Service Tech advised me what he was doing and how. Asked where did I see them so he can set traps for the roaches and other insects that I was dealing with. The bait worked excellent and a few days later I didn’t see anymore insects from inside and around the perimeter of the house. We have been with Cook’s for a few years now, and how grateful we are to have them! They saved us from a disastrous bedbug infestation years ago, and we have stayed with them ever since! They give us peace of mind, and their services are top notch! The technicians are respectful and professional. They also are warm and friendly. James is our current guy, and we can’t say enough good about him! He’s funny, comfortable to be around, thorough with his work, and always explains what he’s doing. My children love when he comes, and he is patient with them. My favorite things with Cook’s and our technician James is that they are excellent communicators. I never have to guess when they are coming. I especially love how James always puts his shoe covers on when spraying inside. We don’t wear shoes in our home and I’m grateful for how he respects that. I told him I didn’t need anything done at the moment but that I’d keep his card. He noticed the large wasp nest in the corner of the porch and offered to take care of it. Everyone is so professional. I reached out to Paul at the Macon/Warner Robins office about my household concerns and he quickly connected me with the correct rep. Their office called me within a day to confirm my service date and the service rep, Colby called as well to confirm the time. Colby arrived as scheduled and completed my inspection, provided information on items found and drafted my estimate within an hour. He explained the installation process and informed me that I would be contacted by the installer. Next thing, Scott arrived and also was very punctual and professional. He even helped me return products to the past pest control service provider used by the previous homeowner. Lastly, an office rep called the next day to ensure everything went well. Everything was perfect. Thanks for everything!

Daniel and Paul are the best! I’m currently dealing with roof rats, but Cooks have helped exterminate over 15 large rats. I’m very thankful for them. I extremely love the techs from Cooks. I became Really Sick and had to take leave from work. I always paid. I was just waiting on my benefits to start over. The customer service person at the Macon office was so rude and insensitive to me. No matter of any of my efforts. They had not treated my home August. The technician that was familiar with me new how sick I was I could not walk. The Office personal told me your not the only person nor the last person. I never thought they would have someone so cold hearted working for them considering how kind the technician are. I continued to make payments and ask to speak to someone higher up I was informed that was in possible. I will say Cooks pest control provide great service to your home. There technician always make sure to schedule with you to prevent miscommunication. Just don’t get sick there office person with make you feel worse than what your sick from. That’s for sure.

Customer service is fantastic. I called after hours bc I had found a few roaches in the last 2 days and it eeked me out. They sent out someone out on a Saturday! I was NOT expecting that - I thought they said he would call and I assumed we’d just set up an appointment. I was stunned when he showed up and went ahead & did our treatment. We haven’t seen ANY bugs/roaches since & we’ve had a ton of rain since he came. He was so kind, polite and efficient - We were very grateful he came out so quickly & appreciate his help. I was a little skeptical about the cost of pest control until I found this company. With the change in weather we had an issue with ants finding any and every way in. I loved that after calling and having my initial appointment, someone was out the next day to fix the problem. Since then we’ve had a wonderful experience with Matt. He is very professional and personable. He makes sure to check with me monthly at my visit to ensure no new issues have popped up and if there’s any new concerns he is quick to treat it. I feel like he is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company. I am so thankful that we found a company that is not only affordable, but also effective. I also appreciate the fact that I received a visit summary so I can see exactly what I am paying for as well as exactly what was used. That would be very helpful if should my family or pets have any sort of reaction, I can easily show a doctor/vet what they were exposed to.
