My first visit to the office was great. I met Antoinette Lloyd. To say she was wonderful, reassuring, compassionate & extremely knowledgeable is an understatement. Within a few minutes she diagnosed my cyst & reassured me a surgical removal would go well. At my age, (senior citizen) I was a nervous wreck. Ann Took the time to explain what type of cyst it was & explained the procedure to remove it. Ann put my mind in absolute peace. She IS WONDERFUL! If you have an area of concern DO NOT HESITATE to make an appointment with Ann. Alexa did the surgical removal of my cyst. It is now 3 weeks after removal & I can’t see where the cyst was. After 15 years of struggling with the same issue your provider, Ashley was the first one to not tell me I was just anxious and to wash my face. She is actually going to investigate my concerns and try to get to the root of my problem instead of just prescribing me a cream that would mask the issue. I’ve seen some of what are believed to be the best dermatologists on Long Island and this is the first time I’ve left an appointment actually feeling heard. I couldn’t believe that I was being taken seriously and not just dismissed after my most recent experience was so terrible. I’m very grateful for Ashley, her knowledge, and her wonderful bedside manner.

I have gone to this office for over 10 years and never had a complaint until the last two times I was treated by PA Ashley. She is composed and professional at the bedside but once the hollow office doors close, she and her medical assistant take that opportunity to make fun of her patients’ medical concerns and talk poorly about patients. Her medical assistant thought it was appropriate to make a joke about my alopecia concerns, a joke she then spread to other staff members while I was checking out. This last visit she stated “am I supposed to wave a magic wand or something; it’s not that hard” about my treatment when I was not even there to see her. I have only ever seen her when I had no other option and my preferred provider PA Anne Lloyd was unavailable for the times I needed. Be cautious of booking with PA Ashley, she may be kind and compassionate to your face but behind closed doors, your medical concerns could be the basis for her and her MAs “Mean Girls” act. I will continue to see PA Anne Lloyd as she is wonderful in her role and highly professional and compassionate, even when the doors are closed.

I had a great experience here and also because I live a few blocks away a knew how to conveniently pull into their parking lot (go around the block so that you can pull into their lot on the right side). The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the sign in tablet was easy to use and convenient. I met with Ashley, who was super cool and very professional. We went over all my options together and she even suggested a mail order prescription service that would be cheaper. Overall, very happy with the service I received and will be visiting again.

She removes ALL lumps and cysts rapidly, painlessly and with perfection. That picture was THE ONLY PHYSICAL PROOF THE surgery was performed. ALL the lumps inside the bruise were eliminated 100%. She diagnosed all my skin issues and didn’t push medicine on me. She said most of my concerns would clear up on it’s own. But she did give me medication for eczema which is already working!

Wonderful and caring physicians I came in with severe infection in cin and neck. Ann Lloyd was wonderful told me I should go immediately to hospital looks like spreading to bloodstream. She offered me a surgeon and made appointment the same day. She took great interesting my care and I am sincerely grateful. Could have become life threatening. So glad I found this group. Best results I've had - within just a few short months of starting my treatment plan, my Rosacea has diminished almost entirely. This after years of seeing several other doctors without change... and having to book several weeks or months in advance for appointments from them... Not only do I get appointments in a reasonable time frame, I felt like I was spoken to as a person, as opposed to a condition, and MY symptoms were explored and discussed, not a by rote treatment plan. And yes, it finally worked... He goes right to the best plan, not skipping around for months or years. The office and professional staff are top notch too. I am always treated courteously, and they are kind and helpful and very friendly. 100% Recommend.

We have seen Lisa Sandler and Ann Lloyd, both of whom are kind, caring and funny! They take the time to go over your concerns. The front desk staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Today, we had an 11:30am appointment - we were seen immediately, and I was back to work by 12:15pm (this includes a stop at McDonalds). I have never spent 30 minutes to 1 hour waiting.
