First off I have never had mice in my homes any homes all five of them never.. Now all of a sudden I have mice I've lived in this house over 30 years never, I have seen Cook's pest control in this neighborhood numerous times. The young man that did the work was so professional and nice and explained everything thoroughly... Hopefully in 3 months when he's supposed to come back I have nothing to tell him cross your fingers 🤞
I would recommend these people to anybody my salesperson Rob was also very nice. They say the spring and the fall is when the mice start coming around again I hope not... I've got a contract for 15 months I hope they don't leave and decide to come back...🐊

It's rare to find great contractors and these guys are great. Rob, my initial inspector, listened to my issues and then carefully walked me through solutions. My first visit from the non-termite pest control technician Rich was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgable. He carefully explained how to limit pests and avoid cockroach and other infestations. He even found an additional, urgent, non-pest related issue on my property and pointed this out to me as well. I feel confidant that Cook's will take care of my issues after these visits! We have been with Cooks for almost a year and Jonathan is always on time,kind, professional and patient. We had typical issues with roaches from oak trees and big Florida spiders but that was all handled. After the hurricane of course we had more wasp and random critters they handled that. Recently we purchased a used fridge and it came infested with German cockroaches (yikes/gross/btw never buy a used appliance this is common) I called and the same day they were out to treat the problem. Then came back 7/10 days to check on us again. We auto pay every three months and we never have to worry about calling them they always check back with us and do everything they say they are going to do! High recommend!!!!!!

We have recently switched to Cook's Pest control and I absolutely love that they are always dressed so clean and professional! - The products that they use in the office have not bothered my asthma and they know to keep the a close eye on the wasps nests out front since I am highly allergic - and they always knock down the old nests once they kill them! The District Manager John that helped me set up our office account was absolutely wonderful. I called to get some information and he made it a priority to come by and look at our office in person and go over all the details with us that same day. Unlike our last pest control service, We know when they are coming and we can definitely see the results! After each service they always let me know what they have done and and they always make sure to tell me about any other areas of concern that they found to stay ahead of game! The price was cheaper than most competitors and the service does not even compare to anything else around. I am very happy with our decision to work with them.

FOR STARTERS - Hunter is so attentive and kind. Within 2 months he asked my preferred form of contact and has been solely texting me as that is my easiest form of communication during the day. SECONDLY - All representatives have been so kind to my children when they see them. Hunter even brought them coloring books one day which just made them soooo happy.
