Ethan was wonderful and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond and also was very informative the entire time. He didn't just come and spray for bugs he listened to all of our concerns and all of the issues we have had and addressed each and every one. He explained why some of these things happen and unlike the other pest control companies we have whom were condescending while explaining things he was the complete opposite. He was polite and helped us understand how we can tackle the problem together. Even after having multiple pest control people come to my home from other companies, Ethan left us with more information and more knowledge about the issues in our home more than any other company. It's one thing to just do your job but entirely another thing to help the customer understand what is happening. Cooks was also extremely affordable, you don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to help your household be bug or pest free. We would talk to many companies that would try to sell us on this and that and walk away with a bills for way more than we agreed. Cooks clearly cares about keeping families as customers year after year way more than just trying to get the most money out of them in one sitting. When we had our service, we were never upcharged nor pressured into buying other things. Honestly we were told the truth about a lot of things we were buying to try and fix our problems and gained knowledge about chemicals and why things worked or didn't.. we truly appreciate his vast amount of knowledge in his work but also his patience and dedication to helping the customer understand as well. We had out home treated for pest control.
We had used another major company for several years and it appeared that whatever they were using was not doing the job for us. We had used Cooks at our home in Nashville and were having a great experience with them there......so we decided to give Cook's a chance here. From the first treatment until today we no longer have a problem with spiders (my big issue) or any other kinds of pest in or around our home. For me I will continue to use Cook's on a regular basis to keep the critters around my home under control. They treat our home monthly and are always on time, and the best part is everything they do is done from the exterior of the home. If we have a problem inside all we have to do is call and they come right away.

From the first treatment until today we no longer have a problem with spiders (my big issue) or any other kinds of pest in or around our home. For me I will continue to use Cook's on a regular basis to keep the critters around my home under control. They treat our home monthly and are always on time, and the best part is everything they do is done from the exterior of the home. If we have a problem inside all we have to do is call and they come right away.

We went up on a very tall ladder and got rid of all the wasps in 100 degree weather. The wasps never come back. We can call and they will come out in 10min.

Moles!!! I have tried everything from poison to stomping mole tunnels, but my mole problem is getting worse :/ Anyone have any suggestions of who specifically can help get rid of moles in your yard?? Thx guys
