I was so impressed to hear back from a company same-day, and not only that, they had someone over at my house within two hours! They are a 24hr company, so I feel safe and in good hands knowing that I can call them in an emergency situation.
The technician they sent over was pleasant, and the overall experience with the company was stellar. I contacted them since I kept seeing their name come up as recommended, it was well deserved!

I have used Crozier heating for several years. The technicians are polite, and experienced. Crozier comes to my home once a year to service my furnace and oil tank. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Appointments are easy to make and the secretary is friendly and prompt to return calls.
Kevin and his team were extremely efficient and did a fantastic job at installing a central heating system/radiators in to our house which didn’t have one. No job was too big for Kevin and I felt I could trust him with this installation. All the rubbish was cleared and left no mess, and the work was very high quality. Extremely reliable and very expert. Kevin kept me in the loop at all stages, got back to me quickly throughout and after and once when the job was complete, the after care was brilliant. Would recommend 100% and would use again for any other jobs. Thank you for helping and installing our central heating!
This lovely family company worked so hard and efficiently to install our new boiler. The work was completed on time and with the minimum of disruption. It was a real pleasure to have Kevin and his team carry out the work. All the old equipment was taken away and the work area left very neat and tidy. Kevin took time to explain how the new system works. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin to anyone who needs a trustworthy and very competent engineer.

K Crozier have just installed a new boiler for us. Having had 3 quotes already, from the 'big boys' we wanted to try a local company. Kevin was very professional and approachable when he came to provide me with his quote. He pointed out two things which the other three companies had not mentioned, which made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and not just a salesman. On the day of the installation, Kevin and his colleagues turned up nice and early and just got on with the job. They were all very polite and pleasant and neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone else looking for a new boiler. Oh, and their quote was a little less than everyone else's.

We contacted Kevin after we had attempted to have our old boiler repaired and it had subsequently completely broken down on one of the coldest weeks in November. His quote was comprehensive, very competitive and reassuring in its detail. He pulled out all the stops to get us up and running with a new boiler by the end of the week. We can’t fault the efficiency and professionalism of this family run company. We have also also used them to replace our hot water cylinder, sort out a problem with our cold water tank and have now asked them to sort out a problem with our pump system. Their follow up support is excellent and we can’t recommend this company highly enough, absolutely 5*.
I cannot fault the work undertaken by this work force, they were clean tidy and very professional. They installed the new boiler within days of the home visit and their quote was really reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and am already going to use them again shortly for other work that I need doing. I have no problems is stating they are 5*.

Kevin has done an excellent job in fitting a new boiler in a tight space - a task involving complex plumbing so that the boiler serves a dual function. He gave us a prompt quote and kept us informed at all stages, staying late on a Saturday to ensure everything was properly installed. Mr. Crozier answered and was with me on the same day, fixed my heating and discussed the need for a new boiler in the future. We arranged for his company to fit a new boiler, they communicated with us well. Even when the parts were not available. The team that arrived were punctual, professional and left my house as they found it. After fitting the boiler they showed us how to use it, what information would be arriving in next few weeks and what action to take if there was a problem. I have no question about recommending them and my family already wish to book them.

An excellent company to deal with, they fitted a new boiler in a different location and made a very tidy job of it. They were polite and tidy workers checking throughout that I was happy with everything. Absolutely would recommend using them.
We engaged Kevin to replace our hot water system with a pressure system and could not be happier with the results. From the quoting process, where he and some of his team visited twice to ensure the correct measurements and supplies were arranged, to the actual install, everything was first class. The engineers that undertook the works, particuarlly Will and Leah, were excellent. They all worked extremely hard to get this done and after each day, left the work space immaculate and clean. Everyone we have dealt with at K Crozier Heating has been courteous, polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating works.
Crozier has been servicing my oil furnace for years and has always been reliable and available, rain or shine. This year I decided to switch to natural gas, which was a fairly complicated job because it's a century home with hot-water radiators. They put in a state-of-the-art heat/hot water system at a good price, made all the permitting and gas line installation arrangements, removed the old oil tank, furnace and water heater, and were done and cleaned up in three days. We first had a pleasure of Crozier's skills mid-late winter, as they were subcontracted to do the ductwork in our basement. Their friendly demeanour, quick and efficient work left an impact on us. Thus, when we needed our AC unit moved (twice) for construction, they were the first ones we thought of. And Crozier did not disappoint! They even took the few minutes to fix a small crack in our water heater exhaust! Our family can't thank Crozier enough. Services: Install AC, HVAC duct & vent installation, A/C system repair
I've dealt with all the big residential HVAC service providers in Quinte West/Belleville/Trenton since I had to have an old furnace serviced and eventually replaced in my home. Crozier are the best by far in terms of price, service quality and speed and everyone I've ever spoken to from this company is super friendly. These guys aren't trying to upsell you on expensive parts, they're just trying to fix your furnace for a reasonable price. Calling for a third opinion saved me from needlessly replacing an expensive part on my AC. Turned out it was just a leaky lineset on a year old install, not the condenser or compressor (which is what the two biggest companies told me). I've only dealt with them since. Crozier will honestly give you options for repairs. I can't say enough good things about them, I wish I had known about them before having so many negative experiences with the big companies.
