My family has been using cooks for about a season now. There representitive martian is very helpful when he visits, he does what is asked, is very friendly, and he regularly goes beyond what is expected of him. He does check back in with customers a few weeks after each service visit and is very helpful. In my area ( cartersville, ga) i would recommend cooks. The room for improvement lies in coordinating an inital visit. Once they show up the first time, they take attentive regular care of your property.

I had used a different local pest control company for SEVERAL years prior and never had any results like Cook's has provided. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I've used Cook's for a couple of years but recently moved. The builder of our new home told us he had paid for a years service through another company so I cancelled my service with Cook's. 2 days after moving in we had fire ants in the garage. I contacted the company that the builder got us a contract with and we were informed it was just for termites. We had to pay for anything else. They were also a bit rude over the phone about it. I called Cook's back as fast as I could. Their customer service can't be beat and their price is very fair as well. I am very happy to be a Cook's customer.

As a former employee of this place I can say it is a great company with great customer service. The employees here genuinely care.. It's not the lowest priced pest control company in the area, but they do provide the best service. Think about it like this, you can go eat at Taco Bell for a couple of bucks and get mediocre food with mediocre service, or go to Chick-fil-a and get high quality food with excellent service for a few more dollars.
