The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Maryam ai think was the sales rep that helped me she went above and beyond with the entire experience. She really took her time when it came to my questions regarding the shoes and helping me get them on (I had just gotten my nails done)also she thoroughly showed me how the products work on the shoes I was wearing and went beyond what one would to show that they work. Also I think Anna is the rep that cashed me out I’m sorry if I’m not getting the names right but everyone that helped me on Aug 29th and when I picked up the shoes few days later (ai think it was the following a Tuesday) made it a perfect experience.

Excellent service by the very friendly approachable staff! Loved what I bought and happy with the service provided! The icing on the cake was actually forgetting my expensive purchase in the store but then not even 5 mins of leaving the store n associate called me and informed me that I had forgotten my bag there ! 🥰 I wish I knew the name of the associate ! But if ur reading this u know who u are n I thanku again for ur honesty and integrity in the matter! Thanku once again! Would defo drive all that way just to visit ur store instead of the one near me ! 😍

The staff knew the shoes and what would be best for our needs. Super friendly. Would definitely go back here again with the service we got its hard to find these day. The guy that helped us stood above the rest. As I have been here many times before and almost always had bad customer service almost always felt like they rather have an empty store and chat to each other then help. This guy was amazing. The Brown's location at Shops on Don Mills remains to be my favourite location. I have been a loyal Brown's customer for about 30 years!!! This shop is so welcoming. The massive front windows make it so bright and its so clean. Most importantly, the staff do not jump on the customers in seconds to push sales. I'm given the opportunity to first browse before being approached - I love this sooo much and just one reason why I keep coming back to this location. My daughter and I found all our fall/winter shoes, runners and boots!! Karina is a most amazing person who also gave us fashion tips with our footwear - it always feels like shopping with a friend!! I followed Karina from the Bayview Village location because of her honesty. It is her honesty that makes me a return customer year after year - last week I bought my daughter New Balance runners & UGGS booties. For myself, I am loving my Brown's couture shoes, UGGS booties and Artica boots. We're so happy with our purchase:D I have a bunion and have found challenges finding the right footwear, but all the shoes and boots I bought are super comfy. Thank you so much Karina for your honesty, patience & knowledge (about footwear & fashion)!!!!

Alexandra was off the charts. Amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help us with the 50th birthday party getting the shoes for everyone... She truly even offered to stretch a shoe and educated someone who's 50 years old for the first time in his life that it wasn't the size of the shoe but the width of the shoe that needed to fit.. an absolutely amazing experience..

I just shopped here for the first time last Wednesday, April 5th. I was served by the lovely Soson, who was very pleasant and helpful. The pair of shoes I liked were not available in my size in the colour I wanted, so Soson said she could order them and have them delivered to my home. So I chose to do this instead of going to another location. Imagine my surprise when the shoes arrived the following morning before 10:30 am!! That's quite fast and I was very impressed, both with the speed of the delivery and the service I received in store. Thank you Brown's and thank you Soson. I will definitely return to shop here again :)

Fantastic!! Web was our sales rep and I must say that he is the best I have had in a very long time. I am 65 with wide feet and my daughter is pregnant needing a comfortable pair of slides. He found them for us and was very patient and professional. I highly recommend him when you want the best service. Thank you Web ;)
