My husband and I were just driving out of our neighborhood, and two Cook's employees (working in the neighborhood) stopped us and asked us if we knew who a loose dog belonged to. They were so concerned about her. It was really kind! We had a good guess that the dog belonged to a new neighbor, and so they were going to walk down to that house and check with them. We thought it was so kind of them to be so diligent about helping a lost dog!

He was on time and didn't mind coming out when I called in need of help outside of my regularly scheduled service.
