This was my first time shopping at one of these stores. I looked at shoes and around trying to figure out how the system worked. A young clerk named Zahra Amina n invoice helped me. She walked me through the process, and helped me for probably a good 20 minutes helping me find the shoes that fit best. Must have tried on 6 or so pairs? Super patient lady, very helpful. Ended up getting a pair of blundstones. I'm in love with them. Thank you Zahra! And the front cashier you checked me out, super friendly as well!

I was visiting Vancouver from Toronto and honestly didn’t plan to buy shoes, especially after my foot surgery, since I thought I couldn’t wear the style of winter boots I love anymore. But Diana, who helped me during my visit, completely changed that. She was so patient, supportive, and attentive throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, I found the perfect pair of boots that I feel comfortable and confident wearing. Wanted to say thank you to the store manager for handling not one, but two pairs of ON runners which ripped shortly after purchasing them. The first pair they replaced for free, and the second pair, they gave me 50% of the value towards a different shoe. Excellent service, and so thankful they stand behind what they sell. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the manager at the store. We ordered shoes that were delivered to our home and they sent us the wrong size. We went back to the store and the manager called around and found us the only pair of the same shoes in the size we were looking for. She called us to say the shoes had arrived. The staff were all super friendly to us. The store was beautiful, bright and clean with an amazing selection of shoes!

Amazing service! I came into this store a few days ago and I honestly only wanted one shoe but I ended up getting 3 pairs! Mohamed who was helping me was so knowledgeable and knew the right shoes to show me and his selling skills was very impressive! He gave me his business card after I paid and even told me to call him if I ever need anything! I am very impressed with the way Mohamed helped me even though he got me to buy more than I needed lol!

I want to thank Amir at Browns Coquitlam Ctr for his exceptional service. I had trouble getting the right fit for the Blundstone boots I wanted. He very patiently brought me different sizes and styles, always with good humour and an eye to the detail I was looking for. I likely would have become very frustrated if not for his kind manner. The ladies at the front desk were excellent at sorting out my online gift certificate. Kudos to manager Atousa Abouzari for putting together such a great sales team!

Definitely the best customer service I've received in a long time!! I had an issue with an online order arriving damaged and unfortunately had to return multiple times until it was corrected. By the time it was sorted out I was helped by at least 5 different employees and they were all fantastic! All were very friendly, apologetic and did everything they could to make it right! They definitely turned a negative experience into a positive!! Thank you!
