Five stars for the incredible team at Browns! I brought in a pair of On Cloud shoes that had a manufacturing defect, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They quickly resolved the issue and helped me exchange them for a brand new pair of Hokas. Fantastic, stress-free customer service!

We found a business card in the box, so we decided to leave a review. My wife and I came in just to look at some shoes, and it turned out to be a really nice experience. Ihor suggested a few options different from what we first had in mind and brought out six different pairs for us to try. He also recommended a pair based on his own experience for knee and back support. I’ve already tried them during workouts, and I can definitely feel the difference. Good store!

We’ve always had lovely service from the people that work here, they’re all very accommodating without being pushy, you can see the professionalism and pride they have with the work they do. Lyn, the store manager I’ve encountered more than once, once while buying my Uggs venture daze and the latest was after purchasing Uggs Neumel and the Uggs neumel boots and I’ve observed her dealings with customers and irate ones at that on some occasions, the way she diffuses and soothes them shows more of the kind of person she is and the respect she has for her profession, more than anything else. She’s got 100% really good customer service skills. Another one that’s so personable and has the makings of a great manager is Ali (that’s his last name). Ali has great customer service skills, and is very friendly and so wonderful to deal with. Manushka Kaur also was one of the people who helped us out first. Lovely and very helpful lady. All these people have made our shopping experience super nice and now we will only shop at Browns crossiron. Thank you!

I, too, am blown away with the customer service at Brown’s Outlet at CrossIron Mills!!! I met Ramandeep and then Lynn, the manager; they were both so helpful. I ended up with the sandals I wanted in the correct size and they were delivered quickly. I’ve been shopping at Brown’s for a few years now and they have always offered amazing service no matter which store I go to.

My first visit to Browns shoes was a pleasant surprise. I was assisted by Lynn. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the boots I was interested in were not available at Crossiron but she found me a pair at Southcentre. Lynn called and asked them to hold them for me as I wasn’t interested in having them shipped to my home. Unfortunately, the boots didn’t work for me but I will definitely shop at Browns in the future. The customer service provided by Lynn was exceptional. I thought perhaps she was an anomaly but the young lady whom helped me at Southcentre was just as helpful. Way to go Browns! It’s so refreshing to see that customer service is alive and well in your stores.

I stopped by Browns to find a pair of boots I saw online. I received help from Lynn who was very thoughtful and proactive - she researched size and colour options and told me which stores had them (or didn’t - in my case). Instead, she gave me order information so I could have the boots sent directly to my home address. Fantastic customer service! I also must note the store was clean and well organized. It was bright and easy to identify trendy styles and portions from each footwear category.

First off I was driving through Calgary looking for a specific boot in a certain size. Lynn @ Browns went above and beyond with her knowledge of the product explanation and of the pricing. Was extremely helpful from start to finish. Even though other providers with the same product had in store rebates for products I spent the extra 20$ just for the exceptional service she provided me.

As another reviewer said, the customer service here was amazing! I don't know if I talked to the manager/owner but all I was looking for was shoe laces, which they don't actually sell. After gathering info for what I was looking for, she went in the back room, found the right sized laces and gave them to me for free! She also took the time to suggest places that may sell laces in all areas of Calgary! I appreciate this so much because I looked in 4 other stores in the mall before getting here and had no help at all. My first stop next time I need shoes will now be Browns because of this service! The customer service at this store is outstanding!! I was at this location to return/exchange the shoes I had purchased online. The lady who assisted me was amazing - so helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She acknowledged my foot problems and went above and beyond to help find me a suitable pair, which I love!! Also invaluable was the knowledge that she shared with me regarding solutions for my specific footwear issues. I wish I had gotten her name - she had strawberry blonde hair. This location will definitely be at the top of my list to visit for footwear!!

Lynn Alexandria helped me out today. I came in for some dr. martens thinking they would be stylish and also great for our calgary winter. I was looking for an edgy boot to wear to work that also had good traction in the snow. Lynn was incredible in steering me in the right direction. She explained that the shoes I was looking for wouldn't be ideal for winter, although very popular in style. She brought me a few styles and on the third pair i fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for AND it was on clearance for almost 50% off. half the price of the other shoes that I was ready to drop almost $200 for. I appreciated Lynn's honesty and integrity when it came to finding the best shoe for me. She educated me on the importance of shoe material, especially with the weather we get here in calgary and wasn't trying to upsell me on the most expensive shoe. My trip to this store was short and sweet and I am extremely happy with my purchase. We need more people like Lynn! Loved chatting with her!! I bought the Artica brand boots, super cute and water prooof!!
