Not only were they very helpful and quick to respond, they were also very sympathetic to my situation and made me feel supported. I have been treated with such respect and professionalism from Roger Carden the sales specialist to Wayne the amazing consultant to David the technician to Jimmie who did my first pest service. My biggest issue was that I do NOT want to see spiders, but I've been told they can't treat for spiders. I haven't seen enough of them to make me want to move yet! Lol Any time I have an ant bed pop up, it's taken care of or any concern, it's dealt with immediately. With spring & summer approaching again, I'm anxious to see how the treatment will be for the bees, wasps & hornets this year...I saw way too many last year! But, I don't think I addressed the issue! Overall, I would highly recommend!
