I had an underground yellow jacket nest and didn’t know it until my dog brought it back on her bottom lip. I didn’t bother to see the exact location bc I had to take her to the vet for an allergy shot/meds. There wasn’t anyone making use of the yard is why they went unnoticed. I called Cook’s and another pest control company. The other company; the guy wanted to start servicing without looking at what I had. I chose Cook’s bc Kevin came out and looked at it. I asked him to show me what it looked like. He obliged and proceeded to explain everything. I was concerned bc some yellow jackets were still coming out of the nest. He kindly explained they would die when they clean the liquid off their body. He put flags up in that area and a sign in the front by the mailbox. He said we had to stay in the house until they were dead. He was right. I looked thru the window and saw some on the deck. On time, great communication and friendly service.

During a renovation I ended up with a rat problem. It was horrible. Cook's immediately came and continued on several daily extractions to help me until the problem was resolved. Another time wasps (deathly allergic) took up house under my pool deck--the technician was very vigilant and brave--problem solved. At another property I purchased there was an infestation of roaches. I really had my doubts it the property could be salvaged. Within 3 months the infestation was under control, and with continued monthly cook's pest control the problem is gone.

The quarterly service seems to do the job just fine. Very easy and convenient having automatic scheduling and not having to be home for it (unless I need the inside done). The tech is nice and does a good job. No issues so far for 3 years now.

When I've had especially bad bug problems (see below), Landon goes above and beyond to help me. How do you know if you have a bad infestation of hornets? - Your pest control guy gives up on the canned wasp spray, after emptying 5 cans.... and brings out the big hose attached to a large tank on his truck! - Your pest control guy says he has never seen anything like this. Never!! He just kept shaking his head. - He stopped counting the nests after counting the first 12 that he found under only the first half of the deck.

Upon moving to Tennessee I knew I was gonna have to deal with some different things that I was used to in New York. Two of those things were Asian beetles and box elder beetles. Came home on Saturday and found my house covered with both. Call COOK'S on a Saturday they were here a few days later, they treated my house for the Beatles for the ladybugs for ants and for anything else they could think of. My technician found where the box elder beetles are coming from and that tree will be removed in spring. They charged me a very fair price to come here the first time and then they're gonna be coming every three monthsto retreat for my problems and anything else that happens to come about. I absolutely recommend COOK'S PEST CONTROL , they are prompt, they are courteous, they are professional, and they are good!

I like that any time I have an issue I can call & someone will be out very quickly to take care of it. I like that I can tell my service tech exactly what & where an issue is & they'll tell me how they'll treat it & then take care of it. If for some reason I don't like that idea then it will be discussed further until a resolution is found. I've had some really good techs & some ok techs but never any bad techs. They were all nice & respectful to me & of my property. I have in house pets & serious allergies to smells/chemicals & they have made sure anything that is used in my house isn't harmful to my pets or myself. All of this is why I continue to stay with Cook's. I've been a customer for at least 14yrs and they continue to keep the pest away. Without them, my house would be overtaken by ants. They are horrible in my area.

Have used Cook's services for many years and they always address any concerns that come up and are very polite. They refill mouse bait out in my storage shed and treat the carpenter bees that come to the shed in the summer, treat any ant problem around my flower beds, and of course they treat all around the house to keep spiders and any other bugs from coming inside. They always call the day before they come so I can say if I need anything extra done. We also use their termite service which is done twice a year and use the inground bait system. We have always been pleased.

I was very satisfied with the service this company provided today. My initial free inspection was spot on. They drew a graph and annotated exactly where they found spiders, ants, etc. Today they treated the entire perimeter of the house inside and out, under the house, even my attics. At first I used Orkin and they were horrible. They didn’t do a 3rd of what Cooks done. Highly recommend this company.

The quarterly service seems to do the job just fine. Very easy and convenient having automatic scheduling and not having to be home for it (unless I need the inside done). The tech is nice and does a good job. No issues so far for 3 years now.
I've used this company for over 20 years. I recently lost my parent who was named on the Bill and they made it extremely easy to have thing's changed over into my name and I got a education on how the products actually work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for termite and Pest control. They also offer other services to make sure your crawl space is kept up and your vents leading to the crawl space is working right.
