He didn't just come and spray for bugs he listened to all of our concerns and all of the issues we have had and addressed each and every one. He explained why some of these things happen and unlike the other pest control companies we have whom were condescending while explaining things he was the complete opposite. He was polite and helped us understand how we can tackle the problem together. Even after having multiple pest control people come to my home from other companies, Ethan left us with more information and more knowledge about the issues in our home more than any other company. It's one thing to just do your job but entirely another thing to help the customer understand what is happening. Cooks was also extremely affordable, you don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to help your household be bug or pest free. We would talk to many companies that would try to sell us on this and that and walk away with a bills for way more than we agreed. Cooks clearly cares about keeping families as customers year after year way more than just trying to get the most money out of them in one sitting. When we had our service, we were never upcharged nor pressured into buying other things. Honestly we were told the truth about a lot of things we were buying to try and fix our problems and gained knowledge about chemicals and why things worked or didn't.. we truly appreciate his vast amount of knowledge in his work but also his patience and dedication to helping the customer understand as well. Everything that I have asked of Cook's has been answered and taken care of! Inspections are according to schedule. Termite stations are maintained and checked regularly, spraying for pests is done thoroughly and reported in detail, wasp nests and spider webs are cleared, all inspections are thorough and well explained. We had used Cooks at our home in Nashville and were having a great experience with them there......so we decided to give Cook's a chance here. From the first treatment until today we no longer have a problem with spiders (my big issue) or any other kinds of pest in or around our home. For me I will continue to use Cook's on a regular basis to keep the critters around my home under control. They treat our home monthly and are always on time, and the best part is everything they do is done from the exterior of the home. Called, made appointment, Brandon arrived on time, did a thorough look-see inside and outside, confirmed the carpenter ant problem and then proceeded to treat it and told me what to do to prevent it going forward. He also did a thorough search for all other pests and found spiders and a wasps' nest. He resolved all these issues. He returns monthly. I like that it is the same person every month. It helps to develop a relationship. I also signed up for termite prevention service.

They are giving me a special price because I have been using them for 45 years. They are very concerned about my welfare. I had allergies with all the stuffs that they have, so they worked with it. They have been really, really good. They seemed to be caring about my property. If there is something wrong, they will let me know. I would continue to use them as long as they really care, and they respond to my problem immediately.
Cook's Pest Control did exterior pest control.
The service was fine, nothing was extra good or bad. It was adequate.
They are our exterminators. They come every 6wks, for 8yrs. We pay by the year for pests. Termites we pay quarterly - $140.
They are absolutely the best. We've used other companies and this company is just wonderful. When we first moved in we had a problem with wasps. They sent a guy out with a firesuit on. We went up on a very tall ladder and got rid of all the wasps in 100 degree weather. The wasps never come back. We can call and they will come out in 10min.
I have a termite service with them.
I'm satisfied with them. They have a monthly service for $37 where they spray for insects. For financial reasons, I had to discontinue that. I may resume that again. They're there when they're supposed to be there.

When they see a problem they tell me about it, but they don't push their services on me. They also use first class products and have very strong customer service. In the past they also did a vent service for me under the house and for the crawl space. I had a mildew problem and they cut the holes for the vents bigger so I would get more air flow. They are always very reasonably priced and they follow up on the work they do. They even call to check on the service and see if they can come out to make sure everything is working properly. When I have a problem they come out immediately, and they will also do interior service if i need it.
