They are excellent! Treated my older child. They were able to schedule out all appointments for treatment on day one. Easily worked with our schedules and immediately got kiddo in when a wire popped out. Kiddo's teeth look fantastic. Unfortunately we moved to Blount Co and chose to go to Owen's Orthodontics for our younger kid. Owen's is incompetent with scheduling. We so regret not biting the bullet and driving further to have younger kiddo treated at Epic too. Epic is totally worth the drive to receive great care and work with competent schedulers

Dr Hicks has treated two of my children. One had issues with her retainers and he corrected the problem immediately.. My other daughter required surgery to save some teeth and Dr. Hicks worked with the surgeon for the best treatment possible. He is approaching her situation very carefully and doing all he can to straighten AND save her teeth. I feel confident in his plan and appreciate his knowledge in her special situation. Sometimes an orthodontist is challenged to deal with more than straightening teeth and Dr. Hicks has the skills set to do so.

When relocating, it is nearly impossible to find an Orthodontist that will take you in the middle of the process. At least not without costing a fortune. Epic Orthodontic is FABULOUS! They even have a name for it. They on charged what was necessary, didn't have to start over ir reinvent the wheel. They have amazing customer service & very knowledgeable. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. I'm in my 70's and had crowding of lower teeth that was negatively impacting my upper teeth. One tooth removed and now 3 teeth comfortably coexist where the was once 4 teeth. Should have done this years ago. Kudos to Dr. Hicks and his team.

They have been good so far but my most recent appointment was disappointing. I got my braces off and got impressions for my retainer yesterday and we came back in today to pick up the retainer. The lady pushed it into my mouth and gave me an EXTREMELY brief run down of what I needed to do with no reminders or a piece of paper to accompany it. She talked really fast for about 10 seconds, asked me if I had any questions, and sent me off with nothing except my case and the retainers in my mouth. No guidance. Nothing.

Both my boys have been coming here for the last two years. It’s going to take some getting used to the new name, but at least the staff are the same! My oldest has special needs and everyone is great with him, especially Paige who is usually scheduled with him. From the brace bus driver to the front desk to Dr. Hicks and everyone in between, this is by far the best group of staff I’ve ever met! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are always exceptionally clean, comfortable waiting areas, the ability to schedule appointments by text, and being able to arrange payment plans are just a few other reasons we love and appreciate Epic Orthodontics.

My son has a permeant lower retainer that came loose. We are new to the area and are not under the care of an orthodontist since his braces came off a couple years ago. Scrambling to get it fixed as a new patient, on a holiday week, it was Hick's Orthodontics to the rescue! They got us in, his retainer fixed and established as a patient for any future problems.
