Epic made the process so easy! The Brace Bus is an amazing service. I never had to miss work to make an appointment. They took care of it all! Their payment plans make it affordable for just about any family. The end result is an Epic Smile!

We love the entire Epic team, Dr. Hicks and Dr. Loss are both amazing and take the time and care required to correct your smile! BUT, we especially love Mikayla and Jasmine. The take extra time to explain what they're doing and make my kiddo feel at ease. 10/10 recommend this team!!

Epic Orrthodontics is a wonderful and has been a blessing to my family. All 3 of my kiddos see Dr. Hicks, who gives exceptional care. Ms. Mariah is FANTASTIC!! She is extremely patient with my child, who has sensory issues. Mariah also goes above and beyond to make sure my child is scheduled for her chair every visit, which help with his anxiety. I highly recommend Epic for all of your Ortho needs!

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Coming in at 24 and being put in braces again made me nervous. Dr. Hicks was completely understanding of my concerns I was having and fixed the problems in less than a year with traditional braces.

The people are very friendly and sweet they explain everything and they joke around with you and they and if you have a problem they work with you to resolve it so if can’t take the off from work they can pick your child up from school and take them back
We had a great experience here. The staff is kind and cares about people, they were beyond our expectations and are very professional. They know what they’re doing and made us feel comfortable with their work. Tienen una persona en el staff que habla español y eso es un super plus!
Dr Hicks has treated two of my children. One had issues with her retainers and he corrected the problem immediately.. My other daughter required surgery to save some teeth and Dr. Hicks worked with the surgeon for the best treatment possible. He is approaching her situation very carefully and doing all he can to straighten AND save her teeth. I feel confident in his plan and appreciate his knowledge in her special situation. Sometimes an orthodontist is challenged to deal with more than straightening teeth and Dr. Hicks has the skills set to do so.

Epic ortho is one of the best in Knoxville. They took very good care of my child. They always explained things in detail and very patient. They listened and delivered with our needs and concerns. The financial side was very clear and made sure we got the best price for what we needed.

Epic Orthodontics is the absolute best place to get a straighter smile! I started my journey at epic when I was 12, and also had dental surgery done in the process. They were so great from start to finish! Now, years later, for a few different reasons I am back in braces as an adult. Dr. Hicks has been so helpful to help me achieve my dental goals. He is the best in the industry and I would trust him with my life! After all, your smile is your first impression! His staff is incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Follow up after a piece came off for daughters braces that was first applied a few days ago. Office was able to provide an early before school appointment to quickly address. Tech was friendly, quick and professional. Also addressed some sharp points for comfort and was able to get to school on time.
