I am pleased with all of Cook’s personnel. Efficient, courteous, friendly and honest time.
Connie McPherson
The service person came out to do the annual termite inspection. As we understood, they were to go under the house to do the inspection. We knew they had not been under the house due to the spiderwebs, had not been broken from the area to enter under the house. I had to call back to the main office and they did send out another service person that went under the house and did the inspection. The first service order that I received confirmation on stated that all of this have been done. Therefore what I’m saying is if we had not checked, we would have not got the full inspection as our contract stated. In our thought that is a problem that needs to be addressed. Daniel, was the service person that came back the second time and did an excellent job. But what we’re saying is there should not have been a need for second visit.
Scott Hacker

Johnna Craighead
We had such a wonderful experience with our Cook’s Pest Control technician! He was incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure all of our questions were answered. What stood out the most was how patient and sweet he was with our 2-year-old. He took a few extra minutes to talk with him and made him feel included, which meant so much to us as parents. That level of kindness and genuine care is rare these days. We truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend Cook’s Pest Control because of employees like him!

TJ did a great job checking under the house and all the bait stations. I like that he asks if I have any concerns. TJ is one of your best technicians. The service is pricey but they do a good job. I have been with Cook’s several years. Every technician that services my home takes their job seriously. I might pay more but I know it’s done right. There is nothing worse than a hungover spray jockey. Price is based on a year.

Cooks Pest Control is extremely professional and goes above and beyond in their service and care for customers. We had an excellent technician come out to spray, during which, our barn sliding door came off its top rail. They came back out and fixed it without hesitation. As it was our initial service I noticed their tech was letting me know exactly what he was seeing and doing to address our wasp issue. A super nice person who cared about his work quality and effectiveness. I'll never call or use anyone else. They even will come out between regular quarterly service for free to address any concerns. COOKS is the type of company that sets the standard for pest control .

My wife and I had been using Cooks for about 6 years. We had our first issue with them last month. Spider webs all over the outside windows. After calling them they came out right away and took care of it. Every company makes mistakes but the way they handle it is what makes them a good or bad company. Cooks is the best! I do highly recommend them to everyone if you want the best.

Due to an inferior experience with a different pest and termite control service I called Cook’s Pest and Termite Control. I had called two other pest control and termite companies, each saying I did not have termites. Due to a horrific experience with another company which led to my being bitten on the neck and toe by spiders after two pest spraying episodes, requiring emergency medical attention and antibiotics and prescription creams for two weeks, I called Cook’s who honored my request for me to be home when they came for treatments. They sprayed the entire outside of my home which still had several huge spider webs surrounding my home (after the two treatments by another company) and did interior pest treatment as I was at home. In addition when they did the termite inspection they detected a huge colony of termites on a tree trunk approximately 3’ in diameter less than 18’ from my house. This tree had to be cut down 18 months ago when I realized it began to lean towards my house (and was approximately 50-75’ tall). I am now aware that tree was falling down due to termite infestation. In addition to putting termite protection around my house they put chemical protectors next to my other nine pine trees, each 50’ tall, plus, and treated the infested tree trunk and set up a schedule for additional treatment. Cook’s also came out a second time when a swarm of insects was detected on a large picnic table, for no additional fee. I would highly recommend Cook’s Pest and Termite Control due to their high degree of service and integrity.
Therese McClurg

I live in the country and spiders are a huge problem.. they came back out whenever I needed them to between 3 month visits to get the issue under control. I have used Cook's for about a year now and have not had but 1 or 2 spiders in my house. They were also the cheapest company by far. Well worth it for peace of mind!

I find our relationship with Cook's to be satisfactory and reassuring. The folks who service our contracts are both professional and personal in their conduct. They come, they interact with us, they inspect and, if necessary, make adjustments to our perimeter defenses. They are unobtrusive with their work, and they explain the results of their service either directly or in an easy to understand document. Good stuff. And, what they do works.

Cook’s takes care of every need I have without me having to think about it. Nice they do everything outside so not necessary for me to be home. My family and extended family all use them for their homes, also.
Jorge Rojas

Excellent service! Highly recommend.

I can walk out in my yard again and not worry about being bitten by fire ants. After about 4 years of trying to treat and get rid of the fire ants on our own, we gave up and hired Cook's Pest Control. They were great about working with us and getting rid of the fire ant in our yard. Wish we had done it sooner because of the added benefit of having a contract is they treat for spider webs around our exterior which makes our porches look neater and cleaner. They are very professional and easy to work with and we are happy with their service.

Our Termite Tech is great! Daniel Jr. is a very respectful and honest guy! We really appreciate his hard work! Thank you Cook's for amazing techs.
Patti Gill
They promptly come out for any problems that come up between services.
Jeff Grande
It was a little frustrating that the termite and pest control "sides" of the business seemed to be operated independently and we had to have multiple people out to the house on multiple occasions. It was a little inconvenient, but not horrible.
Just me
Honesty and integrity are what I value most in a company and Cook’s delivered on both! I had obtained an inspection and estimate from another company just a few days prior to Cook’s. The other company lied about everything, said I had active termites, wood fungus, and quoted me DOUBLE Cook’s price to treat a problem I didn’t even have! Cook’s came out and found nothing during their inspection and were completely honest in their findings. We elected to go with their termite protection plan just for peace of mind to prevent any future problems. I will highly recommend Cook’s to anyone in need of pest control or prevention!
Kelly Carter
I am always treated with respect all my concerns and questions as I'm new to this state are always answered fully. I think the service received for the price paid is aa great deal. Recommend highly 👌

Is that I can depend on my bug man Randy to inform me and let me know how the bugs or mice are doing every month! Lol Bugs and mice have cycles in life and knowing this on a monthly basis is important to stay on top of them.
Mandy Rose
We love Cook’s pest control. They are so helpful and nice. We were new to Tennessee when we started their services and now sooo glad we signed up! They spend time to help explain our issues and how to treat them appropriately. …. Bugs, critters and Red Ant hills! Thank you for helping us to protect our home!
Crystal Fischer
Living in the country means pests will try to come into a heated and cooled environment. Cooks is doing a fabulous job helping make sure they don't get in and if they do, not for long.
Mike Curcio
You have serviced our house for almost 20 years and we have never had a problem. If we came across any unwanted guests your service techs were very helpful in not only getting rid of them but helping us keep them out. I am away from home a lot and my wife has never felt uneasy when the techs come by. Always professional and courteous.
Brittany Moran
Always friendly staff
Charli Gamache
Cook’s (specifically in our case, Emillio Crocco) is amazing! We just bought a house after renting (from basically slumlords) for many years and we didn’t want any of our “problem friends” making the move with us. They pretreated our new home and have checked back a couple times since to make sure we’re ok - we are! I will always use and highly recommend Cook’s for the most professional service!
manuel garcia
Cooks Pest control have saved our new home from Black widow spiders! We were able to get someone over the very next day for service and we will continue to use Cooks for future treatments for our home! Highly recommended and very affordable!

Cook's always shows up and does the work agreed upon right on schedule even when I'm not home, and they always leave me a receipt stating exactly what was done. I like that the technicians always leave a personalized note, too. Prices are good, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Cook’s is consistent in service and we like having the same techs over time. We had an issue with a European hornet. Our tech was able to respond within the hour to inspect for any nests and treat if needed. We appreciated the quick response and identification of the hornet,

Patty Needham
I like that usually I get a reminder that he’s coming and asking if I am having any particular problems.

We’ve seen really bad social media posting about billing issues with Cooks. Going on 1 year, we have had zero issues with billing, heck we even ran behind due to our own lack of payments and the staff were delightful and understanding when we called to rectify the situation. Our regular service technician is always attentive and respectful. We’ve had nothing but the best of dealings with Cooks and hope others will too!!
Penelope Crafton

Malinda Petersen
I've tried other services before and Cooks was the only one to rid my pest problem. Their customer service is remarkable, and the techs that come out are very friendly and will help with any questions you have.
Chelle McLaughlin (Duchess of Cigarillo)
Very happy with Cook's Pest Control. The bait stations for termites and ants truly work. We took an additional service to eradicate wasps and have definitely seen their presence dwindling. Our representative Corey, is knowledgeable and has helped us understand insect patterns and what we should do to prevent further infestations. We are notified before each visit to our home. Office staff are professional and courteous, answering our queries with satisfaction. The services can be costly but we were offered payment solutions which suits our budget. I would definitely recommend this organization.
Matt Dillard
Great service. Reasonable prices

This is the best pest control company anywhere bar none. Cook's Pest Control is an exceptional company, but the Lebanon branch is better yet. Wonderful staff from Joel down to the route assistants. Ms. Geraldine is always a pleasure.

Candy with Cook’s Pest Control is so nice. When we moved to Tennessee we found Cook’s through an internet search. They had good reviews so we chose them. We had several different services through them. Termite stations put down around our house, backyard sprayed for ticks and fleas and the monthly pest control service. The prices might be a little more than others, but all the extra added features make up for it. So glad we chose Cook’s
Taylor Hood
Very professional and on time. Always telling me to let them know if I have any issues and on top of it immediately. Will be a customer for a long time!
Jessica Owen
Service is friendly, helpful and on time. The variety of products they use work very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company!

They’ll take good care of you. Their staff are knowledgeable in what they do.
Professional and knowledgeable technicians and reasonably-priced. Critters under control. Cook's has integrity - I moved out of state and they tracked me down to deliver a significant credit amount left in my account. Who does that?

I have used Cook's Pest Control since I moved here for pest control.
Everyone that I've had, and I've had different ones through the 26 years that I've lived here, have all been very nice and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure that if you have a problem, they get rid of that problem. I'm from Texas and I do not like bugs. That's why I have had them every month, so I don't have to deal with them. I will absolutely use them in the future.
I have been using Cook's Pest Control Inc for both termites and general pests for the last twelve years.
They come every month. I pay a year in advance. I think the yearly termite costs around $300 and the monthly pest control costs around $300 as well. The price seems reasonable to me. I am happy with it. Although I have had their service for twelve years generally I don't have any discussion with them when they call me. They come and check the house for wasp nests and spray and stuff like that. Earlier this year, I discovered an absolutely massive yellow jacket nest in my front yard. It had like forty, fifty openings. I called them and they came that day and did an initial treatment. The guy said it was bigger than he anticipated and said that somebody would come back again the next day and they did and there was no extra charge or anything. They took care of it for me. They said if I saw anything I should call. I have like an acre and a half, so they could have said that it was too far away from my house but they didn't charge me anything extra for it, so I felt that was nice. I would continue to use them in the future.
Cook's Pest Control Inc does pest and termite control for me.
They have a great service and very nice recommendations. They do a great job.
I used Cook's Pest Control Incorporated for pest control. The last visit was just to spray the exterior of the house and the interior of the house is pest free.
The service went fine from start to finish. They come whether I am here or not and take care of that. They also do my termite inspection yearly and keep the house termite free. The price is reasonable. The quality is reasonable. They don't have a fixed time that they come. I use them all the time.
We had the Sentricon monitoring termite protection put around our yard by Cook's Pest Control.
We have used Cook's Pest Control for awhile now. On their recent visit they did a really good job and explained the treatment to us. They have a quarterly payment plan to make the Sentricon monitoring system price more manageable.
I live in wooded area, and I use their pest control service to help with tics and spiders. We've using them for about six or seven years, and we're on a program where they come out every three months.
They are a very professional company. Their service is efficient and it's definitely helped us. I would recommend them to anyone.
They come out and spray for pest control every month.
I have been pretty satisfied with them overall. The guy always checks with me to see if I have any problems.
Hi All, we are seeing large black ants around the outside of our house lately. Does anyone have suggestions for any specific pest control to treat this? Thanks!
Need the best pest control people. Who does everyone use or recommend?
Anyone having problems with gnats? They swarm around the entire house and of course fly in when we open doors. Anyone know of a treatment solution?
