We’ve had a great experience with Cook’s Pest Control. Alex Saucedo their sales rep connected us with them, and we’ve been pleased with their treatment visits—quarterly and as needed. Shoutout to Brandon who has been our technician the last couple treatments. He’s always very professional, friendly, and upbeat. I think we may be switching to rubber mulch thanks to his suggesting it to minimize bugs around the house. Thank you, Brandon! 10/10 recommend Cooks!

I recently had my first service done by Cook's Pest Control. I had a problem with ants, and the technician found where they had nested and treated the area. A few days later, we had heavy rain for about 48 hours, and ants from outside tried to find dry ground in our home. I called Cook's Pest Control, and they came back out to treat the problem again. I am happy that I decided to use their services, and would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.
Sherry Cargill

Alway check your appliances when you buy them. We started seeing a few roaches and I blamed my daughter’s apartment stay. Then we started seeing a LOT of them. Because we’ve been happy with them where I work, I gave Cook’s Pest Control a call. The technician helped us find our hot spot - a new fridge! Thankfully, we are almost down to zero. The technician was friendly, not judgmental, and provided us with tips on what to do. I recommend Cooks for your pest problems

Shannon Conner
Finally! Bought a house and it came with a ton of free-loading creepy crawly tenants. I had everything but mice (spiders, roaches, ants, you name it). I called another pest control company that had more five stars than Cooks and I'm pretty sure they sprayed bug food because all my tenants were excited and active after that. Not at all dead. My aunt kept recommending cooks and after a roach surprised me while brushing my teeth and I called. I should have just done that to begin with and I wouldn't have such a fear of opening drawers. The sales person on the phone was great. He was pest control/therapist as he talked me off the ledge of burning my house to the ground. Terance and his team came out right away. After they finished laughing about all my sticky traps, bug powder, and "Bugs Keep Out" merchandise, they got to work. I have never seen a pest control company do what they did. Usually they come in a spray water on the baseboard. Cook's closed my flue, smoked my chimney, sprayed the window seals, smoked and sealed the kitchen and bathroom, spread granules in the attic, set out gel for them to take back to their nest, they swept around my doors, windows, eves, and garage door, they sprayed all around the outside of the house. I mean this was like a 2-3 hour pest extermination. And finally I had some relief. I'm still scared of opening drawers and I have seen one or two spiders still trying to figure out to escape the death house but that's it. Everything else has been eradicated or at least moved out. Terence even called the next day to check in and make sure I wasn't having any issues. This place is pricey but the piece of mind is worth every penny.
Cynthia Mctier

I learn quite a bit from these folks. Nikki came by a few days ago and she teaches me some things each trip. The detail she went through last trip taking adequate time for each step is an example of decreases of bugs we've seen indoors. Also I do not hear or see evidence as much for mice in the basement. Also she showed me some tricks to use with the rat traps outside which also were involving a snake. Get these folks to work with you. It has helped us.
Felicia Harcrow

We suffer with ants in our home. The first time we have ever had this issue. I saw one of the cook technician in the neighborhood and asked him for his card. He stated he had been serving this are for over 16 years. We called them and they had an inspector at our home in 24 hours and the technician I saw in the neighborhood put us on his schedule the next morning. We also purchase termite treatment. John is always professional and knowledgeable. He’ll text me a few days before coming out with the day/time to expect him and he’s always on time. He’s very thorough and explains anything that he’s found. He knows that I’m allergic to wasps so he looks for nests & then explains where he found it. I highly recommend Cook’s

They have been trusted for having good services for years. I had an elderly resident that had bed bugs, and I suggested to call. I paid for it, and the resident said afterwards that they was detailed in helping with the areas to treat. We have two more elderly residents that need treatment, and can't afford the treatments. My program, Therapy Buddies Neighborhood Care Team- Neighbors Helping Neighbors, will seek donations to help them and other elders tbat can't afford to get help with bugs infesting their homes! Too many of our elders can't afford and are on tight budgets! Still to anyone needing a business that has been around for many, many years, call them. Awesome company.

Safe for my family. No need to make arrangements for someone to come inside. Affordable, especially for the amount of work and attention to detail. My tech (Nathan) let's me know the day before he's coming in case I have anything specific causing me issues. I love preventable approach instead of reacting to problems.

I've been a Cook's customer for several years and am very happy with their services. I took one star off because I called Cook's to have a bait trap moved for some construction and when the technician came out to move the trap he cut my Spectrum cable line when putting the new trap in the ground. I think Cook's should call 888 (I think that's the free number for locating utility lines.) before they dig.
Thomas Black
Our representative is always very friendly when calling to come out and take care of our yard and willing to work around my schedule if I need him to spray indoors as well. Mark is like family!

Cooks seemed to be great at the beginning. Haven't gotten pest control service Sep. Termite service has always been on time. However, I wanted the full service but can't get it. Cooks also does the company I work for and I will definitely let them know that they do not take care of employees personal needs. Time to look for another company for service. UPDATE: Pest Control services are back. Had to speak to the manager twice. New software is what they are blaming all this on. Anyway, the service has been back for 3 months and couldn't be happier with the technicians customer service.
Carol Roberts
We've had Cooks for over 10 years. One thing I really like about this company is that we have also had the same technician (John) all along. Other companies we tried in the past would send out a different person every few months. As soon as you got one you liked, they'd send you the new guy they just hired. With Cooks we get an experienced technician every time that goes above and beyond what they have to do. We rarely see a bug in our house but when we do they are dead or dying. We don't have termite treatment, but regular pest control.
Maryla Webb
They are sooo pleasant, helpful and organized!
Sean
Great experience. Top notch professionals!
Jessie Powell
We have used Cook's ever since we moved to Montgomery. They were the only group willing to treat our shed as well as our house, and the service has always been superlative. More than that, they have always treated us like friends and shown kindness and courtesy in all their dealings.
Troy Wiggins
We began using Cooks after my wife had good dealings with them through her work. The rep that inspected our home was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He had the verbiage memorized to a t... not from someone who was spouting something from a manual, but with the air of someone who knows what they do and takes pride in it. The actual terminator, according to my wife, is extremely nice and professional as well. The service seems a little expensive compared to other terminators, but once again, you get what you pay for.
I can't seem to find anyone who is reliable anymore. I set an appointment with Hepburn Pest Control. They had good reviews. Didn't show up and I called
