Had our central ac go out on us late in the afternoon of Saturday July 5, 2025. Called a few contractors to try to have them come out and check our ac over but the only company that would come out was crozier. Brad is a great guy and he let us know that the unit was toast. They were able to get a new Amana ac unit out to us and installed the following Wednesday. The techs that came out were two great guys and showed up at 8 am. They were very knowledgable about the product and answered all questions that were asked. I wish I’d thought to ask their names. Left the worksite spotless. Crozier is the very best!!! Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job!!!

I was so impressed to hear back from a company same-day, and not only that, they had someone over at my house within two hours! They are a 24hr company, so I feel safe and in good hands knowing that I can call them in an emergency situation.
The technician they sent over was pleasant, and the overall experience with the company was stellar. I contacted them since I kept seeing their name come up as recommended, it was well deserved!

I have used Crozier heating for several years. The technicians are polite, and experienced. Crozier comes to my home once a year to service my furnace and oil tank. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Appointments are easy to make and the secretary is friendly and prompt to return calls.

Crozier has been servicing my oil furnace for years and has always been reliable and available, rain or shine. This year I decided to switch to natural gas, which was a fairly complicated job because it's a century home with hot-water radiators. They put in a state-of-the-art heat/hot water system at a good price, made all the permitting and gas line installation arrangements, removed the old oil tank, furnace and water heater, and were done and cleaned up in three days. We first had a pleasure of Crozier's skills mid-late winter, as they were subcontracted to do the ductwork in our basement. Their friendly demeanour, quick and efficient work left an impact on us. Thus, when we needed our AC unit moved (twice) for construction, they were the first ones we thought of. And Crozier did not disappoint! They even took the few minutes to fix a small crack in our water heater exhaust! Our family can't thank Crozier enough. Services: Install AC, HVAC duct & vent installation, A/C system repair
I've dealt with all the big residential HVAC service providers in Quinte West/Belleville/Trenton since I had to have an old furnace serviced and eventually replaced in my home. Crozier are the best by far in terms of price, service quality and speed and everyone I've ever spoken to from this company is super friendly. These guys aren't trying to upsell you on expensive parts, they're just trying to fix your furnace for a reasonable price. Calling for a third opinion saved me from needlessly replacing an expensive part on my AC. Turned out it was just a leaky lineset on a year old install, not the condenser or compressor (which is what the two biggest companies told me). I've only dealt with them since. Crozier will honestly give you options for repairs. I can't say enough good things about them, I wish I had known about them before having so many negative experiences with the big companies.
