for that.

So happy with my teeth and the staff at hicks ortho. They pay attention to detail and your concerns. The girls are super friendly and cute. Betsy went out of her way to speedily make me a retainer the day I got my braces off, because I would be leaving the country the day after. They really care about the individual and cater to your needs/concerns. Ashton, Mariah, and Elise are so helpful and have good energy. Would recommend to a friend! <3
I have a 9 year old daughter/Granddaughter. We have been with the Hicks team for over a year now, I was impressed with the way they handled her and the way they treated us both. They always keep you informed and are on top of their game. I don’t normally write reviews but, on June 23 My little girl had an appointment and we were short staffed at work and her Paw had to step in and take her to the appointment. When I got home and asked her how her visit was she said they had to put gooey stuff in her mouth that made her choke and she was scared. She said one of the nice ladies came over and held her hand. My heart was was in my throat, one I wasn’t there but most of all these people took care of my girl and helped her to be brave. I will be forever grateful.
If you need someone to help you or your child, this is the place. Most offices would have rescheduled. They take the extra time and care which is lacking in most places today.

Dr Hicks has put braces on both of my children. This has been a great experience and I would recommend them.
My assistant was Allyson. She was kind & gentle. The entire staff is very friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend this orthodontist practice.
My older son has special needs, and he started seeing Dr. Hicks 3 1/2 years ago. It’s been so long because his teeth were especially difficult to move, plus he’s had a couple surgeries in that time as well. He says Dr. Hicks is such a cool guy, and he loves all the girls in the office, particularly Paige and Heather! Everyone has been so patient and wonderful with him. He got his braces off today and fortunately his brother will be getting his second phase on soon, so he’ll be able to visit when we go to those appointments!
Excellent experience. Staff was well prepared for our children. The orthodontist took time to explain procedures to us. Great team!

Dr Hicks and his staff have been a staple in our home for the last 10-11 years as he orchestrated 3 beautiful smiles for each of our girls. Some smiles required more work than others but he gave diligence to each one, assuring me we’d get there evidentially.
We truly feel like they have been part of the village it takes to raise our girls. We will miss our orthodontic family as the last one is out of braces today! Parents your Faith in this practice would be well placed.
My second daughter is starting her orthodontic journey. We love Epic Orthodontics! Everyone is very helpful and kind. The offices are clean and comfortable. They have the latest technology and do a wonderful job!
My son is very afraid of doctors, dentist, etc.. but he was completely relaxed! I loved how they spoke with him!!! It was a wonderful experience and Melissa was a great help explaining things!
Staff is always pleasant and appointments are timely. The office is doing a great job with the Covid guidelines as well.
