Due to an inferior experience with a different pest and termite control service I called Cook’s Pest and Termite Control. I had called two other pest control and termite companies, each saying I did not have termites. Due to a horrific experience with another company which led to my being bitten on the neck and toe by spiders after two pest spraying episodes, requiring emergency medical attention and antibiotics and prescription creams for two weeks, I called Cook’s who honored my request for me to be home when they came for treatments. They sprayed the entire outside of my home which still had several huge spider webs surrounding my home (after the two treatments by another company) and did interior pest treatment as I was at home. In addition when they did the termite inspection they detected a huge colony of termites on a tree trunk approximately 3’ in diameter less than 18’ from my house. This tree had to be cut down 18 months ago when I realized it began to lean towards my house (and was approximately 50-75’ tall). I am now aware that tree was falling down due to termite infestation. In addition to putting termite protection around my house they put chemical protectors next to my other nine pine trees, each 50’ tall, plus, and treated the infested tree trunk and set up a schedule for additional treatment. Cook’s also came out a second time when a swarm of insects was detected on a large picnic table, for no additional fee. I would highly recommend Cook’s Pest and Termite Control due to their high degree of service and integrity.

I never had to use a pest control company before, but I had a black widow under my porch so I called them, and after they came out the first time my spider issue was reduced. I live in the country and spiders are a huge problem.. they came back out whenever I needed them to between 3 month visits to get the issue under control. I have used Cook's for about a year now and have not had but 1 or 2 spiders in my house. They were also the cheapest company by far. Well worth it for peace of mind!

Honesty and integrity are what I value most in a company and Cook’s delivered on both! I had obtained an inspection and estimate from another company just a few days prior to Cook’s. The other company lied about everything, said I had active termites, wood fungus, and quoted me DOUBLE Cook’s price to treat a problem I didn’t even have! Cook’s came out and found nothing during their inspection and were completely honest in their findings. We elected to go with their termite protection plan just for peace of mind to prevent any future problems. I will highly recommend Cook’s to anyone in need of pest control or prevention!

Very happy with Cook's Pest Control. The bait stations for termites and ants truly work. We took an additional service to eradicate wasps and have definitely seen their presence dwindling. Our representative Corey, is knowledgeable and has helped us understand insect patterns and what we should do to prevent further infestations. We are notified before each visit to our home. Office staff are professional and courteous, answering our queries with satisfaction. The services can be costly but we were offered payment solutions which suits our budget. I would definitely recommend this organization.

Candy with Cook’s Pest Control is so nice. When we moved to Tennessee we found Cook’s through an internet search. They had good reviews so we chose them. We had several different services through them. Termite stations put down around our house, backyard sprayed for ticks and fleas and the monthly pest control service. The prices might be a little more than others, but all the extra added features make up for it. So glad we chose Cook’s

Everyone that I've had, and I've had different ones through the 26 years that I've lived here, have all been very nice and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure that if you have a problem, they get rid of that problem. I'm from Texas and I do not like bugs. That's why I have had them every month, so I don't have to deal with them. I will absolutely use them in the future.
I have been using Cook's Pest Control Inc for both termites and general pests for the last twelve years.
They come every month. I pay a year in advance. I think the yearly termite costs around $300 and the monthly pest control costs around $300 as well. The price seems reasonable to me. I am happy with it. Although I have had their service for twelve years generally I don't have any discussion with them when they call me. They come and check the house for wasp nests and spray and stuff like that. Earlier this year, I discovered an absolutely massive yellow jacket nest in my front yard. It had like forty, fifty openings. I called them and they came that day and did an initial treatment. The guy said it was bigger than he anticipated and said that somebody would come back again the next day and they did and there was no extra charge or anything. They took care of it for me. They said if I saw anything I should call. I have like an acre and a half, so they could have said that it was too far away from my house but they didn't charge me anything extra for it, so I felt that was nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

I used Cook's Pest Control Incorporated for pest control. The last visit was just to spray the exterior of the house and the interior of the house is pest free.
The service went fine from start to finish. They come whether I am here or not and take care of that. They also do my termite inspection yearly and keep the house termite free. The price is reasonable. The quality is reasonable. They don't have a fixed time that they come. I use them all the time.
We had the Sentricon monitoring termite protection put around our yard by Cook's Pest Control.
We have used Cook's Pest Control for awhile now. On their recent visit they did a really good job and explained the treatment to us. They have a quarterly payment plan to make the Sentricon monitoring system price more manageable.
I live in wooded area, and I use their pest control service to help with tics and spiders. We've using them for about six or seven years, and we're on a program where they come out every three months.
