Our sales rep is super - he's helped us with product selection, expedited shipping, and working within our funding constraints. I contacted Dollar Days for help in purchasing a wide variety of items. Our church, through an international ministry, sends Action Packs and Med Packs overseas to Christians who are persecuted for their faith. They need help they cannot receive from their gov't or community. Gabe Sandoval at DollarDays found the best prices for the items we needed, which were bought in bulk. He was so helpful, diligent and wanted to assist stretching our budget the farthest. I highly recommend this company and have found the products to be excellently priced and just what we need.

I am the Happiest Customer Ever right now! Two weeks ago I had ordered 95 packs of colored pencils from a local store and two nights ago they informed me that they could not fulfill my order. This left me with 4 days to find a replacement supplier as I have volunteers scheduled to help pack 95 Blessing Bags to be gifted to chemo patients. I did a Google search and found Dollar Days, decided to call to ask about shipping times and the friendliest voice ever answered the phone. Joe Pearson listened to my needs and told me frankly that I likely wouldn't receive my order in time but they would try their best. I took a chance and placed the order. Imagine my shock and excitement when the big brown truck pulled up and my complete order was delivered just 28 hours after I hung up the phone from placing the order!!! I am now a customer for life and I will tell everyone with ears that they should be as well Joe, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving the day!!

UNMATCHED customer service. I am taking a mission trip to some orphanages in Peru and was concerned about placing an order and not having it arrive on time. I called and left a late night message. By morning I had a reply by email. I also had a phone call with Maribel who assisted me with discussing shipping time estimates depending on what product I ordered for the orphan kids and from which warehouse it would come out of. Then after placing the order, to my surprise the account manager Nick called to ask me how everything went. I advised I was going to be short shipped due to lack of an item I ordered and he took the time to ask me what I was looking for and went online with me to find a similar product to order. Every person I came into contact with, Maribel, Nick, and the people answering the customer service email were very speedy and helpful in helping me. We need more companies with this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you guys!!!

Dollar Days! I place an order with Dollar Days and I left the items in my "cart" for about a week. One of the items that I wanted to order were fleece blankets for my daughter's upcoming wedding and I was trying to decide if the color of the blankets was what I was looking for. I received call from Candace, at Dollar Days, as she noticed that I had these items in my cart and was there any questions she could answer. I explained that I was ordering the blankets but undecided if the color would be true to the picture on the website. Candace checked the inventory and said there were plenty of the blankets in stock and suggested that I order a sample to make sure that this was the color I wanted. I received the sample blanket and loved the color. I called Candace back, she remembered me and helped me place the order for the fleece blankets. Candace was delightful and so helpful and has exceptional customer service skills.

The extra mile Customer service just unbelievable!! Why? Because I clicked on a beautiful gift bag and some other important items, ready to check out and it said beneath the gift bag Warning! If shipping address is California we can t sell them . I said wait a minute! They selling glossy bags all over the place here in LA so why? I was heart broken and decided to stop shopping come back later and write that complaint email. Y all know haha.. but wait can you believe I had a phone call from Candice Mckintorch @ Dollar days in Arizona this morning explaining why?( it is based on a proposition ) which obviously was beyond their control and asking if i needed a similar gift bag that could be shipped to California or anything else. Listen! This is an in-store kinda service if Ure lucky. I was so overwhelmed because I shop online and i ve never ever received any phone call from not even one company asking why i m having trouble.. you know it s usually the opposite. She took her time to call me someone who was purchasing just a few items and couldn t get through. Remember, you have the right to spend your money anywhere without question but this is an exemplary Customer Service we as consumers need to keep coming back! All businesses should learn from this. Better than I expected
I ordered a few things not knowing what to expect but I am happy with everything that I received. It's not low end quality like I first had thought. I will be doing business with Dollar Days again. Shipping is quick too! When you are running a business, quick delivery, price and quality is important and they met them all!

My first experience with dollardays.com was when I bought a discount code on a daily deal sight. I placed my order a couple of days later. I received my package by UPS about a week later. Ive placed 2 more orders since then. Customer service is very nice and I even received a call back from them to make sure a problem I had with my order confirmation was resolved. They seem to really care about their customers.
